Had them come out and replace the glass in 4 windows a few years ago. The gas in the old glass leaked out and they were all fogged up. The windows were 35 years old and I really thought I was going to have to do a total replacement of these windows. Frames and all. They were each 6’ x 2.5’ crank out windows. Big windows. They came out, measured the glass and gave me a price. Was very reasonable. Was about a week for them to return with the new glass. Took them a few hours. Was a great job. They’ve been in for four years now. I’d highly recommend these guys.
We own a restaurant and had a break in. I called at 9:43am. They went above and beyond for us. The glass was installed by 11:45am. Absolutely awesome. We are blessed to have called their number. Thank you so much for saving our day!
Angie was beyond helpful professionally answering each of my questions without hesitation. Before hanging up, she reviewed all questions insuring I understood the answers. Thanks, Angie!
Windshield started leaking and most glass companies give a lifetime warranty on that. NOT DGC, apparently. Their policy is that they warranty for that if you went through an insurance company, not paid out of pocket. What?? Obviously they dont back up their work, which was not that great to begin with. Had a bunch of nicks on the dashboard after install too. Id advise going elsewhere.
Top quality service and unbeatable times.
Quality products and work. Friendly staff.
I just went to do an estimate at 130 Bloodworth in Historic Oakwood. On my way there i passed by a DzgC Glass Company truck. Apparently they had just left where i was heading. I was there to do the putty glazing job for the GC. While walking through the house i came upon the bathroom where a shower enclosure had just been installed. You could still smell the unsure clear silicone that they had used. The GC was walking with me as I was pointing things out concerning the other work he now wanted me to bid. When I noticed the shower door job. I couldnt believe the poor quality of installation that had happened.First i noticed the door hinges were installed backwards with the screws facing out instead of in. Then I noticed how when the door was closed that there was a big gap at the bottom and the door didnt even close flush. As I continued to look at it i also noticed that the 90° corner wasnt square or flush with the other piece of glass. Then they tried to use silicone to cover up this and that looked really bad. The last thing was the plastic strip they use to slip over the fix panel to act as a door jamb. The top exposed edge wasnt flush with the top of the glass and it was also a ragged edge. I did point this all out to the GC. DGC Glass should be ashamed of themselves. This has to be the poorest quality shower enclosure job Ive ever seen. . Knight Timothy
