A quick phone call. A short drive to their shop to take my Minn Kota trolling motor in for repair. Less than 24 hours later my motor was fixed and ready for pickup. A hassle-free warranty repair. Nowhere have I dealt with such a competent business as Triangle Trolling Motors. This place is awesome! Best service Ive ever received anywhere. Thank you to this shop for a great job!!! The best and only Minn Kota service shop I will ever go to. I called as a total stranger to this location and in less than 10 seconds, I knew Mark was the guy to entrust my Ultrex with. This place is a joke ! I’m reading these reviews and wondering if he wrote them himself ? I called (Mark) before actually visiting the establishment for the first time and only needed a cable for my trolling motor replaced and before I could even as much as give him the specs of my motor he blurted out “It will be somewhere in the neighborhood of $250” or more which is ridiculous to say the least ! On top of that he said it would be 2 or 3 days before he could get to it ? He must have a lot of people fooled or they just have money to burn ??? I didn’t ask for a house call or on the lake service ! Heck, I took the motor off myself ! After one single phone call I found a place that offered to repair not one, but BOTH cables for less than $100 and did it within 45 minutes while I waited ! Treat people fair dude and your business will flourish. UNBELIEVABLE ! If anyone needs their trolling motor repaired feel free to respond to this post and I’ll send you a number to some honest, fair folks !

I spoke to Mark over the phone thinking I was going to have to come out of pocket to fix my Minn Kota Terrova. After explaining what was wrong Mark advised that it was covered under warranty.Dropped it off on a Monday and got a call from Mark the next day that it was ready.Thanks Mark for the quick turnaround and getting me back on the water.

My Minn Kota motor stopped working last fall. Due to moving into a new house I put off getting it fixed. I dropped it off to Mark on Tuesday and he called me on Wednesday to pick it up. Still under warranty it was zero out of pocket. Mark is professional and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend him for anything you need done. A 26 hour turn around was more than I expected. My trolling motor was dropped off on Monday because I damage the shaft. Triangle trolling motors Started immediately working on the trolling motor. With the damage that was done to it I did not think I would receive the call the very next day that it was done and ready for pick up. This is the second time they have worked on one of my trolling motors. Both times customer service has been top notch and the turnaround was quick. I highly suggest.

Nothing but good things to say about Mark and Triangle Trolling Motor I have used him twice now once for my riptide trolling motor and second for a talon anchor. Always attentive reasonable and reliable all work is done in a timely matter! Highly Recommended

Mark is great. Ive used his service a few times and also bought a used motor from him. All the folks I referred to him gave me positive feed back as well.

My Ultrex 112 pedal suddenly froze on the water. Luckily it was under warranty and Triangle Trolling Motor was the only ASC in town. The repair was done in a very timely fashion and Mark was very easy to talk to. Given the ease of this transaction, I feel a lot better about potential TM issues in the future.

These folks are awesome. Extremely easy to deal with and will go out of there way to help you where they can. It sure is nice to have a certified Minnkota and Motorguide repair center in our area finally. They do what they say they are going to do when the say they are going to do it. I contacted TTM via email for assistance in obtaining a speed control knob for my 1997 Skeeter-branded ZX60 trolling motor, which was manufactured by Motorguide. After a couple of email exchanges with Mark where I shared the serial number, pictures of the part, and all of the information I had I my possession, he emailed back and said, I cant find that in our system. Try calling Motorguide. Based on their designation as a Motorguide Authorized Service Center, I was led to believe that TTM were Motorguide trolling motor experts, but apparently its not worth their time if your TM isnt in their system. Made no offer to contact Motorguide on my behalf to research it.I did contact Motorguide directly, and they provided the part number to me in about 3 minutes. Given my experience, I decided to go elsewhere to purchase the part.
