Lovely little boutique with a generous variety of clothing items to pick from. Andrea is super friendly, helpful and sociable and has a great sense of style for the effortless-chique. Just the kind of clothing store that our town needs! (I don’t think you’ll get me out of that super soft sweater all winter long!)

Good quality clothing loved the Haylen tanks I received. These are a great basic to layer or wear as is. Shopping online is always concerning that the size will fit. Boutique was patient and willing to exchange. Thanks again!

I would love to support this small business but both times I have gone in the owner or the lady working is very unwelcoming and kinda rude. I thought maybe she was having a bad day the first time but the second time was treated the same. Maybe she was having a bad day again. It’s a bummer because the clothes are so cute! And I love the options but feel uncomfortable shopping there.

Super cute clothes however, they dont have any size over a Large in store. I would have loved to become a customer but they arent size inclusive in store :(

I was visiting Ramona from Upstate New York, and today was my last day. Due to poor planning, it took me until today to decide that I needed to buy a Ramona shirt. My plan was to wear it to work on Monday along with my sunburn!! Late afternoon, my niece went online to find a good place for me to shop. Fortunately, she discovered the Uptown Boutique. She made a call, spoke directly with the owner and told her my plight. As I walked into the shop, the owner greeted me and said, You must be the Uncle from Albany. She had 3 shirts for me to choose from, all my size. I could not have been more pleased. I hope her small business flourishes and will be here on my next visit!

I love this store!!Not sure what Pamelas issue was, but after reading the correspondence between her and the owner, it seems to me that Pamela was completely unreasonable and over reacting. Also, not sure what Trump has to do with her being a boutique owner considering CA is a blue state? Clearly, someone is off her medication.The owner has been nothing but honest, and great to work with. Especially with me not being local. I will continue to support and buy from this amazing boutique.

The owner is rude and insulting. She sent an email saying here are 3 choices you have because your shirt with not be in until Dec 15thI wrote back how horrible this was and she refunded me. I did not give her my choice she just refunded.She then blamed vendors and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience or offer a discount on next purchase. Just rudeShe wrote ummm I’m not responsible my vendors are... Great business management.

I walked through this little gem today and was pleasantly surprised at what I found. Sitting amidst the well decorated displays of clothing, accessories, handbags and chic jewelery. I found a lively and helpful woman named Andrea Delgado. After a few simple interactions I was curious over a few questions I had regarding her business and her knowledgable assistance lead me to the conclusions I was hoping for. It also turns out, Andrea is the owner and a very sweet, business savvy, hard-working individual. The store is larger than it first appears and is full of 1 off and 1 of a kind pieces... sold on consignment as well as traditional transactions. If you are looking for something Unique... Then go to the Uptown Boutique . Hopefully you will find Andrea there whom I am sure can assist you with any and all of your needs. Guys, this is a great place to find gifts for girlfriends and wives that will surely mean more than a generic big box blunder - think about it!

I am not sure about how this company does business in person. But, I do know how they do business on line. Good products, fast shipping but... watch out for their shipping prices. Ouch. They quoted $90 and I accepted it (thinking items would maybe be insured due to their value) and they paid $10.50. When asked about this, they refused to do anything about it. I asked nice then said I would have to leave a truthful but unfortunately negative comments if they wouldnt help me. They even went so far as to tell me that I should do what I have to do. So I am doing just that. I am a person of my word. They have great products and they are very quick to ship.... but they will profit 5x to 9x in their shipping. So watch out.Addition to review:This was through eBay and eBays policy is that shipping can not be posted on an item that is unreasonable. When I contacted eBay customer service and they read all the messages that were sent back and forth from UB and me, they agreed that it was unreasonable. They opened a case to review UBs practices and asked me to give a negative review. Apparently eBay did not think that was extortion on my end but more like ripping people off on UBs end.The owner of UB tried to justify the gross overestimation of shipping as The actual shipping cost entails more than just what the carrier charges us. We have to package it up, make sure it is secure, get it down to the drop off location. We are a rural town. Hmmmm.... They used a free priority box from USPS, the store is 0.8 miles from the post office. So they used tape, printed a label, used packing material and drove 1.6 miles round trip and that cost $79.50... If you are reading this, you can be the judge.They are even professional enough to use the term pound sand when writing to me. Very professional.Like I said, they have good products but beware of the gross over estimation they want for shipping and the unwillingness to prove why they would charge so much other than greed.Update:Instead of trying to help me, now UB is just taunting me on Facebook and trying to get my reviews of their company removed saying Im not a customer. I have proof in PayPal transaction that I paid Uptown Boutique and hence I am a customer from back in Jan of 2018 when this all occurred. So, as a customer, this is my experience.
