Knowledgeable and friendly staff. A wide variety of quality products. My only issue is that some of the staff do not wear masks. Its a small store and it is often crowded. Before Covid, I didnt think anything of it, but now ...

I went in to get a few groceries, and I was stunned to see nine people walking around unmasked inside this small store, including every employee.For a health-focused store, I did not get the impression that Harmony Farms has any concern for the health of their customers. We have lost more than 18,000 North Carolinians to a highly-contagious, airborne virus. Please do the bare minimum to ensure the safety of your customers. People with pre-existing conditions are counting on you to be considerate of their safety.I have not had this issue at any other health food store in the area.

I’ve only been once, but I love this store. They carry some of my favorite products that I’ve been using for years, so I don’t have to buy them online anymore. Thank you! Also everyone working there was nice.

Best knowledgeable Health Food Shoppe Ive been too - food experience every visit.Can be pricing...but this is stuff for your one body that has a shelf life, so why not spend alilbit to make you feel good!

Happy Whole You Human Upgrade Center loves Harmony Farms! The juice and smoothies are absolutely perfect. Their holistic knowledge is beyond helpful. I spoke to Nancy, one of the co-owners and she was fabulous. All the staff were incredible and we are blessed to have this natural food, supplement, and drink bar in North Raleigh.

Great variety of options. A lot of foods for dietary restrictions. Gluten free options, vegan products, and organic foods. Staff is very helpful in finding whats available and generally kind.

Harmony stores is a health conscious store. They have meats, foods, smoothie bar, and even hard to find foods I haven’t been able to find elsewhere. I shopped all the aisles and found a few things I really enjoyed ( the Salsa, the smoothie was DELICIOUS, glad they have honeycomb) The associates were all very nice, especially at the smoothie bar. It was disappointing to find my cereal I bought expired. It was purchased from the cereal section and not the markdown area. I brought it back and was quickly taken care of but I did have to drive 45 min back since I don’t live close. I would recommend this location and would be back for sure

Youre looking for all natural... this place has it all

Clean and well stocked. The personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.

I finally splurged and got the 128oz juice cleanse, put it in my cart and it fell out. They did not offer to carry it out. Good thing I did not trip and fall. They only offered giving me 5% on a new gallon. What a joke that is $50 down the drain. I have been a loyal customer, going there every other week for years. It will be a long time before I go back. I dont want to think about that awful experience again, it makes me sick.

I have to be honest, there may be a little bias in this comment... since I have been a Customer since 1992...The Owner is a Homeopathic Doctor and so many of her remedies offer healing for things you couldnt begin to imagine. What I purchase the most from this place is the Black Seed Oil and Block Pain.....I have been off of Asthma and Allergy meds since 2012....due to taking Black Seed Oil on a Daily Regime...so if I have ever Recommended a place to invest in your greatest asset (Health!!)

I found out that I am gluten intolerant and a friend told me about this store. I am not sure how long ago this was but I have been a customer ever since. I can always find something new to try. More often than not, the staff acknowledge you when you walk in the door and someone is usually walking around and will ask if you need help. The few times I have needed help, the staff members have always been amazing. In fact, one time they had sold out of one my staples and the cashier took my number. I was at the stop light at the intersection of the shopping center when she called to let me know the shipment had just arrived. Sweet!!!

Went for the smoothies and juice bar. Sarah helped us and was amazing! We got a berry smoothie and peanut butter smoothie. Hint: add a banana to peanut butter one! Both were very filling. Also got a wheat grass shot! If you ever wanted to taste grass this is the way. Not as bad as you would think but yeah its juice from grass and was interesting. Watch it squeezed and cut right in front of you. Overall great place. Even found some Croatian wine on the shelves.

The staff is knowledgeable and eager to help. I have been very pleased to find all the fresh foods as well as frozen goodies without having to go to a large box store. So happy to have found this store.

Harmony was so very helpful to me on Saturday 12/26/2020. I had been in so much pain from having severe carpal tunnel. The Woman who helped me in finding a product that would help to ease my pain gave 110% of herself to me. She spent the time to tell me how a product works, and she used herself as an example and done the motions of a hand and wrists exercise. After spending a little time with her, I felt as though shes the doctor and of course myself being the patient. In all actuality its my belief that well good help is so hard to find and having said that and if I was an owner of this business I would most certainly treat her with respect and raise her pay.Thank you so much Penny, it turned out to be such a pleasurable visit to Harmony Farms Natural health food store.SincerelyMarie P.

BUYER BEWARE.(updated response added below per owner feedback)Im a regular client and very dissaponted with what I realized, theyre selling expired products that are marked down. This is already a very expensive store, I didnt care because I thought they care about the quality of their products and their customers, but obviously not.This is irresponsible and potentially harmful.---------------Update:Im confused by the response given below by the co-owner, seems like a misunderstanding - I would expect a simple sorry, we will be sure to fix this in the future reply vs being blamed.My review was based on multiple out of date products, that were past the sell by date and already marked down - which can clearly be seen in the photo.(Also, I attached a review from few years ago with the exact same complain as mine in case Im called a liar by the co owner again)Regardless of NC law I would think a grocery store, moreso a health food store would be conscious of products theyre selling to customers.It is not my responsibility as a customer to help you with your inventory - and this is not the first time Ive seen past due products being sold, thats actually the reason I pay particular attention when shopping here to the sell by dates.

(Check my edit at the bottom) Found the rennet and the citric acid that I needed. The one employee was not wearing a mask and over-eagerly invading my space. I called to complain and the manager knew who I was talking about, assured me that this is not their practice and that they do not condone it, and that they are working to correct it. I was extremely pleased!Edit to add: Months later and employees still not wearing masks! I walked in and right back out. I love the response of this owner. The employee I was originally talking about was not social distancing the first time I met her. She was aggressively in my space when I kept backing away and I was clearly uncomfortable.

Employee with no mask. Tight quarters with closed doors. Wont be coming back even after the pandemic. Would love to hear a representative justify this.

Had a wonderful first experience here. I was looking for a helpful tool like CBD oil to help me with my anxiety and restless nights. I knew absolutely nothing about it to begin with, and Monica really helped me find the right product I was looking for. For such a health conscious store they dont seem to care that much about keeping their customers & employees safe. Ive been in this store (tightly stocked) twice since the virus started and they do not insist there customers wear masks. I wont be shopping there any more during this crisis.

I really liked the contents of the store and the store itself was really nice and had great products but... no employees were wearing masks and the ones that were did not have it on their nose and mouth. So I may have to wait to come back after the pandemic.

I have shopped here for the past year + and have enjoyed the low key atmosphere and helpful staff. My concern lately for the past 6 weeks going in to the store with my mask on and refilling my water bottles and picking up a few groceries is none of the staff has ever had a mask on, most do not wear gloves and there arent shields up at either of the two registers to protect the cashier from the public and vice versa. It feels irresponsible.

I love this store but it made me so uncomfortable going in and seeing it super crowded, no staff wearing masks, and people hanging out like nothing was going on. Even people stocking didn’t have gloves on. I understand your hygiene is good, but I figured this would be the one store who would try and go above and beyond what they’re supposed to do. I felt ostracized being one of 3 people wearing masks, none of which were employees. I get it, I do, but I just felt super uncomfortable today.

I found this awesome store on accident when I was looking for Relish restaurant. The staff is beyond helpful and i found what I was looking for at a better price than the stores in Asheville. I had an inquiry about an item from the brain i was buying from, and though they didnt carry it, they offered to order it for me. The great thing is, they showed me an alternative which turned out to be better than what I was originally buying! Love, love, love this store!

EDIT... so harmony farms has grown on me. And after this incident they spoke with the cashier who was responsible. So I am changing my star rating, but leaving the review because it still holds true. (They don’t like when you pay with a card)Honestly this place used to be one of my favorites, I lived so close and could walk there. But after going there and being scolded by the cashier I will never walk foot in there again. There are a wanna be Trader Joe’s, and don’t forget to bring cash because if you EVEN try to pay with a card they will passive aggressively ask you if you have ‘actual cash’, I’m sorry but what is ‘actual cash’? Because last time I checked my money is the same as your money.

I was surprised to find out about the juice bar! Ive been looking for one that wasnt too out of my way and low and behold it is on my way home from work. Now I can have a delicious wheatgrass shot every day after a hard days work. Friendly staff, great products. Support a local business today!

Had a less than pleasant experience today during my 20 min treck to what was my favorite store to get a few items, which btw totalled $68.17. I wanted to get a latte, and as I was waiting for the sweet attendant to finish making it, I grabbed a whopping 4 packets of stevia to add to it when she finished. The white haired lady walked up to where I was standing, reached in front of me, grabbed 2 of the packets and scornfully said You can have 2 packets, not 4 packets of stevia thank you for understanding and proceeded to put the 2 packets back and walked away. Did that just seriously happen? Are you kidding me?? Amazon is way easier.

Its a breath of fresh air from all the big health food retail stores with individualised attention and personal service!

They provide a variety of natural items that cater to holistic lifestyles. Some things are pricey, others are reasonable. Have only been once but I would return.

Personal, knowledgeable and attentive service. I bought local raw honey which is important, to me, so that I am consuming the correct antibodies for the particles present in the Wake County atmosphere. Also, I purchased Dark Brown Henna for the first time. Nancy explained the differences between Henna and hair coloring. The Immune Juice and Wheatgrass shots really hit the spot; they sustained me throughout a 90-minute Bikram Hot Yoga Class!

Stopped off for Arnica. Needed help with a bruised and sore foot. They had what I needed and I was in an out in t minutes!
