Employees are rude and seem to care less if your order is actually pulled and correct. The you g lady at the desk is extremely rude and will lie to your face.

JULY 2021. WARNING. Do not purchase from this company !!!I’ve been a contractor in the roofing siding and window business for 25 years have tried tried dealing with these jokes. I have never seen a company that is so understaffed and poorly poorly managed.No matter if it’s the Raleigh branch or the Durham branch this company needs total new management and new employees !Employees hang up the phone on you. Never have anything in stock that you need. Always always under staff lots of times nobody even answers the phone.You’ve been warned take your business elsewhere !

Best place to match vinyl siding. If they dont carry it, they will tell you where to go. I always buy from them when I can! Very helpful, very friendly.

I was having a hard time finding receipts for insurance purposes. Even for a purchase over a year ago, the staff was kind, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. They took the time necessary to research and find the receipts and had me out the door quickly with a smile. Im very impressed and will certainly be back.

They were professional, helpful, best prices in town, and very resourceful. I consider wake supply to be the only place to purchase exterior housing materials.

They are super helpful, even for a very small order. I needed to replace a 7 piece of aluminum face drip edge that was destroyed by a hurricane. I took in the remainder of the piece and they recreated the piece I needed in a few hours for around 20$. The shape of the recreated piece matched the existing material perfectly.

Rude and very unprofessional ...the guy at the front counter is always very rude and have been going there over 2 years and he is still just so rude or makes smart remarks and Im not the only person in my company that has said the same thing !!!
