Wen Li and sandy took such good care of me and my buying experience was literally the best, fastest and highly enjoyable. They are so professional and have great quality used cars. All for a good and fair price. I purchased a odyssey from them and just love how they took care of me and the van before purchase. So let me just say I was very impressed with carzone!! Sandy was very professional and very kind. We drove all the way from Red Bluff to get our car and ended up being late. Sandy stayed after closing hours waiting for us, not once did she seem impatient or annoyed to be working late. Sandy is very dedicated to her job, I hope she gets paid well.Carzone is kept very clean, even the bathroom was clean, clean and professional all the way around.My car is a great quality car and after trading in my old vehicle we drove away feeling confident in our purchases. The financing lady kim was very polite and honest and professional as well. I would definitely recommend carzone and will go back to them if I ever want to purchase another vehicle.

This dealer caught my attention with an ad on Facebook Marketplace. A 2007 BMW for $50. I checked the ad to make sure this was not a deposit or the monthly payment. When I showed up to CarZone Wen (owner) I offered the $50. He said what are you talking about and I said here is a printout of your car for sale for $50 and I would like this car. I read the laws about advertising and he said they dont apply to social media. Then said Carzone Motors is not him and he advertises under his name Wen Li. Cearly false advertising or bait and switch. Ive filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Since then Ive found another review (Gretchen) with the same tactic

Definitely below a 1 star Lies upon lies with carzone I was told the car i bought had all vacum leaks and oil filter leaks sealed and fixed i was told it was in carzone mechanic shop getting fixed for over a month.2 days later I get a service engine soon light on my dashboard so i take the car into the dealership and learn that all 4 shocks need replacement the car needs 4 new ignition coils the suspension had a malfunction multiple oil leaks the vehicle needed a new head gasket,oil housing unit,new belt and pulley Over 6 thousand dollars I had to pay out of pocket. A horrible used car buying experience
