Very helpful and polite great customer service

So my previous review was removed and Im going to redo my review again. I went a couple of months ago with my sisters at 10pm for milkshakes. The place does not close until 11 yet the doors were all locked and the cashier people were no where in sight. After jiggling the door a few times someone appears at the far end of the store and waves her arm almost dance-like. She never came to the front to unlock the door and explain to go through drive thru. I was confused and annoyed that night and they didnt bother to answer or explain the confusion to me when i pulled into the drive thru.

Very busy and crew works well to accommodate. Great ice cream flavors. A lot cleaner then all of the other spots in the area.

The staff needs more training they seem to be lost on making drinks

Seriously. You cant go wrong with coffee and ice cream.

Good ice cream, nice ice cream cakes at a good price.

They have great ice cream, and I would recommend cookie dough! YUM

Average ice cream, the Dunkin Donuts is better

Staff needs to listen when orders are given and not need to ask 4 times for each customers order espcially when they take 1 order at a time.

How can Ice Cream be bad!? Drive thru as well.
