Decent place to work... Mr. Page is pretty cool.. long winded in meetings but an awesome boss!!
I work there.
I really enjoy working at Accu-Fab and the employees are like family. I think the company needs to provide more training in a couple of fields, but other than that atmosphere is nice. I really appreciate that management supports me to speak out if I have any questions and/or concerns. I feel very valued at Accu-Fab.
Great place to work. AccuFab was willing to work with my adjusted schedule while I returned to college to better myself. They provided a good atmosphere and competitive pay.
Great Customer Service...These guys really know their business...Battery Cabinets exactly what was needed
Shoot from the hip. Micromanagement. Double Standards. Even though you are working on something which is a high priority, stop what youre in the middle of doing because there is another task you must finish instead. Thats how I would summarize my observations during my employment here. Practically no planning or forethought. Persons who like Type A personality traits will fit in well here. As a person who likes to think and logically plan out tasks, I simply didnt fit with the Here is your supplies, here is your task... why isnt this done? Why didnt you think of this? attitude. With a wealth of knowledge and years of previous experience successfully planning and executing tasks as a technician, these skills I brought to the table were beginning to atrophy. Exacerbating the problem was the fact I was often handed supplies which were not appropriately selected for the projects I was assigned. I spent many hours attempting to make things work where they werent really supposed to work, then it would have taken if I were allowed to select the correct materials to do the job in 1/3 the time at 1/2 the cost - which would have allowed me to complete other tasks. Again, this is a failure to recognize and harness talent in their employees. The result is employees who dont feel trusted, and simply have no place to think for themselves. As a consequence, Accufab fails to retain top-shelf talent. It is foreign to them, discouraged, and unwanted. It seems such a shame to me, especially when I desperately wanted to apply my knowledge and expertise. The pay is very low, rules selectively enforced, communication virtually non-existent, and I believe there is little to no future here for anyone who aspires to flourish in an environment which allows people to use their talents to the fullest. I am thankful I was able to secure another employment opportunity before this place started to bring me down. I had high hopes for my career here. Those hopes fizzled rather quickly. If you are looking for a dead-end job, with low pay, and no future - this is the place for you to work. Youve been informed.
I have worked for and alongside Accufab on several projects the past 30 plus years. Greg Page has always had a plan and expectations before anywork gets started and an completion date. His Company has highest level of workmanship I have seen of any fabrication company that I have worked with. Thanks Greg Page for allowing us to serve you and for serving us.
Ive always had a good time dealing with them.
Great company!!! Great place to work!!!
