The whole crew at The Boat Center has been absolutely amazing to work with throughout the boat buying process. These guys truly do have your best interest in mind and are not there to make just another sale. Personally I had read all the reviews, thought they sounded like a great place to deal with. They have gone above and beyond so far in every dealing with them. From sales to service they have been top notch and exceeded expectations. You don’t get this level of customer service just anywhere!

Great boats, but very unimpressed in my interactions with them. Tried to schedule a keel guard and electronics install along with buying the electronics through them but they didn’t seem too eager to help or offer advice. Took my business elsewhere when I was begging to spend money.

I am beyond impressed with Skeeter Boat Center! I dealt with the location in Ramsey MN and Charlie was the sales person but everyone I worked with was awesome! Charlie went above and beyond to help me set up my FX. At one point, we were even face timing to make sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. The service shop is also first class. Cant say enough good about this dealership! Thanks everyone!

My experience with The Boat Center in Ramsey, Mn is way above anyones expectations. I was interested in buying a skeeter boat and called several dealers. Once I started talking to Charlie at The boat Center, I was convinced that he knew everything about the boat. Even though I live in Arizona, no other dealer came close to giving me the information I needed to know the Skeeter was the boat I wanted. It was going to be a long drive for my wife and I to get to minnesota, but it was worth the trip. Everyone that worked at the Boat Center was excellent. Their only concern was to make sure I was happy with my decision. And now that I am home with my new boat, The Boat Center staff is still there to help with any questions I have.Mike Aguayo

I ended up having some motor issues coming home from a Canadian trip, and leaving in two days for another trip. I called and talked to Brandon, he told me to bring it in and they would take a look at it. My biggest concern was having it done in time . After talking with Brandon and the tech, they let me know the problem and assured me it would be done by Friday afternoon for my fishing trip. I got a call Friday morning everything was done and good to go. These guys definitely saved my weekend, my motor runs better than ever before. I would highly recommend them!

More than just cranking out boat sales and service, Skeeter Boat Center is about relationships. Months after my boat purchase I still chat with my salesperson about not only my boat, but fishing stories too. Every next boat I buy will be from Skeeter Boat Center. Likewise, its the only service shop that will ever pop the motor cowling.

Bought a used boat from here. They said they went through everything...They didnt. Talked with previous owner they deducted $500 from him for new impellers on both motors, but they never put them on. Went out on my first trip in the boat blew out the hub on the propeller 3 miles into lake of the woods in 20mph waver. Charlie said he would make it right and get me anew hub. I ended up paying for everything. I hauled the boat 5 hours both ways for nothing. Glad they could tell me it was good to go.Everything got fixed in the end

I had an unfortunate early demise of my motor after hitting bottom. I dropped it off and within the same day Brandon and his team in the service department had it pulled apart and was able to quickly diagnose the issue.Brandon worked closely with me to work with my insurance company to make a claim, provided the details they needed and was able to get everything I needed to make sure the claim was processed.Now the not so fun part, this wasnt the issue of SBC at all but with Yamaha, instead of repairing my blown motor I used the insurance money to put towards a new motor, we ordered it and wait and wait and waited (3 weeks in total) before the new motor was delivered.After two weeks I was growing impatient, Yamaha, the local rep, no one could tell me where the motor was in the ordering/delivery process, this is where I became one of those customers and wasnt happy at all.SBC bent over backwards for me when really they didnt have to, loaned me a boat so I could get back on the water, while we waited for the motor to arrive.Motor showed up and a day later it was installed, rigged up and ready to go.Even through my impatience, they worked with me every step of the way and I really appreciate that, Brandon the shop manager, their shop as a whole is top notch and will be the only shop working on my boat for the foreseeable future.I just wanted to leave this here because they went above and beyond what they should have done for such a small amount of money theyll make off this motor sale.
