Nice, clean, well lit, well stocked, store. Seems to have decent prices. I’ve been shopping at Albertsons lately and initially I did not like the single check out line. It’s grown on me, and seem pretty fast and efficient. Wouldn’t mind if they kept this up post pandemic. It was a pleasant shopping experience and I would shop here again.

This review is for the rude woman at register 8 at 4:30 on Friday 9/24/21. After waiting in an extremely long line to get 2 propane tanks exchanged I wa told they didnt have anymore without checking with anyone other than the girl in line 9 that shrugged her shoulders. Then again says they are out and is quickly is looking for the next customer. I then leave and noticed that there were plenty of tanks with the blue cap. Have a better attitude and actually help your customers.

They generally have what I need but a little less then larger cities in the area. Nice staff and they keep up on keeping the store clean. Busiest Sundays and weekdays after generally work hours.

Super nice and helpful staff. Great produce. The app is fantastic. Last time I shopped I stocked up on two weeks plus of food. The bill was $700 and I saved $200 using the rewards towards groceries, shopped the sales from my couch and was able to add the right ingredients to my list to use the deep price cut sale meat items and make my meals very tasty. Besides going through the adds they have on line coupons. You just click on them and add the exact item to your grocery list (I include the discount so I can make sure it is the best deal). The savings is automatically applied to your bill at check out when you enter your phone number. No cutting coupons or keeping track of them. Tip. I then go through my shopping list and add a letter at the front. M for meat department, p for produce, d fir dairy, f for frozen, etc. So when I am in that part of the store I quickly get all the things from that area.

We have been shopping here for years and I have never been as impressed by a cashier as I was tonight. MARTHA V. is a freakin rockstar! She was extra gentle with my produce, didnt bruise my avocados or my bananas, all while ringing us up at record speed AND separated all my frozen groceries which almost never happens. She was also super polite and professional. I dunno if Albertsons does any sort of special recognition for their employees who go above and beyond but this girl needs to get it. She really was awesome and I hope the store manager sees this.

Pretty good outfit. Front of store has decent customer service. Back of store...not so much. Prices seem higher than average but California has higher prices! Were visiting from Montana.

The stoelre is clean and organized however the feel is a bit off with the staff they are friendly and efficient however they lack the welcoming and existing. Something is missing, without the friendliness it is not warm. Its the responsibility of the top down from Reagonal to district, general management to pass down the excitement and personality. In other words, the staff is not happy!

Long lines, high prices, rude cashier...small younger girl with med black hair and big eyes, absolutely rude ! Same girl was rude to me before. Everyone else is very nice and helpful.

A lot of items seemed out if stock. They still are using that 2 register check out so plan on giving yourself 30 minutes to check out. Or just go to stater brothers where your check out will be less than 5 minutes.

It has a good selection of cold pressed juices.

I like the selection and cleanliness of the store but they have the worst baggers of any store Ive ever been at. Being country folk Im sure most ask for colds stuff to be together. They can NEVER ever do that! It doesnt matter who the bagger is. Bedsides smashing breads and ramen they cant figure out how NOT to put heavy bags on top of lighter bags. Its just always a cluster of unawareness and not caring about the customer. It makes going to shop there more unappealing. Hopefully they can figure out how to set aside some time to train their baggers. It will make a difference.

Love this store! Great selection and cool people. Mindy and Sebastian are awesome! Always helpful even when they are busy! And bakery gals are the same these employees always make me feel like I’m seeing family. Great experience every time. I want to give 5 stars but there are a couple mangers? (blue shirts) who often seem stressed and crabby. They are polite but still it’s a little uncomfortable sometimes. But I completely understand they are running a busy store. Let’s see Megan, Cindy, And Shelly are my favorite cashiers lately! Thanks everybody!

Long wait to checkout at times due to single queue

Arrived late (9pm) and were still under the COVID watch. They were open and had the item I needed that I couldnt find at the other store. They were also very helpful in finding it. A special shout-out to Susan (I think) a young lady who was especially helpful. I had settled for something less than what I wanted and she went and found the exact item I needed, then found me in the store and brought it to me. Above and beyond! Very much appreciated!

These guys are really great! The only store Ive visited during covid that seems to truly care about your personal safety. One way aisles, covered keypads and conveyor cleaning after every transaction plus line monitoring since day one! Thank you!And theres a special woman in the deli whos kind and cheerful even when I ask for a 4 ozs of this or 5 ozs of that. Youre awesome!

Ive known this store for decades but became a regular customer these past five months during COVID because they were the first store in town that started shopping safety systems. And Ive realized lately how much I appreciate the work their team has done to create a sense of caring, cleanliness, and safety. The aisles are cleaned continuously, the cashier lanes are cleaned, and their clean team members are preparing the carts and baskets before anyone handles them. I am also grateful for the quality of their produce, the team that keeps that area always stocked, as well as the meats and other product aisles. I came here initially because they seemed to want to protect their team, their facility, and their visitors - but I am remaining a customer because they are consistent with that care and they have the types of organic and nit-picky eater supplies I like. I am very grateful for what I know must be a lot of extra work to put these systems into place. I just want them to know how much customers appreciate this, as well as their speedy help and service even with the social distancing. :)

The manager at the Starbuck in Albertsons is complete unprofessional. She cant even find the refresher button on the register and was unable to perform a refund. She is not up to Starbucks standards. She has been promoted above her ability. Extremely poor service.

I normally love this place but was deeply offended by the cashier in express today, I believe his name was Mark, or maybe Max???He lashed out at another cashier passing by using very foul language. I think the other two employees were as surprised as I was by the expressions on their faces. Most employees there are very professional but what kind of training have they been giving lately. We should never be subject to that kind of language let alone rude behavior. I shop here all the time but may go across the street if I witness this kind of thing again. I’ll re consider my review once I’ve shopped again but for today is got to be a 1.

The store is always clean and bright; they most always have what I am looking for. The employees are consistently kind and engaging always offering a smile and easy conversation for me and my kiddos. Plus, my favorite thing is the brownies they make in the bakery.... $8 for 4 but oh my gosh.... Completely delicious guilty pleasure! 😁

Im from out of town and stopped to get groceries for vacation. The store was very busy, but after waiting in line for about 2 minutes they opened up two more lines so we got checked out quickly. The cashier was very nice. We were surprised you have to pay for bags, but were told thats a California law. Overall great experience.

Went to the starbucks in Albertsons they are always so friendly, prompt, and quick!

The service here is awesome, especially Darren in produce, he is always helpful. Its easy to find where everything is in the store and if not the staff is helpful. Definitely has the most variety of choices for groceries and some specialty items.

Always clean, has what I need when I have gone in there to shop, carts always available, shelves are nice and neat. They great donuts in there bakery

Kenny who was working the cash register was awesome, very attentive and patient. The service is 10x that of Stater Bros and Kenny made my experience that much better. Ive made the switch to Albertsons over Stater. Thanks again definitely will return.
