Joe the owner and his service techs were very helpful and knowledgeable in regards to my Harley. He even did his best to help me resolve an issue that arisen from repair. He tries to work with you and doesnt force any sales on you. They are great people over there and will certainly do more business there when available.

Just picked up my Victory after having some service work done. New tires and a break master cylinder. They even fixed a nagging problem Ive had that wasnt listed on the work order. Great work, fair price and friendly folks to deal with. Id highly recommend these folks.

I have been dealing with Joe for about 3 years and I must say He and his staff are true professionals. I bought a bike from him and also have it serviced there. I also had my previous bike serviced by them. They are honest, knowledgeable, and always customer oriented. Mike, at the service counter, provides excellent customer service and is always willing to go the extra step to get you what you want or need, even going out of his way to show you better, less expensive options for the very same items. Joe goes out of his way to make sure that youre very satisfied with all of their services.The mechanics who have worked on my bikes, (I am not a mechanic), always take the time to answer any questions I may have and explain how to operate or take care of new accessories. $250 for a regular service? $85 for a tire change? I understand trying to make money but this is price gouging at its finest. Really surprised there isnt a turn style at the front door to pay for entry

Took my bike to these guys to replace my clutch. Was told it would be a 2-3 hour job. Finally got my bike back 2.5 weeks later only to discover a 1/2 gallon puddle of coolant under my bike after a 5 mile drive home from the shop. Obvious damage to the radiator that couldnt have been done before taking the bike to them, especially since I rode the bike there...no leaks. Owner came to look at the bike with research he had done which was presented in the form of forum discussion in which he states this is a weak point of this bike. Denied any responsibility for the damaged based on his research and proceeded tell me that there was no way he would even consider covering any part of the repairs. I wouldnt suggest taking any bike to these guys...they might throw some research in your face and leave you stuck cleaning up their mess and missing a month from your riding season.
