I would like to praise Krystal Nouel, an employee of Public Storage here in my city, Ramsey. She was exceptionally a true professional. She handled my inquiry and showing professionally and treated me with respect. One can hardly find such treatment these days. She was the type of employee thatthis company should continue to hire.

I had the wonderful pleasure of being helped by Krystle at the Robinson Ave. facility. She was VERY courteous and helped me through the entire process. You need to find more people like her as employees.

I never know what to say in these reviews, so Ill start with what happened.I had made several mistakes booking a Storage locker. So I drove to Public Storage this morning and when I met Melody she Immediately took all my stress away. And was able to set me up with a 10 by 10 storage locker In about 15mins.I have to give this place a 5 out of 5 star review, because they deserve a 10.Melody was my angle this morning, when I had no storage.Little did I know, I also had no truck, but she still made my day, I was a lot less stressed when I left Melody.Thank you Melody.😊

The two people I dealt with in checking in (Paul) and checking out (Melody) were very courteous, professional and nice to deal with. All of my questions were answered. The unit was ready and my experience was completely trouble free. I will go back if the need arises.

Melody was extremely helpful with finding a storage unit that met my specific needs. Friendly, well informed, and professional I was able to make the move easily. I like the wide lanes that allow trailers easy access to the unit

Melody as great with communication and very accommodating for check in when my schedule became hectic. This location is doing a great job with covid protocols. The in/out process seems very secure, the unit itself is very clean, and the pricing is competitive.

I have worked in customer service for over 20 years and I know service that more then exceeds the expectations, truly cares about her customers. Ellie Tabisky will singly alone be the reason I recommenced and stay loyal to Public Storage. The gauges were clean and I never worried about safety. I did not deal with the other staff as much but the smooth ease in and out from grabbing my belongings was appreciated. Because of Ellie I will forever be a customer.

Paul was excellent! He was very knowledgeable within his role. Paul was well spoken and meet all of your needs. Paul made us feel welcome and was very kind to us. I would highly recommend this location. One thing - it would have been efficient to have some sort of transportation around the property such as a golf cart. The staff member working could drive customers around for showings, work orders, etc. I believe having a golf cart would make a great experience for customers and it would give the staff more time to work on tasks that are pressing instead of waking around the large property. Please consider this recommendation. Thank you for everything Paul.

Janette was very nice in the office.Only reason for four stars is because of the terrible plowing done in the lot. Another 1/4” of water and it will be in our unit (already over 1 1/2”)I wish the guy on the phone would have mentioned insurance was needed but not the end of the world

Met Debbie twice. She helped us get started renting and was very patient explaining everything to my confused friend. The second time we went we had switched vehicles and forgot our code. She was great about it and we had a fun conversation with a lot of laughs. I enjoy talking with employees that obviously like their jobs. It really makes a huge difference. Debbie, you rock girl!

I went into the Public Storage in Ramsey and had the best experience! Sam was super positive and upbeat and answered all of my questions. Im looking at getting a smaller size unit and she asked what kinds of things Id be storing. She made it personal and I felt like I was being heard. We went out to the space and I think she showed me what a 5 by 10 looked like, which is going to fit all my stuff. I definitely will be back to rent with her!! 10 stars!

Absolutely the worst storage unit facility I have ever rented at. I have had nothing but issues with this company and its customer service since I started.1. Because this location does nothing for snow removal besides poorly plow their lots, my unit (both doors as I have a double sided unit) was frozen shut! When they plow, the snow gets pushed to the doors of the units and when the snow melts and then re-freezes, the doors are frozen shut. Not only do they not remove the snow outside the unit doors, but they dont even lay salt down.2. The snow plows did a terrible job with plowing out the check out gate and everyone had to get out of their vehicles to type their codes to get out in the winter because the vehicles couldnt get close enough.3. Randomly, this location decided to raise my monthly rent by $29/month just because they said I was getting too good of a deal. So instead of waiting until my unit opens up to raise the price, they raised mine on the spot. Such a dramatic increase.4. How many days do you have to make your monthly payment???? ONE!! It is due the 1st, by the 2nd they charge a $35 late fee and apparently lock you out of your unit. I asked multiple times for a detailed bill to be emailed to me before paying my bill, and I am still waiting for that as I wanted to ensure my insurance was pulled off/etc.5. This is the one that really tickled me...my boyfriend went to the unit to grab something yesterday and couldnt get in because I hadnt paid yet. The worker came outside and said are you with XXX? He said yes and they said he cant get in until the bill is paid. He said, Okay, I can pay right now. And they said No you cant because I am closing up!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I cannot wait to move out at the end of the month.

My experience for the most part is okay. I feel that the plowing is far from acceptable. With the price that we have to pay I expected a much better job. The first part of winter the plowing was much better. It doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure out when there is a lot of snow that you need to take a cleanup pass to make it a good job. Its amazing how people dont take pride in their work anymore. A weak two stars for plowing.Paul is a great guy. He is very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Joan is also a delight to deal with. I had a 10 00 appointment to meet Paul to look at renting a possible storage unit. I arrived at 10:03 to have Paul complain to me that I was late. I thought he was joking and upon hearing more of him complaining about me not knowing what size I wanted found out he was just a rude person that definitely did not belong in the customer service field. he stated I could see two units only and not three because that is his limit for showing people. After showing me 2 dumpy stalls with the ceilings looking like theyre going to fall down at any time he went on to tell me I had to buy insurance from him and purchase a $20 lock. I guess my biggest beef was his attitude from the start. Who greets customers that way and talks to customers the way he did I was shocked. I went down the road to a brand new facility in Anoka behind cub and got climate controlled bluetooth enabled for lock and doors for a much better price! And, I was actually greeted with a smile and hi how can I help you?

Just rented my unit about a week ago but I have to say, the experience at Public Storage has been outstanding. Both Paul and Jasmine have been quick to answer my questions, were knowledgeable with the rental contracts and have been more than courteous every time I have talked to them. It also doesnt hurt that PS was $60/mo cheaper for the same unit than the place across the street.

This place was great: easy online reservation, schedules were flexible, personable and professional employees. We rented a 35 unit for several months while we were in-between houses. AND, we liked that the Northstar Line was close by: an easy walk to the station, train into downtown, light rail to the airport. Wed definitely use Ramsey Public Storage again. Thanks!
