Googled our local Ramona Store to see the closing time and was shocked to see such good reviews but ONLY a 3/3 rating of Stars. WOW...seems as tho people might be blaming the local store for not receiving packages at home, or delays in receiving packages. NOT this Stores Fault. One person had an issue with an Employee but I will ignore that review solely as it left NO details No conversation and named the Employee. Not a good review at all. I tag that as very lazy. Dont review if you dont have the time to do a throughout and purposeful review. For many years we (Hubby and I ) have done business with this UPS Store and NEVER had any issue whatsoever. The Employees have always been kind, attentive, courteous, and professional. Then Covid hits, wear a mask, stand in line, and be patient. NO PROBLEM. You will get your turn.

I have used this store countless times over the years. The staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. But the Mgr of this location is the real gem and a huge asset to the owner and to UPS. She is the best. She is always accurate, professional, pleasant and helpful.

Need more staff. Anytime I come in here there are 6 people in line, 1 gal working and shes trying to juggle 2-3 customers at a time. I avoid this particular store in general, but some days its just hopeful thinking I can walk in, drop off a package, and move on in a timely manner, not the case here. Will stick to my Poway store. As I write this, the gal behind me in line walked out because the line and wait are ridiculous.

Very hardworking, dedicated staff...never had a reason to complain. Very important and valuable to the community

An extremely friendly and kind and able store. Very accommodating. You are lucky to have this store. The female voice at the other end of the phone just couldnt have been nicer, brightened my day.

I was supposed to get a delivery on 5-18, a gift for my 8 yr old grandson. Ups said it was left in my mailbox. This is a manufactured/mobile home park we do not have mailboxes. We have to get mail from the main office ( the mail boxes need a key to open so they cant possibly open it). Ups said it was delivered to mailbox at 12:20 pm. Thats the time the office is closed for lunch any way, so no one would have gotten it. The ups never ever gets here before 5pm.

Great Location. The staff is always friendly and professional. An an independent store, they do not have any control over UPS delivery. Folks should contact UPS Delivery Services about missed packages and deliveries.

Any review that complains about a driver is not posting about this place! If your package did not arrive promptly, these guys had nothing to do with it. You want to complain about the distribution center in San Marcos!I have never had a problem here. I usually go at least an hour after they open, due to my schedule so I cant say whether or not the open promptly on time. They are always friendly and helpful. Ive only used them for shipping services, never notary, but my packages have always made it to where they are going, no problem.

I called them at 9:07 AM to make sure their notary would be available and they said their notary would be available at 10 AM. I ask them if they were sure because I was coming quite a distance and they assured me yes. Showed up at their door at 10 AM and what do you know. Notary is not available and wouldnt be for another hour. Things happen and I understand but for it to happen in such a short amount of time and for them not to call me back to let me know when I specifically told him I was coming a great distance I was more than a little put off. Went down the road to postal annex to take care of it. Should have gone there the first time and will the next time.

Does this place ever open on time? So far, in my sampling the best has been 4 minutes late, with up to 15 minutes late. Just because it says 8 am on the door, dont believe it.

In and out in less then 1 minute. Great and friendly.

Driver was late and wanted to get back. left a notice on fence without attempting to reach me. When calling they were totally indifferent.

UPS has lost my package not once but twice and its in the city I live in an still lost it Im very frustrated and tired of waiting I have been waiting for this to come since December 2

They dont answer their phone during business hours...called 3xs at different times and got a recorded message.

Tried to drop a package off this morning before work. I and two other people were there at 8am, which they advertise they are open at: no employees showed up and by 8:10 we had all left and I almost didnt make it to work on time, much less get the package mailed on time :(

On Thursday UPS tried to make a delivery at my apartment....they must have knocked like a mouse as I am partially deaf and did not hear them. They left a not that they would be back on the next week day...Friday. I stayed home ALL day and they did not appear. My friend in New York who mailed the box has had a very difficult time on her end and here I am.......STILL WITHOUT MY PACKAGE. I would say that is bad business!
