Great location, great service. Delicious and fresh!! My sister raved about how fresh her strawberries were. We loved how they let us get creative with the unlimited toppings. Cant wait to go back.

ICool has a pretty generic feel to it, but the rolled ice creams and boba teas are on point. Definitely a notch above the rest of available boba shops in the area. Highly recommend checking this place out.

Yum! When we arrived the place was packed. For everyone saying that it is a long wait, well this is NOT fast food. It takes a while to make. My sister and I waited maybe 20 mins for our ice cream and ICool did NOT disappoint. If you want instant ice cream go elsewhere, but it you want someone hand crafted that’s super delicious, go to to ICool! I can’t wait to try some tea next !

I loved it! It is so cool to watch them making the ice cream. I had the I love you a Latte (coffee and condensed milk flavor) and it was amazing. I must come back.

As of writing this, ICool has closed and is under a different name/owner. I ordered as I would have normally ordered at ICool and the tea was absolutely vile. Can confirm the oolong peach tea (or at least the one I tried) tasted like vomit. Although Im sad to see ICool gone and wont be returning to the store that opened in its place at least I know Cha House is opening nearby...

I was dragged here by a friend this afternoon after shed already been once this morning. My delicious peach boba tea was ready in moments and delivered to my hands with a smile! I cant wait to come back and try the ice cream!

This was a fun place to visit with my family. The bubble teas were tasty and not overly sweet. The kids loved the Mulan themed drink. There was also a yummy non-alcoholic mojito drink that was great for summer with a fun presentation. We would definitely return.

Been here twice, each time with no line, and yet it takes well over 10 minutes for my order to be made. This time, however, when I walked up to the counter no one greeted me for a good two minutes even though they were four people behind the counter. One girl even had the audacity to tell me she would be with me in a minute because she was making and drinking something for herself. When I finally was able to order, I had to wait an incredibly long time for two simple ice cream orders. For whatever reason none of the four girls behind the counter were making anything; someone came from the back and made the multiple orders in the queue. Why employ five people at the same time if only one person is going to do Work? ice cream definitely shouldn’t take 15 to 20 minutes to chop up and roll.

Just went in today with my husband and my baby boy. Owner was very sweet and we tried the cookie monster rolled ice cream and also the strawberry bubble tea! It was super delicious!!

Great tea! Unlike a lot of locations in the triangle, Ive found this one has bobas the RIGHT consistency! Theyre neither jello nor too hard. Perfect, chewy, great. I enjoy their matcha milk tea, though I do think I should be adventurous and try a fruit tea or their ice cream in the future.This place feels like it has a lot of Asian influences and a collegiate aim. One of the walls is decorated with inspirational post-it notes, which I found creative, fun, and frightening - I wonder if they clear them off sometimes?

Good ice cream with a creative family friendly atmosphere. I love the sticky notes on the wall showing off everyone’s creativity. If you haven’t tried it here, you don’t know what you are missing.

Took over 30 minutes to make 2 classic milk teas. No line when we came in either. The milk tea is good but not a 30 minute wait good. Same thing happened to the girl who came in after me. They started making the drinks and just left them half made on the counter in the back. And then all then employees disappeared.... Wont be going back

Took way too long and all the employees were rude. It seemed like they were more interested in flirting with each other than doing their jobs. Only one person was working out of everyone behind the counter. It shouldnt take 20 minutes to make two ice creams. Do not go here.Also the icecream was not good. Tasted off.

The older woman who works here is unbelievably rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude over the phone, was visibly annoyed when I asked questions about their incredibly vague menu, and rolled her eyes after giving me the wrong order only to give me the correct order...with missing ingredients that were clearly written on the cup. Advice: don’t work in customer service if you don’t like people. I may have been able to tolerate it if the ice cream wasn’t mediocre, but that, too, was disappointing. Will not return.

Nice clean space. 3 rolled ice creams ordered. Weve had better but it was still good. I wish they had preset topping groups to simplify the ordering process.

I walked in and was promptly greeted by the two young ladies who were preparing other orders.While they were busy, I looked over the selections and decided on what I wanted to try.After about a minute, one of the young ladies came to the register and asked if I was ready. I replied Yes and as I was about to say what I wanted, she interrupted me to say something else to the other girl.Thats a great way to lose customers, which is exactly what they did.

It was such a cool concept and the ice cream was delicious! My only advise would be to have a second person helping out on weekend nights as the wait was a little long - but worth it!

Poor customer service. Took half an hr just to make 1 drink. When asked about it, person who took order replied rudely and said I don’t care. I don’t recommend this place unless you want to waste solid one hour of your day.

Only tried the bubble tea here, and it is pretty bad. The milk tea taste almost like thinned tea flavored water with some cheap creamer, and it has a really bad aftertaste in my mouth which make me think they used something really artificial. The bubble have no taste at all the texture is awkward as well.At this price I was expecting something great, maybe like milk lab or cha house, at least twice better than Grand Asias bubble tea, but unfortunately even grand asias one is much much better than this.Customer service was great! I dont know anything about the ice cream since I didnt try it as well. But bubble tea is a big NO here.

My sister and I were excited to get boba tea and rolled ice cream so out of the places near us, we chose iCool. We arrived at 11:40 to find that they didn’t open until 12. We were on a tight schedule but decided to wait a little in our car until they opened. The employees didn’t show up until 12:10 and took another 10 minutes to start all of the equipment. We ordered a mango fruit tea with fruit jellies, matcha tea with tapioca, and the mint rolled ice cream. They were out of the jellies, matcha tea, and mint ice cream. After changing our orders the girl started making our drinks and after 10 or so minutes, she was done. We waited another 15 for our ice cream come to find out she forgot to make our ice cream and instead made a drink for herself. I do not typically write reviews, especially negative reviews, because it hurts a business but this customer service was extremely disappointing. This also all occurred on a random Wednesday and we were the only customers in the shop the whole time.

Re-named shop with the name revolving around “Mulan’s Boba and Ice Cream” instead of ICool, so the owners may be different, but same location. My friends and I were all looking forward to some good boba and a nice place to hangout so we decided to try this new place. Once we entered, the first thing we noticed was the lack of atmosphere, which means it’s not entirely the best place to chill if you’re looking to have a good time. Walls were completely bland, and the menu was even difficult to understand. There was half a menu on the front wall when entering, and you had to look at a completely different wall to choose from your small selection of (vague) boba flavors. The cashier even looks at you annoyingly like you’re already supposed to know that you have to choose off of two menus on opposite sides of each other. So right off the bat, the place wasn’t very inviting. We all ordered drinks with tapioca. Three of the drinks take over 30 minutes to be served (even when we were the only customers). My friends tried each other’s drinks and unfortunately the taste was not pleasant in either of them. Two were extremely salty, and the other tasted like perfume. No drink should ever taste like perfume. So think twice about coming in if you are here for a quick drink, or are on-the-go. A few more customers come in, and I patiently wait for the last drink (my order) to be served. After patiently waiting and seeing new customers receive their orders, I sit there thinking for another 10 minutes that the order will eventually come out, it turns out they completely forgot. I notify them and gave my order once again, and when I finally received it after more patient waiting....there were no tapioca balls in sight and the drink was just awful. I felt like everything was a joke from the atmosphere, customer service, and quality of drinks. I’ve been to numerous boba joints and I have to say that this was me and my friends’ worst boba experience. I was even more disappointed that I traveled so far from a small city to the capital believing there would be better boba options, but in reality there are many smaller towns with exceptional boba options. Please do not waste your time here.

This is no longer Icool Thai Rolled ice cream. The business was purchased by someone else, and with the purchase, the prices went up and the quality down. I asked what a drink was, only to be told sarcastically that it was the name of the drink. Unhelpful staff, slow service, and a real shame to lose the old place.

We had an awesome time at ICool, even though we parked farther away than we needed to. They have passes for the parking deck, that I plan on using next time we go!

Had the rolled ice cream....and wow was very very good. Friendly staff and helpful. Got the banana and Nutella...plus toasted marshmallow!!!! Yum!

One of my most horrible experiences with an ice cream place. Went in at 820PM and ordered a Strawberry Boba Tea. Around 900PM one of the ladies working asked me if I was ready to order, I had already paid and was waiting for my order. The lady then proceeded to tell me that their machine was down and she would have to issue me a refund. She then said I couldnt get a refund until she finished serving other customers. They should rename the place from Icool to Idumb for waiting for nothing.

Good foodBut they closed 45 minutes before their posted closing time. And I drove 20 minutes with my pregnant wife to be disappointed.

The employees were really friendly and nice. They heard my order wrong and remade it for me very quickly. Boba is very good. But the matcha tea was very bitter, undrinkably so. I had never had it like that before. I usually dont like taro but i liked it. My taro loving friend said it tasted diluted though. Thai ice tea was also good but slightly diluted in flavor as well.So in general, bubbles were soft and chewy and sweet. The tea but diluted in flavor but still ok and sweet. The flavor that is there is good exceot for the matcha.

Great flavors and taste this place also takes pride in the way they roll their ice cream, will be coming back!

Really good boba! The rolled icecream is nice too theres usually one person doing the ice cream so it does take a little bit but its not too long. It is slightly expensive but its Hillsborough so thats normal.
