My experience was so outstanding. Nicole is such a wonderful woman. So kind. She is efficient. Brian, the inspector, was also great. They worked with me in not having to file two insurance claims. I was kept informed throughout the process. It was on time. The bodywork and paint job is outstanding. I couldn’t be more satisfied.

For years now I have been taking my families cars to Artistic Collision. They always do excellent work. I have never had a problem with any of the work that they have done. They are always quick and have the vehicles ready on time.As an insurance agent I see all kinds or autobody repair shops. Many of them do what they say and just get the cars back to the owners. I also see horrible shops that have delay after delay not to mention that the quality of the work is adequate at best. In 15 years of recommending them I have never had one complaint from my policy holders. I get compliment after compliment at how great they are. Many of these families choose to drive longer distances to get to Artistic because of the work that they do.Brian and his team go above and beyond to restore vehicles back to their pre-accident condition. They take high end vehicles that require great attention to detail as well as older cars that might have a few road miles and make them look amazing. Whatever the problem that you may have with one of your vehicles take it to Brian/Artistic Collision first and see the difference a truly professional shop makes.

Artistic is just what the word says! The showrooms speaks volumes as to what you will be getting here; meticulous & artistic work. Brian & his father have accomplished that feat hands down. They do not only a great job, keep you informed via text messages, call when they have concerns, and are in everyone a pleasure to work with. These guys do phenomenal work! I brought my exs car here about two years ago when it was hit on the drivers side and was very impressed with the job they did. I went back last month when someone hit me in my car when I was stopped at a light. They do outstanding work, they are professional and very pleasant to deal with, and they took care of every aspect of getting my car fixed including dealing with the insurance companies, calling the rental car place, etc., and made it very easy for me. I wont go anywhere else for my collision repair needs and I would highly recommend Brian and this shop.
