Stephanie is wonderful! Knowledgeable and very personable. She helped my 97 year old father with his hearing aids and patiently took the time to answer all of our questions. It is refreshing to find a professional who is so sincere and kind. We look forward to future visits.

My appointment was easy to make. Stephanie the audiologist is very courteous and professional. I went in to have my hearing aids cleaned. She did a great job plus took a look in my ears and advised a follow up in six months and a hearing test. Great job. Quick in and out.

I went to Advanced Hearing for my first (free) trial ever of a hearing aid. Looking forward to trying one for a few weeks to see how they work at work and during the other activities I’m involved in. Barbara and Kelly made the experience pleasant. Only downside is they are only open 9-5, Monday-Friday.

I think this place is the best! Friendly, competent, knowledgeable people. Tom was great and fitted my Mom with hearing aids. He made sure they were perfect. DR. Nash is now there and helped my mom when one hearing aid was not working. He fit us in and made sure they were perfect making my Mom feel totally comfortable. Although my mom now lives in Morris county, I will continue to go to Ramsey for her hearing aids. Jane is also great!

Contrary to what I was told while making phone appointment and from receptionist at office, they do not take my health insurance hearing aid coverage.

Comprehensive exam and very good consultation

I received a post card from Advanced Hearing Services inviting me to a free hearing test. I had surgery on my right ear in junior h.s. and lost 20 % of my hearing. Getting older its getting worse. This was the most thorough test and exam Ive ever had in my life. The staff we very knowledgeable and explained fully everything. It was determined I would benefit with a hearing aid which I tried in the office. Unfortunately my insurance would not cover it. Today in the mail I received a thank you letter from them along with a $10.00 gift card. Thank you Advanced.

I was delaying the inevitable and went to a highly rated ENT practice (where you had to book over 3 weeks in advance) before finally going to Advanced Hearing Services. It was a completely different world at AHS. I was tested and given the full picture of my hearing status along with all the available next steps. The level of knowledge, professionalism and technology at AHS was superseded only by their empathy and service. Thank you AHS turning a big step in life into an empowering experience!
