I’m still giving 5 stars even though one time the sales associate working with me was clearly in a bad mood; regardless, nearly every time I shop here, I have a good experience. MAKE SURE TO SCHEDULE A TIME! I cannot stress that enough. Even if you’re just shopping, you’ll need an appointment which is usually impossible to get the same day.

I love Apple products but their rude and snotty employees and Ridged polices really do not live up to the the quality of the products and really reduces the overall customer experience to the point that I’m thinking about not using their products anymoreI went to the Apple store today to buy a Mac Air for my daughter to use in college. I knew exactly what I wanted and had my credit card out and ready. They said I had to have an appointment to buy anything and it was 2.5 hours before I could buy it. Asked for the manager and he would not take my money without an appointment. The manager was very rude and could care less if I bought Apple or went and bought a PC. Because Apple and its employees are so snotty they lost a $1700 sale. I guess I will go Android for my next phone and I have had Apple phones since the very first one came out. I went to Best Buy and bought a PC with double the horse power for half the cost.

Today October 31st 2021, the host at the Apple store was very rude. I stoped by to let him know I had made an appointment for later on in the day and very rudely just told me pretty much to com back later on, I did just that. When I came back, closer to my appointment time he started walking away, I had to call him back to get him to get me checked in. After that he just became even more rude telling me I had made the appointment for sales instead of support. I understood I was the one who had screwed up but the way he raised his voice and seemed to just want to be rude and I’ll about the whole thing is just not the way to treat customers, especially at an Apple store where prices are not cheap for the products. In the end I did not wait the 2 hour wait period simply because of that mans attitude.

Spoke to one of the Apple customer service agents in the store today about an Apple Watch band I had received from Verizon. He proceeds to tell me that because it’s from Verizon that it’s not Apple because it doesn’t have a SKU code to scan to exchange for a different band. Makes me want to return my purchase to Verizon and switch to Samsung it’s so stupid that they have the exact band I needed and he couldn’t exchange it because it didn’t come from Apple directlyWhen Verizon directed me to the Apple store to exchange it.

We live 2.5 hours away form the store and was forced to make an appointment, online! We had a road incident and was going to be 20 minutes late. We tried to notify store of our dilemma but to no avail. Forced to go back onto the web site to reschedule our appointment. We were pushed back 2 hrs. We arrived at store exactly 20 min after our schedule appointment and was met by the most ill mannered person I have ever encountered in a retail store. When we attempted to exchange names and ask for some accommodation he never spoke but lifted his name tag up towards our face and that was how he greeted us. I could see that his name was Tim and he refused to wait on us within our 1 hour scheduled appointment window but keep in mind he was doing nothing at the time. The store environment and culture is toxic. I recommend shopping at another store if you are caucasian and must have Apple. With a stock share price trading at $750 a share they have the freedom to conduct business in that manner. Its amazing to me that Apple does not pay their sales associates commission what a horrible company and business model.

Wasted my time driving all the way to the store and left with nothing! Knew exactly what I wanted and checked ahead of time that it was in stock. Got there and they told me to book an appointment later that night. Are you serious? Would only take a minute out of your day to get me checked out. Said they were too busy selling the new watch. Uh…half of them were just sitting there doing nothing. Love Apple but this store has some serious customer service issues. You’re better than this Apple.

Because it’s always busy, you need to schedule an appointment in order to be seen. However, you can always walk in the store and browse around and look at what Apple has to offer. I recently got the iPhone 12 due to a special that my network carrier was promoting. The gentleman with whom I worked was polite, patient and very knowledgeable. It turned out I needed to go to the AT&T store, but the folks at this Apple store were more than willing to assist me and point me in the right direction. Would recommend. The only downside, as stated at the beginning, is that it is always super busy. When I say always, I do mean always. Apple products continue to be in demand! 10/10, no complaints here.

My AirPods had an issue and the apple support app directed me to the store. I made a reservation with the Genius Bar. I arrived 10 minutes early and got in line. I was take back at exactly 11:40, my appointment time!They replaced my AirPods on the spot. Patrick helped me and has great customer service.

Great experience at crab tree mall. Once we found somebody to help us, we were able to get our apple products ordered. We were told we could come pick the items up once we got an email saying they were ready. To our surprise, our products were ready before we even left the store. Great experience! Our salesperson was super friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions and showed us prices differences between products and discounts. We definitely will be back to this store when it’s time to order our next apple products.

Had a SUPER POSITIVE experience at the Apple store at Crabtree Valley Mall. My iphone was not working. The staff was greeting customers BEFORE the store opened. Blaine was eager to help everyone lining up. He was super organized and pleasant. I got an appt right away! The Apple Associate, Celso, was really super nice and helpful. He was able to do a factory reset and help me through the process of getting my information through the icloud. Celso arranged for a follow up appt to return and saved me a new phone! There is no labor shortage for the Apple Store. 20 employees ready to help everyone! Super clean store. Super nice staff. Cant wait to get my new iphone! Love APPLE!

The second (manager I presume?) was a little smug bad customer service. 5-7 other Apple employees were just standing around chatting etc. doing nothing (trust me) aka “checking people in” I was told. I love Apple products, but this store brings shame to the Apple brand. I have literally experienced an issue every single time I’ve been in this store. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment online to have my cracked iPhone screen repaired. I arrived early for my appointment, was checked in, and the technician I was working with confirmed that the screen needed repair (or doesn’t take an advanced degree to know there’s a cracked screen). He then proceeded to tell me that they had met their quota for repairs for the day and I need to reschedule and come back another day. That is not OK. For starters, if there is a reason they are behind and unable continue with repairs for the day, customers scheduled for repair appointments should be contacted and informed. It is completely unreasonable to think customers should drive out of their way to the store, only to be told to try again another day with another appointment. The manager on duty’s name was David Weaver. He was callous, rude, and lacked the skills necessary to succeed in management. He saw no problem with turning customers away with schedule appointments and telling them to come back another day. He refused to provide any information regarding who his supervisor was or when someone with higher authority would be in store. He even made a comment that, even though “screen repair” is selected when the appointment is made, that this “means nothing” and they need to confirm that’s actually what’s wrong. I have since confirmed with Apple that the store was not following policy. Apple has informed me that a scheduled appointment should be honored. I honestly believe they just wanted to get out the door at 7 PM when the store closed and not be stuck because they still had work to do. This is the equivalent of a restaurant closing down the kitchen early and not serving customers to avoid having to clean after closing. I have escalated this issue to higher ups within the triangle, corporate, and the better business bureau. I refuse to continue making appointments only to be turned away because they “don’t have time” to complete the repairs. That is absolutely ridiculous.

You can’t really rate a store you’re not allowed into. I’m sure they’re selling everything advertised, but you have to now have an appointment to get in.That said, the store is as clean and crisp as ever. Employees are now plentiful given the reduced clientele (1:1 today). But not being able to browse obviates the need for a mall storefront.

Worst experience… I was there to exchange the IPhone SE, which I got on September 6th, as it’s screen was not working properly. When we used the phone, it seems like it has some glitches and doesn’t slide smoothly, and sometime we are not able to tap on the app we wanted.And guy over there at the entrance tried to use the phone and said, “I don’t see it’s not working properly, it’s working fine.”I am like, it works but it’s not smooth like my iPhone X, which I got in 2017. Then he said, “ya this is because both of these phone have different technologies built-in.”Well then latest iPhone SE should have better technologies built-in.He scheduled us for Genius Bar for next week.Just worst experience. We didn’t go there just to exchange the phone after 2 weeks. Just don’t think that we have ample time to come to your store and waste everyone’s time.We been using Apple products since 2010, when we say we have some issue, please take it seriously.

I had cracked my back camera and went to go get it fixed they were very nice but I payed a LOT of money to get it fixed and I’m a broke college student so when I come home to set my phone up I get a notification that I have no SIM card I was absolutely furious. I spent my last paycheck i was going to get this summer on fixing my phone only for them to Forget to put my SIM card back and now after spending so much money to get my phone fixed I have to spend more money because they lost my SIM card.

I had a bad experience at both locations, Crabtree and Southpoint. Southpoint serviced my phone, and afterwards it was saying no service. No one bothered to tell me i needed to go to my carrier and have them reset my network settings. So i was under the impression that they had done something wrong with the service. My phone worked fine before the service. Went into crabtree location the following day for my appointment. To try to fix the network problem, “Javi” the genius bar person was great up until, he gave me runarounds about my issue and basically didn’t want to resolve the issue. I requested the manager and she handled the situation correctly. But i will never go back to either location.

I put my MacBook in to be repaired and the day they shipped it off I tried calling in multiple times to tell them to cancel as I planned on buying a new one instead. I couldn’t get through to the store both during the day and the early evening before they closed, no answer. I called the next morning exactly when the store opened and spoke with someone who was able to put the Stop Repair ticket into the system and assured me they would send my laptop back and I could come get it just as it was.Another day went by and Apple called me to let me know my laptop came back so fast! Hooray! Unfortunately for me they decided to move forward with the repair and “didn’t see the ticket in time” and I was told I had to pay the almost $500 for the repair cost in order to take my laptop home.I was told they cannot send it back to put back to normal even though I had requested the stop ticket, and I could either surrender it to the store or pay and collect it within 60 days.In this instance I feel the company screwed me a bit. I don’t know the logistics of who is right and who is wrong but I feel swindled out of $500 that I had changed my mind on, and been assured the repair team would get the ticket as they had not started to work on my device yet. And still here I am, with a choice of paying the money or giving up my MacBook Pro.Visit the store, make your own decision, but thank you for reading this and taking anything into consideration. I genuinely hope people have good experiences with this Apple Store, as this one was not for me.

I had an appointment to get my phone fixed. It took approximately 30 minutes to be seen by a technician. The tool to verify my phones serial number kept malfunctioning, by the time the technician figured it out (approx. 15 minutes) it was 6:00PM. He said they close at 7PM, so I would have to come back tomorrow at 11AM. I literally waited 45 minutes for nothing.While waiting in line, one of the employees compared my wait time to that of a doctors office. He said things come up and your time gets pushed back. In reality, a doctors office still would have honored my appointment and ensured all procedures were completed.Whats the point of having an appointment? Stop wasting peoples time.

The mall wasnt very crowded because I was there midday, but it was very clean and everyone was social distancing and wearing masks. However, it was really warm, considering how hot it was outside, which was about 85 degrees. I would have stayed longer but it was just too warm.

Unprofessional to say the least...I am waiting in line with two little kids and the guys that stay in front of the store and talk on the phon constantly to the staff inside the store directed me to go around a loop as the next in line. This didnt make any sense at all because it was only one person behind me. If the line was full of people then he could redirect traffic not to obstruct people walking in the mall. Even though he directed me to be next in line he totally skipped me after waiting 15-20 minutes in line and moved to the person behind me. He didnt even apologize, there were two people in front of the store. These are kids not professionals. Choose your staff wisely. I will refrain from buying apple products from now on. Even though you have the greatest sales in the US with this customer service you provide you will lose customers left and right. Will never visit this store again!

What a great mall! It is huge! There were very few vacancies in the mall which was a great surprise after seeing malls like The Oaks and Promenade Malls in Southern California. I was pleased to see that the Christmas decorations were still up the day after New Years. There are lots of great stores and restaurants. I was on sensory overload.

Everything was very clean and they took all the COVID precautions seriously. I worked with Paul and he was great. The security officers were awesome at directing traffic into this store, organizing lines, and making sure people were in the correct lines -- all in a friendly manner. The logistics for service worked out perfectly, and the store rep was friendly and efficient with my return. Security was directing four lines, and I was in and out of that mall in 30 minutes. Haven’t been here too often since the remodel, but I really like the new vibe. Huge open floor plan with products everywhere to touch and experience. Most recently during the pandemic they have basically cut off customers from entering the store and put up what looks to me like bank teller stalls. I totally understand that Apple has a responsibility to protect their employees and to some extent the customers as well, but this seems a bit on the extreme side.That said, when I picked up the latest iPhone back in November, the line was long but they kept it moving really fast. I was expecting to wait a lot longer than I ended up waiting. However, if I was a prospective customer with lots of questions, this environment would be far from ideal - I’d probably find myself at Best Buy.

Spent over 8 hours now and multiple trips back and fourth to the store. Three months is how long I have had the IPhone12 pro. Since the second month I have had issues with Bluetooth a d disconnecting issues. First they blamed on on SIM card then made me reload everything and reset my phone, Neither worked.Then they (apple staff) took my phone for what they said would replace everything but the screen and would only take 1 to two hours, 4 hours later they were still not finished and I had to wait 45 minutes.Then after an hour on the phone with a senior service tech( who was nice) however not informed, booked me an appointment to go back to this store to get a new phone. After waiting 30 minutes for an appointment time that really didn’t matter. I was with a tech that wanted to do everything all over again, then he went in the back and came back 20 minutes later and said the same thing. The system says we need to replace the back again.All in all pathetic experience for a phone that I spent way to much money on for Bluetooth not to work in the first three months. Totally changes my view of the apple products and services.BAD EXPERIENCE AND COMPANY DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS TIME!Worst experience

I had been having major issues and with out service for 2 days. lucky after having to travel back and forth from best buy to this store I was able to get help from my carrier and he did it in minutes where you guys take forever and are not even open majority of the time. have some one with competence. “System was down” yesterday and they had mall security standing out front of the store so you couldn’t even talk to a real employee. Drove an hour and a half for my appointment. All I needed to do was pick up a phone that was already purchased on their website. And the mall security wouldn’t even let me ask them about it. The store then closed 2 and a half hours early. They let no one who had appointments know about this in order to save people travel time (since it’s one of the only ones in the state). Apple Customer services also offered no resolution and just said “call them tomorrow and see what they can do” like ??? No???? I cant make another 3 hour round trip what do they not understand.

My wife drove 2 and a half hours to have her Apple watch repaired- she got it as a Christmas gift, it stopped working the next day. The store refused to see her, and said they could make an appointment in a week or so. 5 hours on the road for nothing. I am so disappointed in the way this Apple store is handling pandemic conditions. The employees are protected behind clear plexiglass barriers with masks, face shields and frequent cleaning. Thats great. But meanwhile, the customers are forced to find their way through a crowded mall and then stand in line with 50 other customers for over 30 minutes, despite having an appointment. This is a travesty. It really shouldnt be allowed. The Apple Store is creating a covid hazard, and yet we are forced into it because all the working online makes the need for parts urgent. This is beyond bad customer service; it is callous and unethical. I will never buy another Apple computer as long as I live. I refuse to be put in such a vulnerable position by a company that could care less about the safety of its customers.

I than had to wait in line, one order was not ready and the lady had no idea when it would be ready, so I had to call postmates to cancel it out, I also realize APPLE does not even give them an option to tip their drivers....what??? I will never do an apple delivery ever again. This store needs to get it together.

Hate to break it to you guys but the virus is borderline over! taking temps and making people wait in line even to just look around is ridiculous, worse store ever. I cant even buy a cellphone case with out having to wait in line. Setting a freaking appt for everything is ridiculous!!

The worst store experience I ever had.they told me we cant enter the store without appointment.I was there to help my friend buy iphone 12 .How do you open store in the mall and tell people they cant get in.Im glad Im samsung user.

Very nice mall for shopping. Getting in and out of the mall has quite a number of options to make it relatively easy almost anytime of the year or holiday. They have an escalator and two elevators to make it easier to go between floors. There are good shop options as well in the middle on the bottom floor. I have enjoyed going to this mall over a number of decades.

General a fan of apple and had fine experiences at the store before but it has tanked. Rude staff (several) today stating the complete opposite message from what I was told by two apple employees both on the phone and chat last night. I will keep my $2000.

Bought a phone in Vegas during vacation and received word from the store any Apple store will accept trade-in. Called customer service to confirm and received a call the day prior to my appointment confirming it can be done. Drove an hour to this location to hear they won’t do it but will accept the return of the phone. Okay? Literally 3 sources and this location basically tells me to get bent as I arrive, no courtesy call of “hey, remember we called you and said it was possible? Sorry, can’t do it. How about you drive out and get bent?”Extremely frustrating. What’s an even bigger insult to injury was to receive a discount for my credentials I’d also have to return the phone and buy it again because they won’t credit me otherwise. Screw it, I’ll probably just buy Android at this rate.

Got stopped by security by just trying to walk in. Then I was interrogated as to why I wanted to go inside.. to shop DUH! I’ve never felt so wrong for just wanting to shop for a laptop. I’ll be taking my $ elsewhere. Apple you screwed up, this is no way to treat customers!
