Know what you want before going! This is one of my favorite ABCs in Raleigh, however, you have to know what you want! You are not able to select it yourself, the person behind the counter will grab what you need! They have a good selection and the staff is always friendly.

There is limited access to the liquor. No one can browse is what I do not like. So ensure that you know what you want or what to ask for. Everything is behind the counter.

Its alright. They dont have too much in stock. Idk if they dont order on time, or if people in that area are just SSRIOUS ALCOHOLICS

This is like no other ABC store in Raleigh. You dont get to look at the selection, the entire store is behind glass. I saw the cashier get angry because a customer didnt instantly know what they wanted.To be fair you cant see what they have in stock so it makes sense to ask the cashier.The staff and clientele are rough, which makes sense when you look at the neighborhood its in.

Small parking lot, so most people had to park on no parking anytime streets. Limited covering so you got rained on. Clerks were friendly, but you gotta know what you want, you cant go look at selections. Guess in the neighborhood not allowed to get to close to the merchandise😒. Guess I shouldve went to the more affluent side of town or just got wine.

The customer service at the store was impressive the only drawback to this location is that all of the merchandise is behind the counter. The store is reminiscent of a location in a high-crime community that would not serve well for an individual like myself, but for the community that is served I understand why.

Be careful when shopping here. I bought Vodka, in a rush and paying no attention the bottle was opened and watered down. Although I can show the purchase on my credit card statement they’re saying maybe I added water( and they don’t automatically print your receipt they ask if you want one, obviously easier to just say no and walk out). I’ll never shop in a place where I have to trust someone else to pick up my bottle. PLEASE BEWARE PEOPLE

Staff is so personable! It is funny how people relate the counter service to the neighborhood. That particular store has never changed, that was the original setup for all ABC stores. If you dont like counter service go to another store.

To expand on the previous review. When you walk in here you can not look around and decide. Instead there is a counter and you just tell them what you are looking for. Which is great if you just wana get what you want and get out. However that was not the case for me so I ended up not getting anything due to the fact I wasnt sure what to get. Therefore if your going here make sure u decide before hand.

It sells liquor so thats cool, but it has a racist vibe. It closes earlier than other ABC locations, it has a rundown appearance, and you have to ask for whatever you need because all the inventory is held captive behind the counter. Why? Is it because the surrounding community is mostly populated by people of color?

This is a perfect example of Wake county discriminates/Profiling against poor people. Every other ABC store in the county lets you walk around. F$&K WC

Staff was friendly, but looked at us funny when we asked for a certain liquor... Well, it was worth a shot looking for it. In the end we were all drinking rum and coke that night.

Staff is always pleasant. They could do a bit better running beggars out of the parking lot. You cant browse here, but the staff is always helpful if you have questions.
