Had great customer service in the past, but lately have not been impressed. My 73 yr old Mother was visiting and because I had great service in the past referred Blatz for her car began to smell of oil. Had made several attempts to call and left message with no response, she went in person to see if they could help her. Frustrating that nobody answers the phone during regular work hours or return messages in a good time frame. I will put the blame on Covid at this time. They were able to get her car repaired the next day and 550 dollars later it was done and was heading home. 20 minutes after leaving Blatz and heading home the car began to not run right. She tried calling several times on what to do and again nobody answered (during regular business hours) very frustrating. After a few hours if waiting and talking to her family decided to head home but worried may call more damage. Did make it home going slow but took 4 hours and alot of anxiety if she would make it. I told her not to worry Blatz would make it right. However, I was wrong. She received a return call the next day and the conversation quickly turned and basically asked her what she did. No apologize or show concern for her safety, or even give reassurance of what could be the problem. She has limited income and scared for he only means of transportation. She was told need to wait till Monday for answers. Unable to know what is wrong and still waiting on what to do she has no car to drive and no resolution on what she should do. Hopeful Monday Blatz will make it right for her and help her. Its sad cause I had bragged to everyone how great care I received and may reconsider any further recommendation or service to be done. Very disappointed on having no compassion for a 74 year old that could have been broke down in the highway or even made it home. Unbelievable!

They keep you well informed on repair progress and cost. Repairs have not required rework.

I had custom dual exhaust put on my G6 Coupe recently, and they did an excellent job at a great price. In fact, the other places I got quotes from wanted twice as much for less work done. The other shops wanted $600 for the exhaust, plus extra to remove the old rear valance to replace it with a dual exhaust valance. Blatz only charged me a little less than $300 for the exhaust and valance replacement/install.

Got my exhaust done there. Had anoka muffler fix it.

This is an awesome place. My classic Chevy broke down on the road and it was towed here. They took care of my issue quickly at a very reasonable price. Really nice people and I would recommend you give them a try, as Im going back for more work.

They did a excellent job on my car and have good customer service.

Went in to do a Resonator delete, they welded one of my exhaust tips to the rear diffuser, burning the rear diffuser, they wouldn’t offer a refund, and the owner I believe, Randy is not professional. Never would recommend this business. Wish I could add photos to show how poorly the exhaust job was.

They did a great job on a repair for us. I would have given 5 stars but they played the 15 dollars in shop fee card on us with tax for another $10 when the cost of the part was only $20. Make sure when you go there get the out the door price and everyone will be very happy. Work looks good and car is quiet. I will no doubt be back!

Brought my vehicle in for full exhaust replacement. The guys found a fuel leak which they promptly informed me of and fixed, with my approval, before attempting any dangerous repairs. They installed all parts in a very reasonable amount of time and kept the price as low as possible, given the challenges they faced. You wont be making a poor decision bringing a vehicle here. Awesome service! I trust Randy and the crew completely! They have taken care of my 2003 Dodge Durango very well which now has 297,000 miles! They also put in a glass pack and new exhaust a couple years ago and it still sounds solid!

That’s right, 5 STAR! My wife and I drive a BMW and for years my wife believed that dealer service is the only way to go. I suggested that we try another way. My BMW is several miles out of warranty, but a great car. We went to two dealers and got a price on service that could pay my mortgage. Went there for 3 inch straight pipe and they had a newbie weld up my car and refuse to redo it or give my my money back and cut their scrap off. I heard good things but this is how they treated me. If my dad didnt have a stroke .... he would be throwing the biggest fit right now!!!! I wish I would add pictures of the welds and the 2.5 in exhaust when I asked for 3 Inch and the burned a bracket that takes 4 bold to get off... now my Flex pipe is broken and they dont want to help me out!

Wow had an estimate of almost $1,000 to replace my muffler system at another shop. Blatz was able to cut part the pipe and put it together for under $200.

Blatz serviced my car in May 2013 when it broke down on the highway. It was towed here and I was really concerned that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to get it up and running again. However, they quoted me far below my expectations and the work was done quickly (2 days) and did not exceed the cost of the quote. It actually was about $5 less than the quote…any bit helps. They are trustworthy and I’m glad my car was taken here.

There are not many places like them around, everyone’s trying to find things wrong with your car so they can squeeze extra money out of you, but at Blatz the manager was helping us find the cheapest solutions to our problems and cut us a really crazy deal on the struts I had to get replaced on my car. I’m serious when I say that without them we would not know what to do or where to go. So thank you so much.

Blatz has 1st Class operation. When you are in a bind they will have you out the door quickly and efficiently, even if the work has to be done after hours. A hand shake is still a hand shake here.

Dropped a Commercial Van off on a Friday with confirmation will have a new catalytic converter installed next day (Saturday). No call Saturday. Arrived at Blatz 8am following Monday to pick up vehicle. Blatz had not even started the project. This Caused loss of revenue for our business. On a previous occasion we had custom exhaust work for a lowered floor wheel chair Vehicle was performed poorly and had to be sent back for them to correct. We will not be going back to Blatz.
