Due to a water problem in our kitchen, Furniture Medic was hired to remove and then later replaced our lower cabinets. They did this by jacking up the granite, removing the cabinets and then later replacing the cabinets. They left us with a working kitchen sink and disposal the whole time and made a very difficult situation the best possible experience. And the kitchen looks like it never happened.Their crew were very professional and skilled craftsmen. They were considerate, prompt, and cleaned up each day before they left. I was very impressed with this company, including the office staff who did the scheduling and called to remind me that they were coming the next day.

We had a home flood and it was a disaster - to say the least! Once the ServPro team had come to rip all up we had Furniture Medic as the team to repair our cabinets that had a lot of water damage including mold and water stains. We had an initial team member come to do the quote/estimate and he was very informative, professional and responsive. Once all was good to go with insurance - the team of Peter and Hassan were the two to remove the countertop and cabinet as well as replace the countertop and cabinet. It looked WAY better than BEFORE the flood even occurred!!! The work was immaculate and the team cleaned before and after working each time. They were also very knowledgeable and supportive - they removed on a Monday and returned that same week on a Friday! The quickest turnaround, most professional team and they made my fears go away. We have had many contractors out for this flood as well as various other indoor and outdoor home projects and they are hands down the best we have worked with thus far. We appreciate your team SO much!

A great company with a friendly professional staff and excellent craftsmen. We had water damage under our kitchen sink and cabinet area. The cabinets needed to be removed and quartzite counter top supported. George and Hassen showed their skills and removed the cabinets and supported the quartzite with a cracking. They communicated with us during each process and we are 100% happy with the finished product.

We had a water leak in our kitchen that damaged various parts of our cabinets and these guys repaired everything on time and on budget. Hard to find these days!

Having water damage happen to your home at any time, especially during this covid time, definitely creates an upheaval to everyday living. Unfortunately, two of my newly refaced kitchen cabinets have to be removed and restored as the water has affected them. Furniture Medic was referred by my insurance company and i must say, they have been such a pleasure to deal with. It was a breeze working with them. They answered all my questions and explained in detail the process involved; they were always on time, very professional and friendly towards me. They delivered and installed my cabinets and it was like brand new! Aside from that, they went over and beyond and touched things up for me that they werent even required to do. What an amazing team to work with! Very detailed, responsive, professional and supportive. We had a kitchen pipe burst and had to have insurance step in. Furniture Medic came in to remove, restore/rebuild our cabinets and then reinstall them. George and Mat were so good at removing the cabinets that if the cabinets werent missing, you had no idea they were even there! We were very nervous and distraught about the whole situation (not having a kitchen, not knowing the process etc.) but when we had questions, they responded. They made us feel safe and comfortable and explained the whole process to us, sometimes multiple times and always with the same level of professionalism. Our PM, Ondrehya, was great to work with too! She was kind and empathetic and just like the Team, very responsive and supportive. Tiffany was great to work with as well. They all communicate with one another very well so you never feel like youre telling the story/updating them on the status, etc. repeatedly. Overall, what a great team to work with! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
