This place has the worst furniture prices in the city. It’s absolutely outrageous. People looking for furniture should go to Beck’s, or one of the numerous other furniture stores in the Sacramento area.The employees are the only redeeming factor here. They’re very patient and helpful, and they can guide you to the best deals for appliances. One of the employees, I think her name was Val, went above and beyond to find a dishwasher that met my specifications, and was very understanding and kind when I didn’t buy it because of the damage. The employees at the other American Freight in Sacramento were very rude to my sister, so I already knew to avoid there. But I would be happy to return here for my appliances in the future.

I came in to look at ranges today and was promptly helped by one of the workers there as soon as they could. I noticed it was very busy in the store so they couldnt reach me immediately, but by the time they did they were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I wasnt able to find what I wanted but I do appreciate the help I received at this location, I will definitely come back for other appliances!

A big shout out to Jazmin! My parents went in to look for some couches and Jazmin was so nice and helpful. She went out of her way to help my parents, the store was really busy and she was so patient and answered all the questions my parents had. Thank you Jazmin for being so nice to my parents.

This store really doesn’t want people to shop here. I stopped by a half hour before closing, cash in hand, to buy something, and the doors were locked. I called to see if they were closing early, and after several rings the phone went to a busy signal. Oh well! Plenty of other furniture stores in this town.

The store manager Bhavisha gave me excellent service, very customer oriented. I would definitely recommend this store to any one because I have a lot of confidence in the customer service provided at this store. I had asked Bhavisha to give me a call when the refrigerator I wanted came in stock and she gave me a call as soon as her truck showed up and I am very thankful!

Very disorganized. Prices were not displayed on many products, sales staff had to go look up prices for each piece we inquired about individually. We picked a few items that fit our needs, only to be told none of them were in stock, and they have no idea when (or if) they will be getting more. We asked the staff to show us what items they did actually have in stock that we could choose from, and were told they can not do that. We have to pick something first for them to check and see if they have it. Worst furniture shopping experience, complete waste of my time.

This store doesnt carry as much appliances as it use to unfortunately but one of the managers Dennis Was a big help makin sure i knew what the product had feature wise an made sure i was well aware of how operate my new dishwasher would definitely recommend him for knowledge on the product

Its no longer Sears Outlet, no longer has as much selection as it once did, but I still find myself wanting to look here before I buy a major appliance because of the great deals I got in the past from Sears Outlet. I hope this place improves their game. Very disappointing that Sears self-destructed, even though it took them 25 years from the point they decided not to bother with catalog business because mail-order was passe. I believe that was two years before Amazon sold their first book.

This place is great! We came in to look at laundry sets. Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable, he explained the various features of the appliances and was patient while we decided which units to get. We were also able to schedule the units to be delivered quickly, which was a bonus. We were very pleased!

This is NOT Sears anymore so old pics are still attached to this store. You wont find the tools or trinkets that Sears had.Mostly close out items sold here it seems.This place has clearanced priced appliances as well as furniture and bedding.The mattress selection is big, brand new and affordable. Plenty of sofas, ovens, washers and dryers as well as refrigerators. Very few scratch and dent.Clean store with restrooms. I believe they can supply some kind of credit for purchases.

Ok, I understand if you dont have sales experience and you dont know anything about the product. But Customer service should be a given... I would suggest hire employees with at least customer service skills if they are not knowledge on the product. I was ready to buy but employees could not even locate the product I was asking for. 3 employees Wondering around, thankfully I found it myself. Need more training for your staff.-Update: Finally purchased a washer and dryer from American Freight, sales experience was poor however the delivery time was fast. The guys who came and hooked my Machines up did a great job .

Fantastic Service and Follow-up. Mgr Krystal was prompt to help my get the correct Washer as I had selected a Gas and needed Electric, duh. Craig was quik and helpful getting the unit onto my Truck and I was on my way in minutes flat. We cannot say enough good things about Bavisha (hope I spelled your name correctly) at this store, where we found a fridge online! Because the store is 80 miles away from where we are located, Bavisha arranged to have the fridge sent to a closer store at no charge, thus saving us hundreds of dollars in shipping fees. She stayed in contact with us and the other store to make sure everything went smoothly. Bavisha was so helpful that we also ended up purchasing a stove from the same store! Many thanks to Bavisha and American Freight!

Poor customer service. Drove across town to look for appliances. Was in store 25 min with no help, while associates stood around acting busy. Then when brought to there attention no accountability. When asked for a managers number the reply was I have no idea. Stood for an additional 5 min while they looked for an email, ( while said associates stood and mumbled under there breath) Is this a business or not? Just childish and ridiculous

Amazing customer service, I was a little disappointed because my order got messed up but the amazing staff especially Japoria helped me fix the issue and were amazing help throughout the entire process. My wife and I had a great experience at this store. We had an inventory issue at another location. Crystal at RC location was on it from the get go. Excellent customer service, product knowledge and problem solving skills are her specialty. We are both managers in our industries and would have no hesitation hiring her. I went looking for a 33 French-door refrigerator. There were none on the floor, but Crystal went in the back, found all the ones that would fit and let me look at them. She and all the other employees made me feel so welcome, and took the time to let me look for what I wanted, unwrap it, price it out, and decide whether or not to buy. They were really supportive, and I felt no pressure when I couldnt find anything in my size and price range. I would go back to shop here in a heartbeat. A+ service!

Im a couple weeks late posting this but I felt the need to make a review cause this store is awesome. Surprisingly hidden gem for Rancho Cordova considering its location is so convenient. I didnt even know it was there! Came out to a flyer on my car and I decided to check it out since my dishwasher was getting pretty old.. When my girlfriend and I walked through the door we got greeted by like four people before we could even find the dishwashers lol everyone was so kind and helpful.. a refreshing difference from what I came to expect from the regular sears stores.. David helped us out picking our new dishwasher which was an incredible price (only like.. $350) and convinced us to put it on lease which meant we only ended up paying like 60 bucks up front and got to go home with a new-ish dishwasher. We also got to chat with the store manager..Mike, I think?... and he filled us in on all the details about how well Sears Outlet is doing compared to sears, and how they arent closing down so I guess that means Ill have to come back next time I need something. All in all, Mike and David were really cool and made me feel like I was talking to some old friends. Ill be back. Keep in up Rancho Sears Outlet.

Great prices, price cuts for slightly damaged big box home appliances. Sales staff care about their customers. Ever changing stock keeps the selection fresh. The backroom loading team are very helpful in assisting to load appliances. Anyone either moving into the area or residents who would like like new top of the line products to update their home should stop by and take a look.

Outstanding customer service. This place was competitive in price and delivered on time within a couple days. Ordered on line Tuesday at 10pm and had the appliance Thursday afternoon. It was easy, fast and customer service was outstanding. Highly recommend.

I went to the newly rebranded American Freight and Appliances after ordering a oven online. They prepared the oven right away and were very friendly and helpful. I had a small issue with the product and Darla stepped in to assist and fix the issue. All the staff were great and the products were well priced. Highly recommended if you are looking for a good deal and great service.

Love this place had great service. Bought a queen size mattress for me and a bunk bed and 2 mattresses for it. Oh And sheets and pillows. They had good prices

I been trying to get help on box spring and mattress I purchased the one I payed for was not the one I received when first purchased.spoke with old Mgr who was very rude .and unprofessional.9 months later after 8 letters 2 trips to Bay Area I field court action .i took a chance going in and trying to talk to them again . There was a new Mgr and she reviewed my documents and made a decision ASAP I was correct She made a decision on the spot and warranty my mattress /box spring and deliver it at no charge . This lady was a wonder person in the way she conducted her self and she makes you want to come back and do business with sears .The old Mgr was a joke . God bless new Mgr .She is good for this store and the people around

The experience we had was amazing. My mom and I was there 2 days ago to purchase a refrigerator. It was delivered yesterday but it had issues that wasnt seen until it was plugged in. The manager Paul was more than helpful. Paul and his staff totally took responsibility for the product as well as the inspection process. My mother was able to walk out with a new unit which is expected to be delivered tomorrow. The staff was so bright and bubbly. Very willing to assist. You simply dont find the customer service like that ANYWHERE.... ANYMORE. Im glad they took ownership and quickly resolved the issue. I certainly wont have a problem returning in the future. Thank you so much Paul. You sir are a MVP!

Great place to start if youre looking to buy or replace something for your home. My wife wanted an electric range with a double oven to replace the 12 year old Kenmore smooth top that still works perfectly, our entire kitchen was bisque, she found the LG style she wanted, with a dishwasher and range hood, all in stainless steel, all installed and tested perfectly. We couldnt agree on a refrigerator, but well do more research and check back later. The staff are great and very helpful!

I walked around the store for a few min, the store was clean. There were about 4 employees in the store and not a single one acknowledged me to see if I had questions or needed anything, saw the couch that I wanted but not the service I would of liked. The store was empty so not sure if they had something more important to do besides there job.

David was excellent! When I was first walked in he was with another customer but politely greeted me and asked me to politely wait. As soon as he assisted me, he answered all my questions in great detail. He took is time to measure the refrigerator to make sure it fit my needs perfectly. The price of the refrigerator was very affordable as well and I was able to purchase an additional warranty at a good price.

Pricing is consistent even though damage ranges widely. Personnel were attentive and helpful but not as knowledgeable. Had hiring signs and some were in training so they are working on it. Prices were good, but with damage present, I expected more. This is a scratch and dent sales location more than an typical outlet store.

What a wonderful place. they have a friendly and reliable staff that isnt afraid to crack a few jokes and loosen up a bit. definitely made me feel more comfortable and relaxed as I shopped. David was the sales guy who helped me out and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, but everyone in the store talked to me or said hi at least once. The nerdy kid in the glasses, Daniel I think, and the British fella, were both really funny and helpful too. definitely will be back for a big purchase in the future .

Sears Outlets in Rancho Cordova has great deals and very fast service. I got a refrigerator with some slight cosmetic damage for 50% off. What a steal. The sales associate Tanya was very helpful and had a great energy.

After searching online for a new Refrigerator with no luck, I decided to stop in and check my luck with coming into a store. I was greeted by an incredibly friendly man named David. He helped me go over all the more cost friendly fridges. He was very informative as well as patient and understanding my stress with wanting to find a good deal. He never once made me feel like an inconvenience with answering all the questions I had. I would highly suggest this place for a warm and friendly environment with an amazing staff and great deals.

We were looking to replace our LG washing machine for well over $1000 today. Someone said to go here. We bought the same LG with a scratch for $650. He was super nice and we even told him we probably weren’t gonna buy today and he still walked with us throughout the store answering all the questions we had. I had a bad experience with the old manager Mike the first time around but I visited this store again recently and I guess they are under new management cause WOW what a difference. Sean is the new manager and he is an absolute pleasure to work with. He showed me around and talked to me about all the different options and features on the washers for about half an hour and never once seemed rushed or in a hurry to close a sale. He ended up introducing me to the sales lead David and he was also incredibly helpful. He told us about this lease to own thing that we ended up doing and we ended up getting the extended warranty for three years.. we will be back Sean and David, thank you!

I came in to purchase a stove. I was helped by Sean who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. We had to deal with Sears Credit customer service to make the purchase and they were a bit difficult to work with. However, Sean went well beyond what one would consider typical to ensure that the purchase was successful and all possible discounts were applied. He demonstrated great patience with Sears credit for the sale to be successful. I would really like to see District staff recognize Sean for his customer service. An atta-boy is nice but his kind of customer care is EXACTLY the best demonstration of customer service that retailers need today. I would say that his time helping me did not detract from other customers and their purchases. During the time I was there, incoming customers and their purchases were handled in a courteous and timely manner. My thanks goes out to Sean - Hope you are listening Sears management...

Have had the worst experience with this store. Ordered a few items in November mind you before thanksgiving, paid for all of them online, waited weeks for a call, didn’t receive one. Tried to call the phone just to find out they’re phone line wasn’t working. Went in was given the run around by associates, as well as the new manager. Told to come one day then I’d come, wasn’t there, then the next wasn’t there even though the company email said my stuff had arrived. Didn’t wanna look in the back for an item, I had to insist them it said my items were there eventually went to the back and located one of my items. Another item was also there so I ended up picking it up again no communication there on their part. Waited around another 2 weeks, received my last item which came broke in not one but 2 places! Still waiting for information on them with an item replacement after they’ve already taken my payment last month. Extremely disappointed never again

We recently bought our first home & purchased a fridge and sectional from Sears Outlet in Rancho. The service was great & the prices were even better! Mike is the manager there and he is awesome! We will be going back for our stove and other appliances!

Good experience. Went in to see a fridge I’d found online to see the scratches and dents in person. They match prices listed on the Sear Outlet website. My sales associate was a little slow and had to try three cash registers to check me out, but the store manager was great to work with. Delivery was fast and easy. They were even responsive and accommodating on the washer and dryer I had to return, and I was promptly refunded. Would definitely do business with them again.

Mike is what a good sales manager should be. Most sales manager try to keep the money within the company, regardless of the circumstances. They have a script and follow it. Unfortunately most sales manager follow that script failing to actually hear what the customers have to say. But this is where Mike shines--he actually listened to what I had to say and after that made a fair determination. Im not saying if you speak to Mike he will rule in your favor, but he did listen. In my opinion you cant ask for any more than that from a sales manager.

For Memorial Day weekend we went to the Rancho Cordova Sears Outlet looking for a new washer/dryer set and dishwasher. We were assisted by the sales manager, Sean. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all our questions and pointed out any cosmetic issues with the appliances. Sean made it a very smooth transaction and made arrangements for the items to be picked up on 5/31/18. The pick-up was smooth and as expected. Overall the customer service provided at this Sear Outlet location was very good. Sean clearly values his customers and is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the customer is taken care of. I certainly will be returning to this location for future purchases.
