Michelle and Steve handled everything superbly. I was very particular about how I wanted my badge and Steve was very patient with me throughout the entire process. After a few emails back and forth, we agreed on the design of my badge. At the time of this review, it took about 11 weeks to receive the completed badge(which Billet Badges does state in their correspondence). But the badge came out STELLAR and EXACTLY how I envisioned it. Price was very reasonable for a custom designed and finished billet piece.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Pretty much nailed it out of the park when wanted custom badges for my Transit van. Quality of the product is second to none. If you want custom and you want it done right, look no further. I needed a badge that is no longer available from the manufacturer (or anywhere else) even though the car is only six years old. All I can say is WOW! about the workmanship from Billet Badges. I had Billet Badges complete 1 of 2 projects so far and have been VERY impressed with their work. I am building a 1970 Ford Bronco and wanted some special touches done to it. The first project was a little Name Plate/Badge for under the hood and without me even asking, the found a flaw in the cut and sent me both no questions asked. Steve has been really helpful throughout the process. Just good business. I have only had positive experiences with these guys so I am not sure what these other reviews are about. Next project is going to be a custom Bronco Sport emblem. Really excited to get more done with these guys, great work.

I recently went to this company out of the blue and Steve the owner was there to help me. I was asking for ford ovals for a 2009 f150 he not only had the supply but he was willing to install them on the spot. He was very nice and the customer service was better then expected. If you are looking for any kind of badge for a car I will be recommending him to everyone I know.

Steve and the Talented Team at Billet Badges worked with me to create a set of 4 custom 2 inch diameter wheel center caps.I started with a dream of what I wanted the center caps to be and after some time corresponding by email and phone it was turned into a cad drawing. After my approval of the drawing it went to production. there was a lot of time taken to make things perfect and I must say it was well worth the wait. Great place to get a one of a kind custom emblem. I had an idea and submitted it on their online quote form. They emailed me a quote and placed an order. After a few weeks, they emailed me some concepts of my design. After a few tweaks, we agreed on a design. The whole process took about 10 weeks, but you cantbeat the quality. The badges turned out amazing and look like jewelry. Highly recommend Billet Badges and their team.

They don’t deserve any stars if I’m being honest. Bad business. When I call them to ask about my order they give me attitude? The main ‘’guy’’ doesn’t seem to know what he is talking about. It’s a long wait and it seems like they forget about you when it comes to custom orders! Not worth YOUR time and money.

My husband’s order was a complete mess! IT WAS NOTHING LIKE HE PICTURED HIS EMBLEM! Too tacky and pricey. Tried calling all of last week and they didn’t answer!! They are opened mon-fri close at 5? Am I correct? I sent in an email and they still haven’t got back to me!

I want to front load this review with the fact that the badge I received was fairly good quality. However, the customer service experience I had was quite disappointing.I ordered my badge mid-February and paid promptly, noting the 3-10 week lead time. Around 11-12 weeks later I emailed for an update and received no response. Another email and I was told that the person who needed to provide an update was out of the office and would return in a few days. Almost two weeks later with no response, and I sent an email which was never responded to asking for an update for the third time.At this point, I requested a refund (email was not responded to, shocking) and had my attorney draft a letter requesting a refund as well. After notifying Billet Badges that my attorney would be contacted them, I received a phone call which stated my badge was now ready - so surprising.I decided not to receive my refund, and when I received the badge several days later, it had a visible scratch across the front, which appeared to be caused by the machinery. Not very cleanin appearance, but it still looked pretty good so I decided to let it go, since I doubt I could get anyone to return a phone call anyway.When they called, I specifically asked if there would be detailed instructions for application for my vehicle and I was assured that the owner was very familiar with my vehicle and instructions would be included.When I received he instructions I followed them to the letter, and unfortunately just a few weeks later, I discovered my badge was barely being held on by the adhesive. It turns out, the custom instructions, were quite general, and did not account for the notch/guides that were in place for the factory badge. I had to remove the badge, shave off the notches, buy more adhesive, and reattach the billit badge.Looking back, I admit that my car would not look at nice with just a rear deck lid panel instead of a custom emblem, but it was a lot of trouble for what I believe could have been a far better transaction with simply better communication on their part. I believe these are professionals and I want to believe they provide a quality product and service. I hope that my poor experience was one-of-a-kind, just like my badge.
