They are a phenomenal small business that not ONLY has integrity and does right by their customers, but they actually CARE about them as well!! While theyre NOT cheap, I couldnt recommend them enough. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and if youre in the market for a PREMIER arcade cabinet, then look no further than Dreamarcades.

I ordered their 32 arcade game for my wife for XMAS. Michelle was super responsive in ordering and ensuring it came in time for the holiday. I’ve had my Dream Arcades now for three years I originally got it because I wanted to have Robotron in arcade form and I saw a few places that were selling multiunit games but when I came across Dream Arcades I was overwhelmed with the amount of choices that are on their system system.First of all the process of ordering it and getting delivered was easy and their customer support was amazing I asked a ton of questions before I purchased the unit and they were more than happy and willing to help me with any questions that I had.Your follow up support has been amazing as well not that I’ve had any issues but I’ve asked him questions about new games to download etc. and they’ve always been very responsive.The unit itself is amazing high-quality great sound great video with every game you could possibly imagine I did download some games from the website that they provide that were not included, and they all work perfectly!I will say it’s a bit overwhelming to have so many games at your disposal to play!Oh snd Robotron feels and plays exactly like the arcade version.!And just to let you know I spent one afternoon at an arcade and I turned rubber Tron over meaning I went right back to the score 0 it took a couple hours but I’m not sure how many other people have done that!

Our family purchased a Cabaret machine from Dream Arcades back in 2017 and it has been loads of fun! My kids love the games as much as I did back when I was growing up and they were new. The machine has been a centerpiece of our game room ever since and the cabinet really gives it a hint of that authentic arcade feel. The only thing I regret is not buying a full-sized cabinet (or maybe even one of the 4 player cabinets), but that was my mistake and not theirs! As with all things, we are looking into some issues with the monitor now (after several years and many games) and I have spoken with Dream Arcades customer service and feel well get through to an expedient resolution. My dealings with Maria at Dream Arcades helped me understand why everyone else had given their customer service branch a 5 star review. If Marias boss ever reads this She deserves a raise.

People, if you want an arcade, buy it here. I have owned my unit for over a year and love it. There are so many games I forgot about as I grew older. You can scroll through the downloadable games easily, and its like going down memory lane. Then, after downloading, it gives me hours of entertainment. Showing my 6yr old son about one aspect of my very own childhood is an awesome bonding experience.Back to the company above, the customer service is amazing. Whether its a tech question (because who doesnt want more pieces to an arcade? think shooter pack and twister knobs) or customer service questions... they are so kind and responsive. I received a scratched unit originally, and with a phone call and email, they shipped a new one AND picked up the old(new) one gave the slightly damaged unit to a local charity for children.I could write more about the company, but I would rather play my arcade with my son. So, buy from this place, you will not be disappointed. In fact, thats probably why they dont have a lot of reviews... people are too busy playing sweet systems.

Excellent sales and online customer service. The cabaret cabinet I purchased was built solidly, which justifies the somewhat higher price than competitors. The interface for MAME games is intuitive, and I like the feature of adding games for free after the purchase. Finally, I like how Dream Arcades has been in business for over ten years, so they seem to have a stable operation — this will be important for future support.

I love my Dreamarcade V-32 and if you want to take a step back in time and play some of the arcade games you grew up with this is the system to get!

Purchased a 32” upright system and could not be happier. Shipping was quick and packaging was outstanding. It came triple bubble wrapped and strapped to a palate. Easy to bring in house with an appliance dolly and a 13 y/o kid. Setup is plug and play. Windows 10 computer based and auto updates plus wifi makes installing new games a snap with built in software. Loving the arcade games and finding my favorites from MAME sites. Excited to play all of the old school consoles including Atari 2600, Colecovision, Sega, NES, and more. Beyond that, I had a recent lightning strike that fried the computer. Customer support was beyond extraordinary.

The arcades are incredible, the machines work well with a great selection of LEGAL games, and the customer service has been very responsive. Expensive systems, but well worth it in my view.
