I just want to thank Dr. K and Dr. Dennis for taking such excellent care of me when I had my surgery last month!!!! If anyone out there needs an ENT doctor, these two are the greatest!!!!Thank you so much!!!!!

Dr. Dennis is a fantastic doctor- great personality, very knowledgeable, and answers any questions you may have. BUT the front office (they never seem to know which one to send you to) is SO HARD to get in contact with??? There’s absolutely no main number for the front desk in their Dail Codes, which is unbelievable. You have to wait roughly 24 hours for a call back.

My daughters doctor today was so helpful, informative, and caring. He patiently walked me through all my questions and concerns, and made us both feel at ease.

Dr. Dennis is absolutely an amazing doctor. He is very genuine, friendly and takes the time to listen. He stays on top of current procedures and practices, which gave me very good insight and feeling about my condition (vocal cord paresis) and its still possible recovery. I was so very impressed with him and his entire office. Thank you for such great treatment.

Was supposed to receive a referral. Never got a call back. Tried to send the doctor a message via the portal but I wasnt able to due to a technical issue. I called the office, pressed 6 to talk to a Nurse. Kicks me straight to a voicemail where they say, This isnt a voicemail, dont leave a message. Tried calling main number again, pressed 3 for scheduling, was on hold for ever. Hung up, called main number and pressed 2 to talk to billing hoping to get a live person on the phone. The person answered and transferred me to a front desk rep who took my information and said a nurse would call me back. Communication systems need to be reevaluated. It shouldnt be so hard to send a simple message to a provider!

Absolutely a pleasant experience, such a great and friendly staff and finally a Dr who actually looks you in the eyes while listening . In my opinion 5 stars isnt enough to express my gratitude towards the doctor and the staff. Highly recommended.

Cant say enough about the treatment I received following a sudden hearing loss in one ear and severe tinnitus. The team made me feel comfortable, and helped walk me through the hearing aid solutions that gave me immediate relief and got my life back to normal. Absolutely highly recommended!

Had a horrible experience this morning checking in for my son’s appointment. The front desk associates are very unprofessional and not customer friendly at all. My appointment was set for 10 am and I arrive at 10:09 am. The front desk employee ask if I called and mentioned I was running late. I politely told her I was told I had a 10 min grace period before I’m labeled as late. She then dialed my son’s therapist to alert her I was here but never did the therapist answer her phone to even know I was waiting on her. The front desk associate then directed me to have a seat without taking my payment for copay. I had to remind her to take payment and once I paid I then sat down and noticed after looking at the time when I sat down that 10 mins had gone by. Never did she ever tried calling my son’s therapist again to remind her I was waiting. I had to get up from my seat with my son who was already having a hard time sitting to request that she walk back to her office to let her know that I was here and on time. Finally after sitting past 10 mins my son’s therapist came out to get us. I find your front desk associate highly unprofessional and need more training on how to properly handle taking care of customers. If I’m paying $50 to be seen at any appointment I expect great treatment and to be seen within 2-3 mins after paying. Please handle this issue or else people won’t feel too welcome coming to this location.

Dr. Dennis is the absolute GREATEST doctor I have ever had the honor of meeting. His personality makes a world of difference!! I have never met a doctor more pleasant. Plus, my procedure went well & I recovered beautifully thanks to his excellent work! The rest of the staff is great as well!

We now know why the team of doctors treating my son advised us to see Dr. Clark. It was a tense situation but Dr. Clark addressed it thoroughly while keeping the parents calm. He took the time to talk to us and not rush us through the process. Prior to surgery, the pre-op nurse (not part of the practice) told us to be glad because we got the best at dealing with this situation. Thanks Dr. Clark.

We love Dr Brown. He put tubes in my first daughters ears 12 years ago and then in my second daughters ears 6 months ago. He is wonderful! The front office staff is also great. Everyone is helpful. The kids room is also super helpful if you have little ones.

Brought my 18 month old son in for an appointment today and was very impressed with the entire office staff and process taking safety into consideration during Covid-19. If you have a young child this is clearly the place to go. Dr. Dennis was great, this will be our go to ENT practice in the future. Thank you.

I have been visiting Capitol ENT (usually the Lake Boone Trail location but occasionally also the Garner location) once a month or so for the past 4 years. I love my doctor there - Dr Stephen Dennis - and I would also like to say a good word about the support staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Usually wait times to see the doctor after the appointed time are pretty short - 5-10 minutes. And the treatment and advice I have received are top notch. Highly recommended.

I am so grateful for the outstanding audiology services at this practice. Melanie Cox administered a detailed hearing assessment, and helped me so much by matching my hearing loss range to the proper hearing aid. Melanie listened to my hearing needs and then made sure that my hearing aids were programmed to give me optimal service.

My first appointment was with Dr. Price, and I cannot ever remember meeting a more caring and personable doctor in my life!! As the appointments continued, and I found I needed surgery, Dr. Price introduced me to Dr. Ramakrishnan, who was a Godsend! My surgery was a little over 2 weeks ago, and I am so happy to say I am well on my way to a speedy recovery. (They were even able to delete one of the follow up appointments, as the surgery went so smoothly!)I also want to say thank you to the wonderful staff. Check in and check out are a breeze, and the nurses I met are all top of the line! My husband even mentioned the lobby is more like a hotel lobby with a play area for kids than a doctors office.I cannot say thank you enough!!

Dr. Dennis is a terrific doctor who hasnt forgotten the importance of bedside manner! He made me feel comfortable, cared for and relaxed. I did not feel rushed and he thoughtfully answered all of my questions. I had a couple of issues that I had previously been told needed surgical intervention. Dr. Dennis took his time during my examination and assured me that what he saw was nothing to be concerned with, not cancerous and surgery was not necessary. I left feeling relieved, with absolute confidence in doctors findings.I cant forget to mention the front desk staff. Jacob was kind and very helpful with an administrative issue I had as well. He went out of his way to help me, it was gratefully appreciated.All in all an unusually positive and pleasant experience . I see many doctors, specialists who make me feel like a dollar sign. That was not the case with this office. I highly recommend this practice .

I have been coming to this office for a good while for my daughters ears and I have never had an issue with the staff or doctors but what I went through today I would not want any parent with a child in pain to go through. I made my daughters appointment and was told to be at the office at 3:45pm. I left my house at 3 to be sure I arrived on time due to the extra precautious offices are taking due to covid, and I arrived 5 minutes to spare and even called to ask what the steps to entering the office were. I entered with my daughter and was greeted at the second door entrance, once they checked for my daughters name they said her appointment was instead at 3:00. I quickly checked my phone to verify and even had the appointment time to my phone for 3:45, I was also asked if I had a mask for my daughter and I. I was not told I had to bring a mask, nor was I told that the appointment had changed. I drove in the rain for 40 minutes with my child in pain, to then be told I could not be seen because I was 45 min late and did not have a mask. I appreciated the effort of one of the nurses trying to see if we could still be seen but due to the schedule we had to reschedule and drive back. My daughter is on the brink of possibly needing ear tubes and we were even recommended to come to this ENT by our pediatrician. I am disappointed that in a time of such need the front office staff could not properly schedule patients so they won’t have to risk leaving their home with a child in pain to then not be seen. I know things happen but at this point an office with such reputation should not be making a mistake like this.

Attentive staff, quick and on-time admittance to appointment. Testing (audiologist) and doctor (before and after testing) were quick. Almost no waiting. Audiologist was exceptionally informative. Staff is also extremely friendly and professional. Nurse called back quickly when there was a concern. Great organizational culture presented to patients. Dr. Brown as always is outstanding.

My appointments are always on time as scheduled. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Dr. Price is an amazing person and I recommend him if you are looking for solutions. Dr. Price listens to your concerns and provides a straight-forward treatment with accurate diagnosis. Love this office.

Had a wonderful experience in West Raleigh office. Saw both Dr. Clark and Dr. Morgen ( audiologist- name may be misspelled). I was seen in a timely manner and both Dr.’s were so approachable, knowledgeable and professional.In waiting area a special note to scheduler(?) Lisa. A special needs young adult came in and the warm, genuinely caring interaction between them was heartwarming. From many personal experiences I know these special people are not always received so warmly. Observing their interactions made my day!

The scheduler Nancy was very pleasant and helpful. The clerk at check in was also pleasant. Dr. Dennis is always friendly and at the same time professional. I did not have a long wait but even when I do, it is worth the quality care I am given.

The staff is friendly and there is almost no wait time between seeing checking in, seeing the nurse, and seeing the doctor. Maybe its because of the time of day I came, but this was very much appreciated. I really appreciate the doctor taking the time to listen to me and find the best approach to my care. I ADORE Dr. Price! Hes the best thing about the practice. Ive had several issues with scheduling. Sometimes they tell me the wrong time, or forget to finalize my appointment, and I waste a trip. I and my children have been going here for 30 years. The nurses are 70/30. Some are quite difficult, some are sweethearts. Ive seen a couple of doctors here that I refuse to see ever again. I hate that they wont let me do my allergy injections at home anymore. If Dr. Price leaves, Ill look elsewhere.

When I arrived the check in process was easy, organized and efficient. The Doctor I saw helped me with my concerns and helped me calm down. He was personable, polite and had a great bedside manner.He listened to my concerns, was understanding and made recommends one all test were completed. The nurses and lab tech were very professional, yet friendly and courteous. I highly recommend the practice.

Ive been very happy with the whole practice for several years now. Front desk folks are always helpful and efficient. Ive been going weekly for allergy shots for several years and have never known them to be having a bad day. Dr Wilkins has great bedside manner, and answers my questions frankly and diligently. Dawn (one of the allergy treatment nurses) is the one of the friendliest and most knowledgeable medical professionals I know. Never have to wait past my appointment time. Would certainly recommend this practice and Dr. Wilkins.

My two sons and I have been patients of Dr. Dennis for the past 4.5 years. The office is always busy and wait times can be a little longer than expected, but thats what happens to youre running a fantastic practice with wonderful Doctors...everyone wants to see them. Theres a great playroom for the younger kids.Dr. Dennis in particular is a wonderful Physician. He has a fantastic bedside manner, always very courteous, great with the kids and always smiling. I’ve been going to Raleigh Capitol for the last two years for regular check ups and allergy shots. All of the office staff are great. I would highly recommend Dr. Dennis. He is very friendly and listens to your concerns. He also great with my son.

The staff and the front desk are considerate and enjoy serving you. The office and the kids play room are safe and clean. No long wait time but they do ask you to be on time. My son is autistic and everyone make him comfortable during his visit. Dr. Dennis is wonderful, and a Dr. you can put you trust in. He has operated on my son and I do put my trust and faith in him. No different with any the other Dr. at the locations. My friends and family see the other Dr and are pleased. I would recommend these Drs to you. Their education, experience and office structure is what keeps them at the top.

Very competent people here that took their time to answer all my odd questions. I look forward to seeing them once a week for the next few years.

Everyone was so nice. Things were explained to us so we knew what the plan of action was going to be and how this plan was carried out. You also took good care of my daughters who went with me for the procedure. We all felt like we were treated like you would treat a member of your family if the situation had been reversed. Everyone was so kind and caring and that meant so much to us. I thank you so much for your excellent care and concern.

Staff was very friendly from the time we walked through the door at 6:15am until we left. They were very thorough and informative about the procedure my baby was having. It was also easy to get someone on the phone afterwards with additional questions.

Weve really enjoyed Dr. McMann and how helpful the whole office is! The wait times for our appointments have been very short, the staff was friendly, and we were able to make the decision to have tubes put in my sons ears relatively easily and move forward with that procedure. Putting a 1 year old through anesthesia is never something to take lightly but neither is constant rounds of antibiotics so I was very pleased with Dr. McManns willingness to do the procedure. Would highly recommend!

They are very careful in scheduling/taking patients in since the start of Covid-19 pandemic.They had extra precautions in place when I brought my (elderly) father-in-law there - his scheduled appoint was before the officially opened for the day. I had to wait outside even.

This morning one of my hearing aids wasnt working due to a wax problem in its filter, and, on my own, I was not able to get a replacement filter to stay in properly. LISA at your hearing aid service desk cheerfully & successfully fixed the problem, and the hearing aid is now working fine! LISA is first-rate in all regards!

I started going there about 3 years ago based on a recommendation and have not been disappointed. My son and I both see Dr. Wilkins for sinus and allergies issues. Hes a great doctor and pleasant to see, and they are surprisingly prompt about appointment times. Ive rarely had to wait very long. They have been easy to work with about prescriptions but you do need to keep regular checkups.

As a new patient Im very satisfied with the staffs assistance getting prepared for my first visit. It was a pleasure to meet Dr. Dennis who provided a quick and thorough exam with all proper explanations. Im quite happy I was referred to Capitol ENT.

I arrived earlier than my appointment and was promptly escorted into Dr. Wilkins office area. I was met with a very knowledgeable medical assistant who did some short health tests and asked a few questions about why I was there. Dr. Wilkins came in and did an ear exam and I was off to a hearing test. I was really impressed and pleased with everyone involved with my office visit.

I had another doctors appointment in the area that finished early. I arrived an hour and 1/2 early to my appointment and they got me right in anyway. Dr. Nick Katsantonis and the entire staff are excellent! I was referred to Capitol ENT by my primary care physician and they were able to see and treat me within 1 hour of my doctor calling. Dr. Clark and his staff have been amazing. I have been going to Raleigh Capitol ENT for several years, but I became a regular client dealing with an infection which required outpatient procedures about two months ago. Everyone is helpful, everyone is patient with my questions, and I feel so relieved to have an ENT who is not only knowledgeable and talented but also kind and takes the time to explain everything to me in laymans terms. My calls are always answered, and my appointments are at the time they are set. I have already recommended Dr. Clark to several friends based on my experiences, and I am thankful and grateful to have his (and his nurses/assistants) professional care.

Overall it was ok, the staff was nice but the paper work was way to much, I mean I was asked my birthdate like 8 times and thats just overboard.The nurses were nice. I just felt like this place is all about money and getting you in and out. The Dr said we will talk about the breathing issue on your next visit, like why not now and I just felt like it was all about repeat visits for a CO-PAY. I enjoyed getting confirmation of my diagnosed condition, however I will not return.

Dr. Price was the kindest, warmest, incomparably the greatest Doctor I have ever had. I waited all of 15 seconds in the room before he came in, he was incredibly knowledgeable, had unmatched bedside manner and was compassionate and patient. I will recommend him to everyone I know and am so grateful to him and to the nurses and staff who were, immensely kind and helpful!

Dr. Brown was amazing. Very friendly and patient throughout the entire process. My 4 yo old had sleep apnea and recurring strep due to enlarged tonsils. We had the procedure done at Blue Ridge Surgery center and the facility and nurses there were also amazing. Immediately afterwards she stopped snoring, sleeping well and eating more. Highly recommend.

I went for an ear appointment. I had been having some discomfort in my right ear. 500$ down and after an uncomfortable and awkard hearing test, I walked out with no medicine and fear of maybe having a brain tumour. My doctor did not tell me the reason for the discomfort, which is still continuing by the way. I read reviews that they make everyone takes these random hearing tests just to charge them out of their pockets, but I ignored. Also the doctor was keen on scheduling my MRI even though she never gave any medicine or told me whats up with my ear. Very disapponting experience. :(

I arrived about 15 minutes before what I thought was my appointment time of 10:40 am but when I checked in at the front desk they told me my appointment wasnt until 10:50 am but that was OK, rather be early. Within 2-3 minutes of checking in, I was called to the back. Within another 2-3 minutes, Dr. Price came into the room and begin my exam. He and the nursing staff listened carefully to my concerns and fully answered all of my questions. I was done and leaving the office at 10:55 am, only 5 minutes after my original appointment time. Other medical offices should adopt the practice of Capitol ENT as they are always on time or ahead of schedule. The staff in this office realize that the patients time is valuable. I have been seeing Dr. Price over 25 years and he is a kind, caring physician. I would without hesitation recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Brown was amazing! He was so comfortable with my son and made him feel at ease. Rarely do you go to the doctor and have them explain everything, but this is not the case with Capital ENT, the doctors and nurses are very good at answering questions and making someone feel at ease.

I had 2 appointments that were both “squeezed in” and office was very accommodating. Initial appointment was with Dr. Katsantonis for two ear infections and followed by an audiology appointment days later with Melanie that was not not my normal audiologist Claire (she is also great). Both appointments were not only prompt and thorough, my concerns and questions were answered professionally and they took the required time to resolve my issues. All positive and highly recommmend CENT!!!!

First, the only waiting I did was as I filled out forms. I never even got a chance to sit down. Everyone in the office was professional and knowledgeable and friendly. My experience with Dr. Dennis, his nurse, and his scribe was the same, even though I didnt like the news that Dr. Dennis gave me. In a couple of days, I get to see how well Dr. Dennis can sew.

My recent encounters with Dr. Steven Dennis were truly outstanding in every way. His communication with me was clear and unrushed. I found him to be very knowledgeable and experienced. I had a procedure performed that could have required a lot more prep if he were not able to perform it without my cooperation. His technique was such that I could tolerate the procedure with ease. I left with an clear understanding of my health issue and the next step we were taking to deal with it. His staff was upbeat, precise and in tune with the doctor.The office and rooms are clean and well kept.Dr. Dennis seems to practice an an old fashioned doctor- that is caring and unrushed and listens to his patients. He is up to date, of course, and works in a modern practice but showed extreme care with me. I am grateful to have found him.

I went to NICOLAS-GEORGE KATSANTONIS, MD for ear pain and ringing he was very kind. He listened he did a complete exam and another doctor performed a hearing test. Dr Katsantonis very gently removed ear wax that was causing the problem. I was so impressed with the office and the service we received I booked my 2 teen daughters to have ears cleaned. He spoke to them asking about school and cleaned their ears. They liked him so much my husband went to have it done a few days later and he can hear much more clearly now. Its nice to know we have a place that is great with all ages where our whole family can enjoy great care! We will be back.

Friendly staff. Quick in and out. Doctor takes his time and listens and seems genuinely concerned about any issues you may have.
