I’ve made tons of crafts using stuff from this store. I have to say that I’m really pleased with all of my experiences here. I even made my wedding bouquet for $43 with fake flowers from here!

Similar to other Michaels across the country. Good selection or arts and crafts for you to get creative with. A good place to bring children that youre trying to encourage to engage in activities other than electronics or outdoor activities.

I am often disappointed by the lack in actual art supplies in the store. I wish they had more art making materials than toys and home decor. As soon as an actual art supply store opens near by I will probably swear off Michaels.

Michaels is a good store. The parking lot is huge with all the stores in the Interstate shopping area. Despite how many stores there are I usually get decent parking so that is a big plus. In the store itself the staff is kind but could be a bit more knowledgeable. Also if you are shopping for your home during a big season you probably will not be able to get exactly what you need as most of the store is taken over by the holiday trinkets. The store layout is good and item prices are clear. Overall very well run store.

Found what I needed but the cashier was too talkative and no back up cashier.. the wait was unnecessarily long to check out 2 items.. be friendly but this cashier was having whole conversations. Yes I would have left my 2 items but the item was sold out elsewhere.

They have a lot of good stuff but some of its higher price than Id like. I love their clearance area.

Seasonal stuff is very low stock. Not sure if Im late or too early in going there to buy stuff for the Fall

Clean and not crowded but the first visit I didnt think to check the spray paint hadnt been used, and the 2nd visit they told me the 25% off coupon I received by email was only valid online, even though it clearly states valid in store or online. I tried to resolve this online & was told I had to go back to the store to do that. Not going to bother bc they used a 20% off coupon from the flyer and the whole purchase was around $20-25, so wasting more of my time on this isnt worth it.

Will not shop at this store again! Two employees have attitudes and cart can’t be taken out to the parking lot. I bought 6 picture frames and they are large and heavy. They are too damn lazy to pick the carts? I have shopped at other places and this was never an issue.

They have so many supplies, for so many different crafts that its hard to decide what hobby to persue. Michaels is spellbinding when it comes to which craft.

They always have what I need. And staff is very helpful.

One disappointed thing THEY HAVE NO STENCILS!!! THEY DONT CARRY WALL STENCILS ANY MORE!!!

This Michaels is the best stocked one in the area. If it weren’t for that I would never step foot in this Michaels again. The workers here are by far the worst ones I’ve ever encountered. My friends use to work here and they’ve said the management is AWFUL so it’s no surprise the workers there have a bad attitude. I put blame on management 100%

Items are great. Assistance at the Ramsey NJ store is nonexistent. If you cant find what you want, dont expect to find anyone to ask.

A Saturday night 7:30pm on Saint Patricks Day and only 1 only one register open. Line 10-12 people deep are you serious. Someone needs to evaluate the management of this location. We were trying to purchase some last minute things for our party and spent a good 30 minutes on line waiting to give this business my money. This is total disrespect to consumers and to your staff. The only reason for the 2 stars was because of the woman working the register. I would give her 5 stars with all the people complaining about the wait she was very professional kept her smile and apologized to everyone. What an awefull position management placed this employee.

I ordered tie dye to pick up curbside, and when I pulled up to this michaels location, I called the number posted outside the store and was greeted by a rude employee who was extremely sassy on the phone, they screamed at me saying that they couldnt hear me when I said my name 4 times and then proceeded to yell at me that I couldnt park in front of the store even though thats where the sign was for curbside pickup. When the woman came out to my car to put the product in, I politely asked if she could put it in the back seat and opened the window for her to do so, she replied with an attitude telling me YOU NEED TO OPEN YOUR TRUNK NEXT TIME OR I CANT GIVE IT TO YOU and proceeded to throw my product in my back seat and walked away. I have an old car and cannot pop the trunk from the inside and was very disappointed from the service I received from the staff here. Customer service was terrible and I will not be returning to this location.

I love how old items are always available until they are discontinued by the company and new items are displayed so that I wont miss them.Prices are fair, plus with the 40% off one regular price item coupon on the website, I go to Michaels often and use this coupon. I save so much that when I have a last minute project I am never afraid to pay full price.

Good sales, good variety of decorative, art supplies and crafts. They no longer have 100% wool yarn but according to the staff person it doesnt seem to be what their customers are looking for anymore so good to know they keep updated on what customers want.

Large parking lot, even with the number of stores, we always get a decent parking spot. The store itself seems a little smaller than the others, but it has a large stock. Every time we go there they have everything we need. The store is well organized, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Big store, but had what I was looking for: specific supplies for art project. Was surprised to see some pro art supplies, same as that Blick Art Materials in Paramus. Dont know if $ is cheaper but will consider. Ramsey location is a little far from me, might be worth the trip, esp. since AC Moore is closing.

I had fun. Found great sales on flowers, paper crafts and vinyl. Store manger shared tips on the Cricut Maker for my current project.

Nice store, but always a line to check out. 1 register is usually open and its not until theres a line around the corner that someone else is sent out to ring. Anyone that has shopped in a crafts store knows it doesnt take much for a line to form- one customer buying multiple flower sprigs or other multiple tiny objects for crafts not to mention glass being purchased and the cashier that has to paper wrap those items. It doesnt take much to slow down a cashier. One customer can keep you waiting whether your up next or not. Managers at Michaels should know that and be more diligent about keeping an eye on the customer wait times and length of line.

Gemstones and jewelry dept. Is seriously lacking. 8mm beads are slim to none. They need to stock more and stock on a more timely basis. Are they pushing for customers to order only online?

I dont know much about craft stores, to be honest, but I recently had to go here to buy crafting supplies for a large event at my college. I didnt know you could fit so many different things into one store. Theres a lot to explore, in here, and I feel like you could definitely get lost on all the options. That being said, the store is also well organized and the staff was helpful pointing me in the right direction to get supplies. Although the student with me let me know that the prices can be higher here (I have no basis for comparison), the quality seemed sufficient and the selection was good.

Never liked Michaels growing up by nature of being dragged their by my crafty mom almost weekly. That being said, as an adult with a crafty wife, this place has everything and even when it gets busy and the lines are long, they know how to keep things moving.

A really good overall hobby shop with plenty of resources for all the amazing hobbies you have. Theyre especially well stocked on DIY jewelry and arts and crafts. Word of advice - for anything textile related or knitting, crochet, etc. make sure to also check out Jo-Anns right next door.

They seem to have some great sales. Needed a little organizer box for electronic components and their selection was perfect and half off all of them.

A very nice store, quite large compared to ours back home. There were not very many stamps to select from.

Love the store. Today was the first time ever to have a quick check out! Usually long lines with only 2 registers open & plenty of staff.

Staff is often overwelmed with customers, but they are friendly and helpful. Michaels is my go to.spot for all my crafting needs. 4 stars would be 5 if they stocked items more regularly. Took 5 weeks before I was able.to rebuy a spray paint color they carried but noone else did...

Employees are friendly and very helpful. Found lots of after Christmas bargains.

These are fantastic stores but they frequently dont have what is advertised as available on their website so this was a wasted trip. Employees are hard to find and dont offer to check and see when/where items might be available. Probably my last time as Amazon can be a better option.
