I absolutely love Needlepoint.com! I have had nothing but good customer service experiences. In particular, Kylie most recently helped me with an order of an out-of-stock canvas and was so kind and as prompt as possible in assisting me and playing the order. Thank you, Kyle and Needlepoint.com!!

The folks at Needlepoint.com were great. I dont agree that the pandemic caused the extensive delay. I believe the artist creating the canvas was at fault. The shop employees were very generous with assisting me.

The store Manager Melissa is so warm, kind, and personal. Sometimes, we just like to go visit her and talk about needle point. We love her.

I’ve been a customer for 20+ years and love their needlepoint. Always used to get finishing on time. Recently, the person in charge of finishing is abrupt and rude. When I called to get a status on my order, she hung up on me. Still have no status and won’t communicate with me despite phone calls, emails, messages and a hand written note. Very disappointed. Worst customer service.

This is by far the best needlepoint shop in the area and of the other ones that I have been too. The staff is very helpful and always willing to assist you in picking colors deciding about finishing sending-off finishings as well as showing you new items with new unique ways to finish those as well. They have a continuous new selection of canvases and they are always willing to order some as well. They are also the only place in the area where you can find a full selection of the Elizabeth Bradley tapestry kits. Highly recommend!

They have quality threads and beautiful canvases. They know how to needlepoint and have excellent examples all around of their finished work with all different kinds of stitches to see. I always feel however, like Im a street person walking into a rich jewelry store and am looked at accordingly. Yes, they are helpful... but many of the women are abrupt without the warm and fuzzies. I have been to other needlepoint stores where you feel like your grandmother is there walking you everything with the patience of someone with years of experience. You definitely do not get this impression here. If they can make it a little less formal, I would give it 4 stars.
