Ok so, this place is connected to a gas station that I drove passed everyday. I’ve over heard good things, so I figured why not be spontaneous and try it. So I got the eggplant Parmesan sub 🍆 it was good and the eggplant was cooked how I like. It did lack cheese and sauce, it was a tad bland but the eggplant itself was delicious,I would ordered it again but ask for extra sauce and cheese next time lol I did throw some Italian seasoning on it I have ah home and it was 💣 .My honey ordered a philly and he loved it ! We both said we’d go back just for the bread lol. The tiramisu was good ..nothing homemade but it hit the spot and the bread was bomb ! I recommend here if your a local. Oh yeah the wings were decent also, got the mild, comes w one sauce, we choose ranch but now I’m like dam blue cheese would have been 🔥 .. try it👌🏼

First off . I just wanted to state . If you hate your job so much . It’s an option in life to get a new one . The customer service at this place was horrid . My fiancé and I wanted to try some place new . So on our way home we searched along route for a laid back pizza spot . Unfortunately that was not the case, we entered the establishment, and was greeted with stares . Until I opened my mouth with a vibrant hello . The cashier coldly said hello . Then suddenly a woman with nice long braids and a scarf on came up to the register, looked at me right in my face . Which I greeted her with a vibrant Hello! But was greeted back with a stare and walked away . That completely through me off . We were stared at the whole time by the cashier, it’s our first time we looked confused talking among ourselves, and that point didn’t even want to ask for suggestions.I don’t understand what any of the attitudes were for . That switched my whole my mood after that, and I let it be noticed . The cashier suddenly was a little more lively but it was too late . Never coming back here . Oh and the woman with the beads in her hair needs to stop playing on the phone . And do her job . Thanks!

Better than your traditional Fast Food Pizza chain by a long shot. Its a revolving door of employees that dont know what they are doing but the food has been consistent. I recommend the cheese sticks add pepperoni and dont forget to ask for garlic sauce cups. Marinara is also better than most!

Rude Rude Rude!...I have been goin to this place for a while now ordering the same meal. Well today I encountered the owner Rusty (so he say) when I tell him my Alfredo was lacking Alfredo sauce I was told I didnt eat it fast enough and that the sauce dried up after 1 hour. He wouldnt wait an hour to eat Alfredo and refuse to remake or refund my money. The level of disregard was out of this world!. I have eaten at this restaurant a few times food was good and cook very well love their deluxe pizzas. But here lately their food has fallen way off. Today was the last time I dont think I will be returning. Order a pizza and onion rings when I got home pizza wasnt done the dough was chewy and the onion rings were burnt to a crispy black brown. I call to let them know they say come back, went back same thing didnt even have the energy to take them back or call again. You could tell that the oil in their fryer hasnt bern changed in quite awhile which is sad because their is usually pretty good. Its sad because I use to like this place.

Disgusting. I ordered the Italian sub and it was more bread than meat. The roll was stale and the meat tasted terrible. I ordered for a group of people on the phone and when I picked it up they forgot an entire large cheese pizza.

They had a great chicken parm. Place went downhill fast. Long wait times, employees using the same gloves to touch everything while preparing food. Guy came in the no shoes or mask on, staff didn’t say anything about it. Lost my appetite immediately.

Only had a sub. Very few ingredients and n9t satisfying.

I have ordered multiple times from this location, food has been pretty good for the most part I grew a liking for the subs and whatnot so regularly ordered from them. I ordered through Grub Hub and got delivery. Now during these deliveries I constantly was getting stuff left out of my order. Usually it was dressings or sodas which I never called and complained, maybe my fault, but today I was missing an entire sandwich. I was kinda over it. I texted the Grubhub guy and he told me to contact the restaurant. So I did, I explained what happened and got put on hold, when she came back she told me that the manager said he packed the order himself and it was correct so she said she not calling me a liar but thats what he said. I got so irritated that I basically hung up. Then after thinking about it I called back, yeah I felt some type of way, I wasnt trying to get some free sh#$@, just what I paid for, I asked for a manager and he preceded to tell me that he packed it himself so it was correct, I mean I really dont give an eff who packed it, either he messed up or the Grubhubs guy was eating my sandwich. Either way I will never appreciate being called a liar by anyone ever. I spent $75 on this order and to get just dismissed, that is a big eff you to my face. Your food is ok but you wont get my money anymore. This might not effect them in any type of way but I felt like I needed to leave my two cents. I would think that by seeing my history of ordering with them that they would show an ounce of customer service. Nope, I was wrong, he was right, no way he made a mistake. Ok well heres my review hope you get all you paid for.

Quality has gone down hill. We live near by and order weekly however the last few times it has been very disappointing. Tonight we called in an order. Was told it would be 15 minutes. We arrived 20 minutes from the time we called. My husband went in and they had not started our order. We waited another 15 minutes while our order was made. My husband thanked the girl who handed him the order and she said absolutely nothing. No youre welcome, or sorry for the wait. We drove home (we live less than 5 minutes from the location) dipping sauce was missing, and the pizza was not fully cooked. We had to finish cooking luke warm doughy pizza in our oven.I hope that they can turn it around because we really enjoyed their pizza. Not sure if its staffing or what.

I’ve never felt the need to review anybody especially not so poorly but the customer service today was absolutely terrible. I called to order delivery and a young girl answered, I couldn’t even finish my sentences without her cutting me off and when I gave her the address and realized I’d called the wrong store she hung up on me. I get my mistake but beforehand being treated so rudely was just not okay. I suggest getting better customer service employees who actually enjoy their job, she sounded miserable. Will make sure I never order from here again.

Called in an order to go for a large pizza and wings around 530. They had it done in 15min and the pizza was great. Reminds me of my old pizza place back home, great dough and crust, real cheese, fresh spinach and slices of tomatoes.Got the garlic parm wings which were deep fried and seasoned! Not drenched in sauces which was great!I’ll definitely order from them again!

The gentleman that took my order got my order wrong. I ordered a lunch special, a supreme sub, and was given a plain salad with Italian dressing. Now it was my sons fault because he didnt check the order but when I called to complain they didnt have any record of an order for me. The girl that answered the phone and was really impatient with trying to help me figure out what happened. The fact that I paid $7 for a salad that was only lettuce, onion, green peppers and cucumbers is very irritating. She said that is what I ordered but didnt have a record of my order. I love 3 Olive but I might think twice before ordering from them again.

Simply out of this world great steak and cheese sub. The sub is nice and toasty on the outside, warm and soft on the inside. Great tasting. Its a simple place nothing fancy. Nice tables. I just get water to drink from the drink dispenser. The water taste very good. No funny after taste of any kind so they keep the dispenser nice and clean. I get the special drink sub and fries. Five stars on the fries also.

We recently moved to the area and found 3 Olives! We were skeptical at first considering its in a gas station. But WOW best pizza, cheese bread, garlic knots, Stromboli, and boneless wings around! Were pretty regular and it has been consistent every time!

I called and asked if they used actual fettuccine pasta in their fettuccine Alfredo (some resteraunts list it but don’t). I should have known better when I asked and the guy said “we use chicken” I said no what kind of pasta? He put me on hold came back on and told me they did.We ordered that and a large pizza. Seriously? Absolutely an insult pasta it was a small round tin of a ton of cheap mozzarella cheese (if it was even cheese) NO sauce and disgusting chunks of over seasoned off tasting chicken fat. Pizza had an off metallic taste like the chicken.Definitely not good for Italian American food IMO

My first time trying and I am very disappointed. I ordered a chef salad and they brought it without any utensils. I called to tell them they didnt put any utensils in my bag and the girl replied did you ask for utensils. I told her I asked for a salad the utensils is a given. I asked was I supposed to eat this with my hands. She was very rude and this is my first and last time ordering anything from them ever.

Waited over 45 minutes for an order that I call Dan. That was sitting on top of their of it the whole time I was inside. I repeatedly asked the kid working the register to check it and he kept telling me that was in it. When in fact it was my order which was completely cool to the touch. Need to hire adults or train these kids to do their job properly

Im not even the type to leave a negative review. Definitely not of a place I think highly of and spend money with often. This place is literally on the corner near my house so super convient and usually super tasty. Today however. My son loves the mozzarella sticks. So that was our deciding factor in choosing this place for dinner. I call and place my order. Am told 20 mins. I show up 25 mins later. I approach the counter. There are 2 young guys answering very busy phones. Understandable. So I wait patiently. One walks away to check on food. No one has acknowledged me. That gentleman returns. Answers the phone. A woman walks in. She stands next to me for 2 mins. Then she says can I pay for my food the guy apologizes and takes her payment and grabs her food. I then say excuse me I still havent paid. Give him info for my order and pay. He answers the phone. Then helps the next customer. The other gentlemen was on the phone this whole time. He goes to walk away again. I say can I please have my food? He then walks to where my food was sitting this entire time. Hands it to me. I was so stunned by the lack of service that I didnt even check my food. Get home to realize I dont have my mozzarella sticks. The whole reason I ordered. I get i should have checked my food. But I also get that the service I recieved was beyond sub par. And something needs to be done or this weekly customer wont be back. Sad as that is. I spend money where I know my business is appreciated.

Always my go to location for a quick bite to eat during lunch. Though all I ever buy are the grilled chicken salads, double meat,and substitute the lettuce for spinach. Plus the prices are reasonable.

I have recently lunching at this place and food is always hot and tasty, full of flavor wait time is really acceptable. Prices are fair, clean and neat tables and bathrooms only complain but you have to understand the location is next door to a gas station parking is packed at lunchtime, so pickup order is highly recommended I have never order delivery so my review is based on take out and dine in experience

The food was good for the price. I ordered the Philly cheese steak but it need more seasoning like salt and garlic powder. It was nice and fresh. I wasnt expecting it to be as good as it was. Will probably order again since its close to my job and decent price.

Love pizza

My family orders from the Garner location frequently, NEVER an issue...when Im at work I order from the Poole Rd location and since turning coworkers onto this place, we order very frequently. This location is HORRIBLE at getting orders right and missing items. Like tonight... eating a Greek salad with no dressing. NO dressing. Wont be ordering again. Id rather order pick up from Garner on my way into work. Food is good. Service, poor and lacking.

My favorite pizza place!

I love this place. The pizza is delicious and tastes home made. The only negative comment I have is the Philly cheese stake could use a little more cheese on it.

The bread that comes with pasta combo is simply a sub roll cut in half and drenched in butter. Less butter and more grilling/toasting would be better. The side salad is hit or miss. I once got nothing but brown, as in needs to be thrown out, lettuce. A little less cheese on the alfredo chicken would make it creamier.

This establishment is attached to the gas station. The menu is pretty typical for a Pizza joint. The Cheesesteak was great and freshly prepared. Prices are moderate and the building was clean. Not a bad place to try out.

I gave this place 5 stars 2 years ago. I think it use to be different management. If not then it was definitely different people working here. I am so disappointed with the customer service overall. The last couple of times I was disappointed with the quality of the food. I asked for something for my inconvenience and the manager decided upon hisself to give me whatever he felt. Not even knowing if I was allergic to it. Plus it had coffee in the desert he gave me. I’m pregnant and don’t deal with any type of coffee right now. I can’t lie the food is good. But prepare to have a terrible experience.

Googled and found this place just 5 minutes from where I work, I ordered and picked up the lasagna. Food was fresh, hot and delicious and portion size was more than enough. Staff was friendly as well. Will definitely be going back soon.

Tonight I made an order for my family and service was not complete. First thing the young lady who took the order left off a couple of items off. When we called the first time about it we had to pay for the other 2 Stromboli’s in which she left out of the order. Then called a third time because opened the fry bag the fries were thrown in a brown bag without a tray. Asked to speak with a manager I was told he was to busy to speak. Then all of sudden he was available to speak told me they ran out of trays and that’s what they do is throw fries in a brown paper bag. If this is what y’all do then this is my time ordering from here.

Best Philly cheese steak in town

I spend a pile of money at the Raleigh location, between business and home orders. This is the second weekend in a row our home order has been wrong. I even went so far as to have my order read back to me, and it still was wrong. Mikes Pizza Italian Restaurant is going get all my business going forward, even though I have to pick up my order. Okay its an eatery in a gas station. How good can it be? Its great,. They have awesome pizza and sandwiches. And the lunch special is a good price at under 8 dollars.

Pizza is actually pretty good IF you can get it. I am giving 2 stars for taste only. Because I CANT order a pizza at all its basically the WORST service possible because I dont get ANY food! I have had several bad experiences trying to have pizza delivered to my house. Just today I was put on hold 3 different times for 5 minutes each before I finally just gave up. I have had this happen multiple times they put you on hold and just never return to the phone. I wait 30 minutes and call back and usually I can put an order in the 2nd time but not today. Today they are only serving 3 olives hold on no pizza. There is also a big issue with delivery time. They always say 45 minutes but can take up to 2 hours with no warning. Then of course your pizza is very cold when you finally receive it. If you are picking up you may have better luck but I would not call or try to have anything delivered you will be hungry and disappointed. Sad because its pretty good pizza that you will never get to eat if you want delivery.

I ordered garlic knots and barbecue wings. The garlic sauce wasnt cooked with the knots they just poured the garlic sauce over it and all of it was in my plate instead of on the bread. it didnt saturate the bread...I felt like I wss eaten just dough and Marinara sauce was watered down. Also, the barbecue wings sauce was horrible, it had a nasty after taste plus they didnt cook sauce with wings...again poured over fried chicken wings not sticking to the chicken. I believe these choices I chosen they need to improve greatly.

We had a huge mishap with the delivery driver, and the manager handled the issue so well. I am saddened by what happened with the driver but impressed by how the manager handled the situation. I would be happy to recommend this company to others. The food is always great!

Where do i begin.... Ill jus say my food was cold and called about it. Manager told me it was nothing he could do. I offered to return food MYSELF. Every time we place an order it’s wrong!!! Today was definitely my last time spending money at this location. We ordered two Gyro’s with extra cucumber sauce on the side and a steak and cheese all the way minus the jalapeño. When I got home of course the order was wrong!! No cucumber sauce on the side but I was charged for it and instead of a steak and cheese we got a Eggplant Parmesan. When my husband called back the manager was a butt. So my husband took the sandwich back and got his steak and cheese. Once he started eating he realized it had jalapeños on it. Yeah everyone makes mistakes but this location gets it wrong every time!

The best keep secret in town. If you want a grade A chicken philly you need to stop here.And best part, no bugs!

If you’re wondering about the new Uzbek part of this restaurant’s menu, my suggestion is to order a pizza instead. The four of us visited recently and ordered most of the items from pages one and two, and were sorely disappointed. We love Uzbek food and having had ample opportunities to eat it during our visits to Uzbekistan, we were very excited to learn about a new offering from 3 Olives right here in Raleigh. However, our experience was disappointing. Plov, the heart and pride of Uzbek cuisine, was sorely lacking. The rice was severely undercooked as to render it half raw. The few pieces of meat on top of the lack luster pile of rice were OK, but the rest of it was quite awful. Manty, another signature dish, were cooked with dough too thin and too tender, resembling ravioli, and had more onions than beef in them, and yet failing to mask the strange flavor of beef. Samsa, on the contrary, had a relatively decent shell, and poor quality filling that tasted exactly like the Manty. Dip served with samsa tasted like Mexican salsa from a jar. Borscht was truly poor, with the same strange unfresh flavor like the Manty and the Samsa. Overall, every single dish we ordered that contained beef had that unpleasant taste, making us think the beef used in all these dishes was of poor quality. Lamb chops were reasonable, however for the price, we expected sides that are more inspired. The same undercooked rice like in Plov rendered the dish inedible. Similar fate had befallen the Salmon kebab which was OK in itself but contained equally terrible undercooked rice. Even the tea wasn’t served right and came with a cup instead of a traditional drinking bowl. All in all, over $150 worth of food, and the only dish that left a positive impression was house roasted potatoes. So disappointed. We so wanted to love this place. Very poor quality, repetitive, musically offensive Russian pop blaring through the speakers like a hammer driving nails into one’s skull didn’t add to the atmosphere and completed the poor impression the food gave us. While we enjoyed attentive and kind service and admired the cleanliness of this establishment, the food left us with such a poor impression, we are sure to never come back. Please, do not judge Uzbek food by this restaurant.

3 olives is a very good lunch of dinner spot! They have really good pizza and hot fresh subs! Try them during the week for there lunch specials

Italian fast food. The place shares space with a gas station, so make sure you dont pass it by. It was a Quiznos before so the set-up is counter ordering with self serve drinks and a handful of tables and chairs. You can call in for pickup or local delivery. The staff is very nice and the prices are good. It isnt fine dining and I doubt the sauce is scratch made, but if you want a quick baked ziti with salad, garlic bread, and a drink for less than ten bucks, this is the place to go!

Wow what an unexceptional surprise. I must admit I was Leary when I pulled up and it was connected to a gas station. I almost left and went somewhere else. Man am I glad I didnt. Amazing pizza!

This review is specifically about the quality of customer service since the food i ordered never arrived or was even prepared.... but i was charged for it.Long story short(er):- A 35 minuet wait time turned into me having to call an hour and ten minuets latter- Instead of canceling my order over phone (which apparently would have taken 5 days to be refunded in my account), I had to drive to the restaurant to pick up the cash equivalent of the credit transaction (adding insult to injury of the tummy)- I got my cash back in the end, however on top of everything, it was the staffs seemingly carefree demeanor that triggered this review. They never even prepared my food.AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE
