Got new tires back in 2019. Service was awesome. Open to answer a few questions I had, since I am non-mechenical. Service was super fast. I walked next door to subway, ordered a sandwich and when I sat down, my car already got 4 new tires, with wheels balanced and all. Will definitely keep going here. Brad was very customer orientated.

I called the Service Center on a Saturday morning when we noticed uneven wear on one of our RV tires. The gentleman who answered listened to my concern and invited me to bring the RV by immediately to look at the problem and help resolve it. Upon arrival the gentleman checked out the wear, compared it with the tire on the other side and provided us with options as well as a recommendation for next time we planned to replace both tires - he did not pressure us to buy two new tires right then at all. It was a relief.Within an hour he has us back on the road - a quick swap of the worn tire for the spare and a change of the rims. The team was great - friendly, helpful, not trying to up- or oversell us on anything. A nice, honest team of tire professionals. What a pleasure.

My wifes car had a flat the day before our daughters wedding when we had family flying in. I took it to another tire shop that said they opened at 7:30 am. I waited until 7:40 and went to find another place. Ramona Tire Pros was just putting theyre doors up, so I pulled in. They werent officially open until 8, but they immediately took care of the problem and had me out the door before they were even supposed to start their day. Anybody can sell you a tire or patch a hole, but being prompt and taking care of the customer is what sets a business apart. This is definitely a business with outstanding customer service.

I have purchased tires and have had my vehicles serviced here for 4 years. I have taken my BMW, Dodge Ram truck, Nissan Altima and Ford Fusion all here. The guys are nice, helpful and fast. Prices are very reasonable. I havent had any issues yet!

I have given them my business over 16yrs. Had nail in tire today arrived right at open guys standing around in stalls no cars in stalls they said they didnt have time to fix my tire all booked up for the day.That is the last time Ill ever go back there

Ramona Tire Pros is highly trustworthy and highly committed to long-term customer service. The store has had the same management for many years, and I have purchased many sets of tires from the store, even as the name has changed ( used to be Traction Tire). Not only do they have an excellent tire selection on hand, but can get almost any type of tires or wheels within a day or two, sometimes same day. They go above and beyond with warranty service. Today I was in for a free flat repair on a tire purchased there 2 years ago.

Brad was awesome and for two days he went far above and beyond to help resolve an issue with my valve steam. Even after I was ready to give up on fixing the issue with my tpms sensors brad was very persistent in getting me back on the road with my sensors working. My car was a pain for them but the entire crew couldn’t have left me with any better of an impression. I’ll never even think of using another tire shop in the SD area. This place is probably the best in Ramona. They take too long to do simple jobs like rotations in my opinion. They said that they price match so I assumed that they were naturally competitive. After I spent $1000 on tires for my truck and $1200 on tires for my bronco I found out that going to discount tires would have saved me $300 on the same exact tires. Its partially my fault for not shopping around ahead of time but their price should have been closer to discount tires prices considering that they price match.

They were fast, patient and very thorough! They absolutely put the customer first. Couldnt be happier!

I have most of my tire work done at Traction Tire. The service advisers are friendly and the prices are reasonable. They are knowledgeable about their products and have been excellent about honoring road hazard warranty with repairs to road damaged tires, and extended service such as tire rotations. The only downside is that the wait times can be somewhat high.

What a hack job... Went to get an alignment on my BMW and some new tires. They proceeded to DRILL my alignment pins out rather than tap them out and scuffed up the surrounding paint. They defended this outright and said it was standard practice and that its only cosmetic. They also broke my passenger side sun visor, not sure how or even why they touched that part of the car but I know they broke(crushed) it because I use it every day when I put a sun shade in my windshield. They denied breaking it and showed no remorse for butchering my no longer usable alignment pins. Scared to think Ill find more damage upon further inspection. If you want a job done right go elsewhere.

Worst business Ive ever had! I brought my truck in with metal showing all the way around my tire. They changed out the good tire with another good tire and left the one showing metal on my truck. When I brought it back, the owner told me my story made no sense. He said it was a LONG story. Arguing got me nowhere, and after he saw the work order, he still said it made no sense. I went down the street to Country Tire in Ramona, and got a sweet deal on my tire and service. I am buying all new tires and an alignment now through them. Traction Tire is expensive and very rude, and wont admit when they make a mistake.

Went in with a simple screw in our tire. They got the job done, and they were friendly enough, but it took them FORTY-FIVE MINUTES to fix a simple flat. I dont know if thats normal for Ramona, but thats a crazy long time. Probably would try a couple different tire repair places before coming back here.

Went here because it was close and open on Sunday. The customer service was great and the staff knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

Attempted to give the local shop one more chance, and sadly it did not work out. Told the guy who did the intake of the car, as well as the techs while they were trying to figure out how to jack up the car, that they HAD to use the factory supplied jack blocks that I provided. As I was mid conversation with the techs, the tech proceeded to press the button on the lift. Next thing I know my OEM side skirts on a discontinued limited production car that are worth more than this hydraulic jockey makes in a month, are crushed by the jack and sticking out the sides of the car. The tech had no care for the rare production model in their garage, and proceeds to bang the side skirt with his hand back into place after lowering it. ALL OF WHICH TOOK PLACE RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME! I cant even fathom how they would treat a car when a customer is not around. They only care about the fact that they had an hour to get the job done, and floor jacks would take too long. Now I have, at minimum, numerous clips to replace, and I have yet to inspect my airfoils under the car as they still proceeded to use wood blocks instead of the supplied jack blocks on the appropriate jacking points once they moved to floor jacks. As well, their balance job sucked, instead of removing weights once the machine was showing a need for being counterbalanced, they ended up just slapping more weights on, wound up with a row of 10 weights on 1 side on 1 wheel. Claimed two of my wheels were bent, but seeing how all 4 wheels showed poor weighting techniques, I can only take that with a grain of salt at this point; tech probably gave up after running out of weights and knew it was still not balanced, or using a common ploy to attempt to get me to spend more money on aftermarket wheels, not realizing my car is 100% OEM. The sad thing is, this wasnt even an aftermarket body kit that they couldnt figure out. I can handle paying for horrible work, but what I cant stand is a company who employs people who have no respect for their customers or their property. If you have any car that is actually worth something and not just a beater, STAY AWAY!

Reasonable prices. You have to wait in your vehicle so not good if you are on a time crunch. It would be great if you could leave your car v since it is close to shopping areas.

TERRIBLE SERVICE: I have been a customer since they were Evans Tires. I have gone to them for years and the service, or rather lack of it that I have received over the last year has forced me to drop them altogether. 4 months ago, I went in to get my tires rotated on a rare day off - they were too busy and asked me to come back two days later! I tried again 2 months ago - too busy AGAIN! Today, I came in with a slow leak that has been tearing up the tread and they tell me I need new tires! So Im moving on - goodbye CRAPtion Tires of Ramona!!!!No more!

Meh. Ive been here for 3 hours when they said 1-1.5 hours. Also, they only had three of the tires quoted on the phone, so I had to step up to a more expensive model(almost twice as much). They even mounted the 3/4 of the tires originally quoted before noticing they didnt have the 4th. But none of this was communicated to me until I had been here for 2.5 hours. They did give me $10 off per tire and waved the protection plan fee.

Over the phone they quoted me 210 for brakes. When I showed up they charged 410 when I supplied all my own parts! Turns out the shop across the street does em for 235. Dont go here, the manager is a crook.
