I bought my first Rainbow from Aerodyne in Rancho Cordova back in 2009.This machine is by far the best “home cleaning system” I’ve ever comeAcross.Scott and Martha are kind, proffessional and a pleasure to work with.I’ll be contacting them in the near future to upgrade to the latest model Rainbow. Mine still works great after all these years, but I’ve seen what Rexair did with the cutting edge technology and I want the new one. I know a good investment when I see one and would never use anything but this system.Loyal Rainbow customer for life 💦🌈
I Love my Rainbow, I purchased it from Aerodyne Industry with great customer service. Its made our home stay clean and its helped us with our allergies....I recommend it to everyone!
We have a 25-year old Rainbow vacuum that needed attachments and had never been in to the shop for professional checkup. Martha was great. She came to our house, went over the vacuum, took it to the shop. She never gave us a hard sell for a new vacuum, but really helped get this old one back into shape with new attachments and some guidance on things it will do that we didn’t know. I am very pleased with Aerodyne, particularly Martha.
This is such a great company. Everyone there is very friendly. They have a cleaning system that is like no other. I threw away my other vacuum cleaner that was only a few months old. The rainbow system is top of the line and has really helped our health issues at home because it does a good job at cleaning the air. I highly recommend them and their rainbow system.
So we won a free air purification machine at the yuba city home and garden show. Turns out that its not free. Sales man that showed up was rude and a smart ass. He disrespected my grandfathers home. My grandfather is a 94yr old WWII veteran. Hes lucky I have more respect for my grandfather than he does. He should be fired. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
Pay close attention to their return policy. We bought one of their vacuums on a saturday. We tried to return it that thursday, we were then informed that there was a three day grace period to return it without penalties. Now we are being told that they will not accept it. And will not allow us to return it. There is nowhere in the contract that says that they will not accept a return. I understand a penalty where you do not receive the full amount back but this is ridiculous. This was not explained at the time of purchase. I have never heard of a three day policy like this before. With a policy like this I am waiting for the thing to break in 2 days.I am a disabled vet on a fixed income. They are not willing to work with me in any way.
Forceful sales team. Willing to deceive you in order to flip a quick profit against your will. Unwilling to cooperate with returns. I stood up for several seniors who were manipulated into buying the product they regretted as soon as the salesperson left. There is a 3 day return policy. They would not pick up the vacuum cleaner when we called. They discarded our old vacuum cleaner that was in fine working condition that we wanted to return back. Made life hell for the seniors who are not native English speakers and were only told half-truth of the papers they were signing. One was coerced into using all his funeral funds on this cleaner and had a medical emergency the next day when he realized what theyd done. They were unwilling to cooperate. Terrible company. No matter how great the product may or may not be, do not support this kind of manipulative self-destructive and harmful short-term profitmaking company scheme.Especially stay away from Galina Konikova! Fraud.
Beware of Galina Konikova and this office that lets her represent them. The contracts contain a whole lot of fraud and you will be left with a loan that is on your name that was not agreed upon. This office is just out there to rip you off and get their money. When it comes to helping out their customers they will not even speak with you.!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY AND BE SMART GUYS !!!!!
Their hours dont match with what the website says. We called all day and they didnt answer their phones. Online is says they are open and we came and they are closed . They have been picking our vacuum for 3 months now. And still havent told us whats wrong with it just said its $200. Seriously the worst customer service !
