Needed to replace mailbox per HOA. This place doesnt have online ordering. Must call during the 4 days of very limited business hours. Prefers check or cash. Charges additional 5% if you want to pay by credit card. (Credit card processing fees average 1.5% and are rarely passed on to the customer, but not here). Prices go up on short notice so if you need time to consider options be aware that the price paid will likely be quite a bit higher than price quoted. Oh, and hope that the person who answers the phone is in a good mood because if not, they are extremely confrontational and rude, borderline harassing. Customer service is nonexistent. Not a good business model at all. Avoid this business if you can. There are other places more worthy of your hard earned money.

Very honest and upfront with pricing. Both men that helped me on several occasions took time to answer all my questions and did not rush me. My mailbox was installed when promised and the installer made sure to work around my vine.

The Jones brothers are knowledgeable and helpful. Their arrangement with the subcontractor who performs field installations is frustrating (cant guarantee time slots), but thats not really their fault. It is what it is, as they say.
