September 2021Early evening.Had a burned out turn signal/brake bulb and preferred not to drive on curvy back country roads in the dark with missing lights.Dan C helped me out. He even came outside and we trouble shot to be sure which bulb required replacement. Bought the bulb and a universal screwdriver. Situation resolved in just minutes.Thank you Dan and Autozone.

I very big shout out to Carolyn. ! she is amazing. Always there to help with any, and everything you need. I thought I was in need for a new rear wiper blade, but when Carolyn came out to help me, she knewthat was not the problem. All I needed was the plastic strip to be removed from the current blade. thank a bunch.. I will contuine to shop this store for all my auto needs.

AutoZone Auto Parts, they either have my part in stock or when they have to order it the part arrives the next day. Big parking lot so you won’t feel jammed all together while you change the whippers or change that headlight bulb. Sometimes there’s a line but it moves pretty fast. Hey corporate office. Becky at AutoZone helped me out so much yesterday!I went in not knowing what was wrong with my car except that it make a loud squeaking sound.I was a little embarrassed not knowing a thing about cars, or how to articulate what I needed, but Becky made me feel so comfortable and talked to me like I was a friend.She was able to figure out what was wrong with my car and recommended exactly what I needed.I was really impressed with her customer service, and knowledge. I can happily say (and so can the whole neighborhood lol) my car is now squeak free!I highly recommend this place for any auto needs!

This store is impressive. I found some very unique Items I have not seen at other stores, and was very reasonably priced. The mirror I purchased is just amazing it has ajustable side mirrors on top of being a larger rearview mirror to begin with. The body glove visor organizer is very well made,and durable(has already come in handy. Lastly there is a net that you can peel and stick which is a completely new small storage area. I absolutely love my car so I was like a kid in a candy store here. I Highly recommend stopping in if you drive thru this little town.

After leaving another auto parts store I went to AutoZone. The other store didnt really help me or didnt take the time even though nobody was in the store. I was looking for an oil filter, for a generator that had no writing on it or anything. I stood around looking for like 10 minutes when Rebecca came and asked if I needed help. she took the time to look it up on the computer and help me find what I was looking for. I didnt Express how important it was that I found this filter, which needed to be the day. Nice guy named Joe helped me first on the phone, then a while later, when I was able to get to the store.One morning my battery was dead, not even a click from the starter, which I thought was unusual. I called Auto Zone, and got info from Joe about my batterys warranty, about replacement, and so on. He said he would run a diagnostic check on the battery and charging system.After a long wait for help to arrive, I got the dead battery jump started. Then I drove around for a while, before I went to Auto Zone. I shut off the car and immediately restarted it. Seemed fine now. I told Joe about the situation, that I thought the battery was actually fine. Nonetheless Joe went out to my car and connected his meter to the battery, and got readings for the battery, the alternator and the voltage regulator.Yes, my battery and the charging system are fine.It was a pleasure, and I was fortunate, to have Joe attending to my business with Auto Zone in Ramona.

Ill start with the good. AutoZone is very gracious in the sense that they loan out tools and are willing to diagnose problems with your ride be it the alternator, battery or even a check engine light. I recently had a check engine light come on on a Sunday. I had no idea how to figure out the problem. The car started losing the ability to accelerate. I drove directly to AutoZone and had it diagnosed. Bought the new throttle body and limped it back home. Problem solved! Saved my bacon. The bad: it always takes forever when doing anything in AutoZone. Slow service for some reason. Also, lesser quality parts that dont last as long as I think they should. Id rather spend a little extra cash to get a more reliable part.

I was searching around all day looking for assistance to find the issue with my car. This AutoZone has the nicest set of employees Ive encountered in awhile and not only did they help me pen point the problem, but helped my with the equipment to solve the issue. The best part is that it was all free! Even the tool rental and the car diagnostic, all free. AutoZone has really proved to me they are out there to provide a great service that more people need to take advantage of.

Good store with a convenient location too. I have been in this store a few times and have always been treated well as well as found what I needed. I have gotten loaner tools for things I didnt have, as well as consumable parts you need during a project gone sideways. My last trip there was for wiper blades and I walked away with a 25% discount thanks to a promotion.

Auto zone ramona, pretty good staff on hand. Generally pretty helpful. One of my local go to spots for the supplies i need for the d.i.y. projects. Decent deals here & there. Been going there for some yrs now. Havent been burnt yet. So, good track record so far.

Service is always good. Some parts they carry that arent name brand ( windshield wipers, headlights,etc) are poor quality and dont last. But overall if you stick to the name brands they are better then average

I purchased a deep cycle marine battery from them April 19th. By May 12th it refused to hold a charge. Took it back & they tested it & replaced it, no charge. The same thing happened with the replacement & 2 more over the next 12 weeks! Bad line of batteries. When I took the 4th one back I asked for a refund & without hesitation they gave me back my cash & apologized. Bad batteries, great staff, EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Casey in Ramona was amazing! We had an emergency and were rendered carless with the mechanical difficulties of my vehicle - bl;own heater hose (rquiring special toos to disconnect/reconnect). It was repaired last night and she stayed to help. I have court this afternoon to finalize a multi-year dissolution. My not being in court is not an option.Because we are a business and there were 2 deliveries near us she personally delivered the critical parts we needed with the tools to remove/replace the heater hose.. We found Casey to be personable, knowledgeable, and profresional. We will go to Auto Zone first for all of our vehcies needs. They carry Sea Foam, too! That additive makes an engine run like a dream. Casey turned an upleasant event around and was invited to the Spaghetti Open House for our local volunteer fire department in Julian. Ten stars!

Don’t go!Go to O’Reily’s!They don’t deserve a star.Auto Zone looked up and gave me the wrong size windshield wipers. I asked if they don’t fit can I bring them back.Their policy is, if you put wipers on your car, they will not take them back. I measured them along side of my wipers and saw that they were 2 inches longer. When I went in to return them, the young man tried to persuade me that I was wrong to my face. Even said they were only 3/4 of a inch longer. When they clearly 2 inches longer. All with a stinky attitude!A few days later I went to O’Reily’s, where they lookup and gave me the right blades then put them on my car to make sure they fit!It’s their policy!!!All with a great attitude!Old school helpfulness and kindness wins every time.God Bless them for their helpfulness.

So I went in to get a battery and some other tools to change out my battery for the first time by myself. And I guess you could say Im a newbie at doing self car stuff. I was expecting it to be routine, tell them what I needed they make recommendations and Id be in and out quickly. I didnt expect them to go above and beyond as they did. The girl at the counter told me that there where tools that they let their customers use if you needed them. She really wanted to help me because I told her that I didnt know what I was doing and didnt know how long it would take, but she said it was okay and that she would stay and help me along the way. Needless to say she kept her word and now I have a new battery and I have confidence to change out my next one. The service at the AutoZone in Ramona is amazingly awesome and now I want to do everything myself for my car!!
