I am the ralph in the name. i have been in business at the same address since 1987. it is not possible to stay open for 30 yrs. without being customer friendly. so if you have a complaint -tell me instead of giving me one star! i will correct any problems. YOU CAN PLEASE SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME, BUT NOT ALL THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME.
