Very clean & organized. Everyone was very nice & eager to help outWide variety for wide ranges of animals & needs.The products are (IMO) Pricey 😳But the Kahoots brand products are highly recommend & used by loyal customers. So that gives you proof their stuff is good.

Kinda like a wallmart for pets and horses etc. Kinda felt to me like just another big business. No free hats that have their advertisements, just buy our stuff kind of a place.

I have been doing business with kahoots since 1993 and I love the owners their staff and personalities their inventory and great prices to. I had 2 sons working there in the past and they had the great boss and they are still. There. I even loved the donuts and coffee they had at the old store but the new store is so awesome.. I will always.buy thereMy only complaint is that their handicap parking is so incovent and on side of the building instead in front of the building at the old building but otherwise there are great.

I went in asking for advice on what to give my senior citizen kitty with bad teeth and pickyness issues to eat. The workers there were very polite, helpful, and informative, helping me easily find a few brand to try that are good for my kitty and easy on her bad teeth...if shell eat it, and if she wont they let us return any unopened cans or packets. Great service for sure.

They have a great variety of products & AMAZINGLY were also willing to special order the specific food my dog needed because of his allergies (ended up I didnt need it though since the Kahoots brand food worked well, which I hadnt expected since he breaks out in hives with most foods unfortunately) the staff is ALWAYS extremely knowledgeable about their products AND animals and their care...!!!! I wish they delivered hay. This is what keeps me buying from Elstons. The staff is always really nice tho. I feel their house brand dog food is a bit high priced as is their car food.

Kahoots wet dog food got my dogs stomachs upset even though they like it. Their dry food is solid.

When the first employee couldnt answer all my questions she promptly called for more help, which arrived in great time!!
