I came looking for a pair of boots and some pants mainly for adventure riding, I had in mind a Fox pair, but the guys convinced me to go with a cheaper option with ONeals that suited my needs better! The service was awesome, the guys working there know their stuff and the place has a lot of good products!!

The selection was great! I hadnt been to a Cycle Gear since I lived in the Milwaukee area. I went in looing for a new pair of boots, a new pair of mesh (fair weather) gloves, and a new pair of water resistent/warmer gloves. I left with all of them. The associate was a great guy and offered to dispose of my box so I didnt have to strap it to my bike. Ill be back for a new Bluetooth comm system soon!

Great products. Unfortunately I was not able to coordinate the pickup of an ordered (paid for) item with a reserved item. The ordered item came in a day after the expiration of the two day hold limit on the reserved item which was sold when I came for pickup. This was in spite of a call I made to explain my request, and ask that the reserved item NOT be returned to stock. They did give me a 10% discount on a replacement, secondary choice for the reserve item. Great products, but follow up on customer communications is not their strong point.

Great customer service and a wide variety of gear in different price ranges. All the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Matches helped me pick out a new helmet that fit properly and transferred my Bluetooth over so that I was ready to ride. Can’t recommend cycle gear enough!

The staff was friendly, however the stock was pathetic. I was told theyd be happy to order whatever I needed, but so can I much cheaper. I wont be making this drive again. Amazon it is.

My hubby needed a specific tool for his bike so we came here. The store was very clean and spacious. There was a very wide variety of gear. The sales associate was polite and friendly. My hubby got the tool and we both got a pair of riding gloves(which I love)! Would definitely recommend and we will go back for any other riding gear.

I contacted the store via text, and the person who replied passed my problem to the customer service.The customer service rep solved my problem, from that one text!!!!I sent one text message with all required information and from that information, all was resolved. First time here.At 71, I bought a bike to ride again and the store was two buildings away where Im to train.Hannah was very knowledgeable and put me in a 3/4 helmet for the summer.Then a guy did a great job of helping me pick out a bright yellow jacket that I wanted.Ill shop there again....... You only get one time to make a good impression, and this store hit it out of the ballpark

Living in coastal NC, my wife and I drove 140 miles each way to the cycle gear in Raleigh. WELL worth the trip. Large selection of helmets and gloves and a bit of everything for riders. Matches took great care of us and we ended up buying 2 Sedici Primo Strada II helmets. He had endless patience with me as I knew nothing about these tech helmets. Will be back!

Sales person was very helpful and able to answer all my questions. I purchased upgraded CE armor for the jacket and pants, which she checked for fitment prior to the purchase.

These people know their stuff and even when they dont know and somehow cant figure it out, they know right where you can go and who to talk to where they do know. Since of the items are a bit overpriced but nonetheless, you get what you pay for. An account here is a must have though!!!!

I really like these gloves. I have a couple of different gloves but I always grab these when it’s time to get a session of wind therapy.

Great store and great selection. I bought a foam air filter for my dirtbike. After getting home and opening it, it seemed dry and aged, almost crispy. As if it had been on the shelf for a very long time, or maybe just defective. I have never encountered a filter like this before. Would appreciate a response to see if I can get a refund on it.

Should have delivered bike battery in 2 days max. It was 7 days later and the acid had not be poured. I actually got acid on my shirt from the batter in the box and it ruined my shirt.

Worst location. I’ve been to other Cycle Gears and never had an issue. Every time I come to this one, I get no help and end up leaving not buying what I came for. Just bought a helmet (because I absolutely needed one otherwise I would have ordered online) Barely got my question answered but bought anyway. Other locations I ask a simple question and get a plethora of information. This location I get ignored.

Purchased a front tire at a fair price but when they installed it the kid told me he could not bead the tire because of not enough air pressure and to take it to a tire store to have it properly beaded and then bring it back.was told they would waive the fee and charged me anyway. Not feeling confident about putting this on a 850lb touring bike.
