So grateful to Royal Oak Stairs for their great work! We have used them on updating both our front and back stairs. Jay Owens is so friendly and knowledgeable, responsive to every need and question. Mike was a perfect installer...right on time, does great quality work. We highly recommend them!

I contaced Jay to see if he could replicate a staircase design that I found on Pinterest. He initially said to fabricate it would be very expensive but he came back with an alternate idea that would have a similar look but be much less expensive. We gave him the job and were so glad we did. He worked with us on price and agreed on a design plan. He sent his carpenter Chris to replace the stair streads and railings. Chris did a great job, He is hardworking and a meticulous craftsman. I would highly recommend Jay and his team.
