I just got an S4 engine with a 1 year warranty for $5000. I have actually purchased quite a few parts from these guys including 3 other engines. 1 engine had a problem with the turbo and they replaced the turbo immediately before it was installed. These guys are great and always take care of me. They know European cars and I would recommend them to anyone.

Took the plunge and ordered an Audi part (comfort module) from craigslist. I thought I was ordering locally, but it turns out it is in California. My husband said the tech support was awesome and after taking our order we were surprised to see that our part arrived next day air, to Cape Cod Massachusetts. Hubby said part looked brand new. Installed it and windows work and were back in business. Very pleased with tech support. Looking to purchase some rims. Happy Consumer Here !!!

This is a long letter. I purchased and this company took payment on 4/6/2016 for a bumper cover for a 2005 E320 bumper cover, to be shipped to Wisconsin. I called a week later to find out where the part was at. I called waited on hold for 22 minutes, then was told I had to leave my phone number and they would call back, no call that day. So I called the next day, waited on hold 28 minutes, again told that the manager was on another call and to take my number and he would call back. 4 hours later, not receiving a call from them I called.I spoke to Enrica again I was on hold for over 20 minutes then finally told that the bumper was in Texas and that this manager would call them and get a fed ex label to them to overnight the part. he also said that he would call the next day to confirm the specifics. That is today. I called this morning, again waited 28 minutes on the phone for a manager to sort out this issue. But no manager and I hung up. apx an hour later i called again same stuff, can I place you on hold? what other choice do I have, sure, 48 minutes later a familiar voice asked if I am helped, I say no I was waiting on hold for him. I again ask about my bumper he has to check with someone. then back to waiting, at a total time of 1 hour and 20 minutes I hang up again. I call back and now ask for my money back. Same voice that has said he was the manager says he has to contact someone, I asked again where is my bumper cover, he responds I can t help you I dont know. but he will pass my request for my money back to someone, I ask who who he says the guys name is Don.I am so upset that this is how they treat people, let alone the fact that this borders on FRAUD, and conducting business over state lines I think is still a federal offense. Im looking into this nowI dont know how long I have spent on hold with these guys but I hope you Run the other way and do not Do business with this bunch of thievesI will take this down as soon as this is resolved. SO hold your breath

I visited this location in person to purchase a part I found advertised by this company on eBay. At 2pm on a Monday afternoon there was nobody in sight and their location was shut tight and nobody was available. After inquiring at the shop next door I was told this place is a 1 man operation and that most of the time nobody is even there. I was told they are not serious about selling parts. I ended up purchasing the part from them thru ebay. The part did not arrive within the guaranteed delivery date as a matter of fact 8 days after the guarantee delivery date I put in an inquiry thru ebay to find out where my item is. Several days later I got 2 emails the first which said the seller had provided ebay with shipping details and the 2nd saying my purchase was cancelled and I would be receiving a refund. No communication on the sellers part and very unprofessional operation. I wasted over 2 weeks waiting for a part from this company just to be back at square 1. Very poor experience.

I used Quality German Recycling to get parts for my Volkswagon Passat...they were very helpful and even answered questions i had about installation. I will go to Quality again the next time i need parts for a Volkswagen an Audi or Mercedes.. They have great prices...and parts...

I never leave reviews but this place deserves one.I purchased 2 doors and a seat for a 2015 Audi A3. One of the doors seemed to be damaged in shipping. It could have been fixed, but would have cost me too much in labor so I ended up just buying a new door. My body shop contacted them immediately about the damage. They indicated that they would look into it. Repeated attempts to contact them by email and phone have not been answered. It has now been 3 months and no response. They seemed ok to deal with until they were paid then they disappeared. Im very disappointed.

I swapped my engine here for my Volkswagen Tiguan. Excellent service and good price, Kosh was really helpful and the guys did a great job with my car. Definitely recommend!

Great german parts store. Always have what I need in stock at a very affordable price. Best place for used auto parts. Sold me an airbag for my audi for $300 when audi wanted well over $600-$700. If you need german parts come here.

I cant say enough about this company. I was desperate to replace the radio on my leased VW Passat, which I ruined attaching my gps suction cup to the screen. Not a good idea... The part was $1500 from Volkswagen! I finally took a chance and found this company on the internet. I dealt with Nick over the phone (yes, they even answer the phone and return your calls!) and he was amazing. SO professional and responsible; refused to sell me the part until he was sure it was going to work in my car. Who DOES that? He had the correct part, and the shipping was amazing; had it in 2 days. The radio came well-packed and padded. Had it installed already, and it works beautifully! Someone, please clone this man and have one in every business! I saved myself a ton of money, and the service I received made my day. Thank you, Nick!

Nick and the crew at quality german recycling were very helpful and knowledgeable in finding an impact bar with mounting brackets for my s class....i am very satisfiyed with the level of service they provide and i highly reccomend them and will use them as my go to when locating parts

Un trustworthy dishonest business buyers beware!!!!Im the owner of BestTires &Auto Repair in Oakland ca weve done business with these guys twice and both times they sent us damaged parts and when we refused them or wanted a discount for the damage parts they gave uf a fake negative review which is not right.. beware this company they sell damaged parts full price.

Make sure you inspect what you buy very closely, sold me an interior they claimed was in great condition ended up having a huge permanent stain. Probably not going to even use it, such a waste of time and money.

Called to inquire about a part. Once they called me a bitc*, just hung up. Call didn`t last for more than 20 secs. Have never been treated like that by any business. Shame.

I purchased an item from the store and I never received the item and they charge my credit card for $110 and they refuse to give me my money back and I never received the item beware of this store and do not purchase from them they are ripoffs.

Very rude staff. Called 6x and every time was told he just didnt want to go check if he had the part and to call later maybe and even given exact times he would call. Ill call you back at exactly 12 and nothing... If you dont want business, dont be a business. Poor quality of service and information.

RUN from that place !!! Their customer service is very poor, and quality parts are extremely POOR quality as well, we lost $675 and 4 months of debating about their unusable parts! They send us twice defective parts, and when we send them back, they refused to give us refund saying that those parts were used, of course they sent us a Used and defective parts! What a WASTE!!!

I buy 2 air shocks for my Audi A6 I pay 770 dollars one of them was bad, never received help they never sent my refund that they promes they are scammers
