Great selection! This was the only store I could find solid orange party stuff and the staff was very kind and helpful! I had my 18 month old in the store and one sweet lady in particular gave her a balloon, it was a small act of kindness but it really made our day! Thank you!

I was kind of surprised at how little this store seemed to have. Maybe they where doing some layout work and will have more stuff in the future. Everyone very nice though

They where not geared for kids on Halloween, they had a display for adult costumes. Not kids really, not for kids the very people the Holliday is geared toward.

I made two party purchases last Tuesday with the team lead Jennifer and Nikki. They were so nice and went beyond to make sure I got what I needed. This new team is a 360 compared to the previous team before they remodeled. I will now continue my business with this location.

They didnt have any Halloween costumes. But the employees were very nice and as helpful as they could be.

I live half an hour away so I called to make sure I could get a costume ahead of time I get there shortly after I call and all of a sudden I cant get a costume because theres nobody in the stock room. Nice

Im not sure if the limited selection of merchandise is because of COVID-19 or if it was the particular store I went to. Party City usually has more of a selection in party paper goods. I found the Briarcreek store to be limited in selections.

Mitchell is awesome!! Welcome to the party😂😂😂. Made my family feel welcomed and got a balloon. If you want cheap and generic go elsewhere. If you want baby shark, avengers, Disney princesses themes then personalize the party/occasional here! They renovated during covid so they are clearly back in business the closing down comment was old. Bright store good selection and wifey approves of good prices!

This Party City is new remodeled and is soooo extra organized now! I love the new store layout!

So glad theyre back open. Though they messed up my online order the manager on duty took great care of my needs. Customer service was great.

Found every single item on my party supply list (and then some!). The store is always super well-organized (albeit a bit hectic during Halloween...) and its easy to navigate to find what I need (or to get some inspiration as I walk the aisles). The flow of themes is great and legit makes sense as they progress (ex. Bachelorette Party flows into Wedding, which flows into Baby Shower, etc.). They have costumes year-round, so if youre invited to a Gatsby Party in June you can get everything you need here. 😁 💃🎩 Plus they have excellent catering supplies, do if youre making/serving food to a crowd they have everything you need (and in a variety of colors) to cook, keep warm, and serve. The prices are also pretty comparative to anywhere else, but I love being able to see everything in person (and being able to pick up everything in one place!). I wish I had a Party City closer, but its always worth the trek.

Party City offers some unique items for those wanted to do a little more for their party or celebration. There are great party favors balloons decorations and an assortment of items for any occasion. Store is clean well lit and a friendly staff to assist. Nice location and lots of parking. Easy to see from highway as well.

I got 12 ADORABLE red plastic chili pepper dishes for $1 each. Used them to put candies in at a friends party in New Mexico& I got SO many compliments on them! I also always get nice balloons for birthday & anniversary there.

This is a great store all year round and one needs to walk around periodically to find things you need that you didnt know you needed. Theres a huge variety of items from party favors to costumes to every day items that are difficult to find. This store is also fun to walk around in and imagine the possibilities for parties and to improve normal life.

I like the selection Party City offers and I found everything I needed for two different parties I was hosting. However, staff is very young and have low work ethic. Could care less about helping you find what you need or making alternative suggestions. If you ask them a question, they are annoyed that you are interrupting their phone time.

Saddened to see that this location is closing down in Brier Creek. Limited options available and a variety of items at discounted prices. If you are interested in purchasing balloons, Helium is unavailable.Luckily, Lowes Foods as well as Harris Teeter have both Helium as well as balloons ready for your shopping pleasure.

We went here to pick up the halloween costumes and was able to find what I need and they had enough stock available to pick from. This place has all the stuff that you need for hosting a perfect party.

I was in the store to browse with my family. My daughter needed to use the restroom. It was absolutely disgusting. Ill spare details, but I wouldnt wish that experience on anyone.The store itself was in disarray, but it was clear the employees were trying to move summer merchandise out and move Halloween things in.Whatever you do, dont go to the restroom here!

These ladies are very unprofessional and honestly do not care how they treat customers especially the lady at the balloon center Shevon. I wouldn’t spend my money here at all but dollar tree ran out of helium. Please don’t bother to spend your money here at a place that is disrespectful to customers.

Great selection but feels consistently overpricedDepending on what you need you might be able to get it at Walmart for cheaper...like frozen 2 birthday decorations. However there are tons of balloons and other things here that you cannot get at Walmart

Ask for help and now I wish I never did, all the older Caucasian gentleman had to do was look for something green like green candy sticks I know he saw 2 boxes. Because I saw them, my daughter saw them. Asking him to choose to pick them up was like pulling teeth. He pick all around them and never pick the right ones. If Party City dont want to sell the items in their store them maybe they should closed down. I thought money was wanted everywhere. Regardless of its color!

We went to buy the balloons for my sons 4th birthday on a Friday night and wanted to pick them up on Sunday. We asked when was the earliest we could pick them up and she said 9:30 so thats when we made our order to be picked up. Sunday came and we get there at 9:25. We looked at the sign and it says they dont open until 12:00. Extremely dissatisfied, we went to my sons birthday party without them and picked them up afterward.

I walked in, late for a lecture presentation, and was immediately helped by Sarah. She was awesome in no uncertain terms. Found exactly what I needed for the lecture (because of her) and checked out in under three minutes! Thanks Sarah!

The sales people were great & fast with getting the outfits you were looking for. The only small down size is there is only ONE (1) dressing room. So long wait times there.

Shavon has 0 personality. I came in for a refund on a balloon order and she proceeds to complain that the other manager didn’t tell her anything about a refund; due to the other manager being at a funeral which doesn’t concern me as a customer. She didn’t smile not once, she didn’t use any type of manners and just treated me as if I was bothering her. What a terrible experience. Think twice before spending money here.

Never to shop here again. How about announcing items for Easter [eggs are not a significance of The Cross], and Christmas [birth of Jesus Christ]. Why make it big announcement for Ramadan? What about the Cross where Jesus died on for all people, including the Muslims? Wheres the people of faith that love God above all. God gave his only Son, thats a real truth and an announcement worth repeating through the airwaves, and the news. No thats good news worth shopping for, even though, its freely given.

I went to this Party City with my wife last night(Monday,). TERRIBLE.. absolutely TERRIBLE help from Cashier. When my wife checked out as ND was given her change..our Cashier did not have any 5 dollar bills, so the cashier asked the one next to her ...her name was something like Timya ...she said she had ad but had to open register when she did she closed it with giving us the 5 for the singles.askedI asked her again, 5 minutes later she opens the register..does the same thing again....closes it with outgiving us the 5.. finally someone from another register gave us the 5...it looks like Timya just had an attitude problem.and was giving us a hard time.not acceptable behavior.

Is this the best name ever for a business. Id like to see some higher end costumes and decorations...not just the stuff made in china

Good place to visit when preparing for a party or going to a party. They have a large selection of merchandise.

The personal was so kind, but the restroms were seriously 🤢🤢. I would like to attach some pictures, hair on the sink, dirty paper all over one of the toilets, water all over (i hope it was water) the other one.

Went in to look for 50th decorations for my mother. The customer service in there is horrible. They have items placed in the wrong spot and then get rude and nasty because their staff messed up. I just want to pay the price that the item is under. Do not shop there because that manager does not care.

There were limited balloons available to purchase because they were out of stock or discontinued. However, the young employees’ customer service was exceptional.

I searched online for the Incredibles costumes for my family. I contacted the store ahead of time to inquire if they had our sizes. An associate ensured me that they the costumes in each one of our sizes. I asked them was there any way that they could hold them for us given that we were driving from 45 minutes away only for them to respond that they could not. We subsequently rushed there in hopes that we would be able to secure them. We found out upon arrival that they did not have my nor my fiancees sizes. They did however have our daughters size. The associate recommended that I check with other Party Citys in and around the local area to see if they had them as opposed to him doing so himself. I reluctantly decided to go ahead and purchase my daughters costume as that would at least knock one item off of our list.I advised the cashier (Brett) that I received a 15% off coupon code via email from Party City. He however refused to honor it as he proffered that he would need the actual barcode to process the discount. I resultingly retorted that I would either procure the item from a different vendor or online as I refused to pay the full price when I have a valid coupon. He didnt offer any additional assistance, apology, or anything to that effect as we exited the store.I decided to look on Party Citys website in an effort to compare their prices against other vendors only for the entirety of the coupon to pop up along with the barcode that time. I then gave my daughter my cellphone and $60 so as she could go back in and purchase her costume using the coupon. I asked her upon her return did he (Brett) offer an apology or his regards to which she responded he did not. I consequently directed her to go back in the store and get a refund because I was done with Party City and that location in particular.

Ordered a product that was clearly available online but somehow my order was cancelled. Not happy that they did not fill order. If they couldn’t fill the order then, the why not order more and have it shipped to me? Changed my review because they reached out to me to let me know the order was cancelled. Still disappointed not to receive it after ordering it though.

Even in the craziness, employees were very helpful and courteous. We found a great costume for our 10 yr old.

I went in to ask about returning/getting a store credit for a halloween item that fell apart before I could even use them. I tried to explain to the manager that I had been out of town since then, but he would not do anything since I bought the item before halloween (even though they fell apart right out of the package and I had to buy replacements from somewhere else out of town). Its not just what they said, its they way they said it. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else or purchase online from anywhere else. I usually give a place 3 strikes before I wont return, but I will not be talked to that way again.

Showed up to pick up an order which was to be ready at 2pm and when I arrived at 2:40, they asked for the name. They could not find the order. Upon searching they found the order that was not ready yet and said it was under a different name which was the same name I gave when coming in. They continued to prep an order that was not due to be ready until 3 instead of prepping our order which was to be ready an hour prior and told me that it would be 20-30 minute wait and made me feel as though I was inconveniencing them.
