Prices are great and there is a ton of variety for the size of the store. The layout could be improved as we kept bumping into people and carts, the aisles felt very narrow. There were a lot of cheese and cracker samples which was awesome. It’s nice that you can buy some snacks along with the alcohol and the options they offered were eclectic and tasteful.

The selections are massive. Wines, cheeses, snakes, beer and liquor. Staff available all over and outgoing!

This store has many ways to shop. You can shop online and have free delivery if you are in the local area or pickup curbside. The store is now open for inside shopping and checkout. My wife and I went here on a Sunday afternoon at about 12:30pm. The parking lot was mostly full, but inside the store, the crowd was reasonable, and everyone was wearing masks. The store has a good selection of alcohol and very good prices, especially if you are a club member. There is even a counter with a nice selection of cheeses and other items that pair well with different wines and other drinks. There seem to be small waves of people at thr checkout registers. At one point there was a line with spaces marked off at 6 ft intervals. However, when we finished shopping, the line was gone and we were able to go directly to a register. Leaving the store, the parking lot had emptied out. After loading the car, it looked like another wave of customers was pulling in. So timing is everything, but this store offers a very enjoyable experience.

My cousin and his girlfriend were trying to purchase beer. His girlfriend forgot her id but had a picture of her drivers license in her phone. She is 25 years of age. My cousin is 28 and was carrying his id. The cashier refused to look at the id in the phone or even consider looking at my cousins id. The cashier claimed that my cousins girlfriend was underage and refused service. My cousin and girlfriend felt discriminated by the cashier because they are Hispanic and the cashier was white and spoke to them in a demeaning manner.

You can count on this store to carry hard to get wine and cordials. I was able to get calvados and French pear & cognac liqueur at a below average price which were not available at any other store.

Pros: Been going here for several years, mostly for beer and occasionally wine and bourbon. Decent selection all around with fair prices.Cons: Most of the help are kind of rude, not a friendly vibe. If you cant find something they tell you they dont have it. Twice I was lucky enough because another clerk overheard the reply and knew there was more in the basement. Its a busy place that has to be continually stocked, not a very big store compared to their others. Some clerks will run ahead of you as if their job is more important than your purchase. They are also like pylons, meaning if they are in your path they wont budge, especially if they are chatting with a co-worker about themselves or hanging out in an isle because its slow. They also leave dollies, carts and ladders all over the place making browsing the store a bit challenging. Its a customer based business, most clerks need to realize this and take a customer service course. Its a win win for all if some of these clerks got a little more considerate of shoppers, the ones that make their paychecks possible. If its a union, then it all makes perfect sense.

The parking lot can be a bit frantic when its packed, but Ive managed to get in at times when it was relatively empty.
