Great service and always come when we need help at Logan’s!

Im one of the owners of a restaurant in Cameron Village, this company is the best. They understand theyre partners with us and work with us. Anythings broken, they come immediately to fix it. Cant say enough good things about them!

I was sitting in my car this afternoon minding my own business when an employee of this business pulled into the parking space next to me.The employee swung open the door to the company van that he was driving, producing a scratch on my BMW 328i. The guy immediately made eye contact with me, however simply walked around to the other side of the van as though he did nothing wrong. Trump-ism.I got out of my car and walked over to the employee and said you know what you just did. He said, what?. I said, you just hit my car with your door. Then, the worker said, I didnt mean to, it was an accident. There was admission, however no apology. The guy continued doing what he was doing and that was that; No care whatsoever that he damaged someones property.I walked around the back of the van and took a picture of it as well as the side where the telephone number was advertised. Then, I called the telephone number on the van and realized that it belonged to the employee. I left a message anyway. Also, I went onto the companys corporate website and left a message for someone to contact me. That scratch needs to be fixed. This companys employee admitted responsibility and the company needs to hold itself accountable for the actions of its employee.

DO NOT Take their services. Their sales team will first showed you aggressive pricing but reality is different once you switch. We used to pay with eco lab 140 and now I am paying 250 with them. Their service people talks and behave like they are the boss and coming from collection company. Their supervisor never agrees to change any plan or any price factor even if its their fault in terms of applying new rate on time. PLEASE BE AWARE of this company and stay away from it.

Maybe its just the company maybe its this location but they dont show up when they say they will making employees sit around and wait, dont sell the racks for the glasses any more because they dont make enough on them.
