Worst Customer service I have ever experienced especially from a representative stating that he was a supervisor called for a part a day prior and a representative told me it $60 and called the next day to follow through with the order and a different representative picked up and told me the same part I asked for yesterday is now $175 how is the same part $115 more the next day and the supervisor was just out of pocket rude it was literally one of the worst phone experiences I have ever had.

I apologize in advance for the length, but this review is regarding the pervasive decline of customer service.The Good - A wire from the throttle body harness on my wifes 2007 Honda had come loose, and the the dealer wanted over $5k to fix it. On eBay, this company had a replacement for $168, so I bought it as replacement. While I was waiting for this part to arrive, I was able to have the pin soldered back in place, so I didnt need the part any more. I requested a return and they were able to issue me a return label.The Bad - Admittedly, I misplaced the label and got busy with life. By the time I realize that I hadnt mailed the return it was after the 30 day eBay return policy date. Via eBay, I contact the seller (AH Parts) and after several communications, I received the following, Were sorry you had a problem with your purchase. However, to receive a refund, buyers need to return the item within the required timeframe after the seller has accepted a return request. This item wasnt returned to the seller on time.So I decided to call them, and told them, I never opened the package and I would pay for return shipping. They stated that it was out of their hands and it was eBays policy....case closed.How life should be - I ordered some fire extinguishers from West Marine. When I opened the box, I noticed that one of them had discharged during shipping. Once again, I threw the package in my truck and the return period had passed. However, I went to the store and explained what happened.....The clerk said, Go grab a new one off the shelf and youll be all set.Really??? no back and forth?, no wasted-time?, no hassle?, understanding and being accommodating? = Great Customer Service = LIFE LONG CUSTOMER!!!

I had been looking for a replacement visor for my Nissan Altima but couldnt find exactly the right item. I finally stumbled across this one, and the price was very reasonable, plus the folks did a great job of following up with me. They sent the part quickly, it was in great condition, I figured out how to put it on, and Im super happy. The visor doesnt hit me in the head while I drive anymore, and Ive found a great go-to place for parts!

I had been searching for a passenger side sun visor through all the usual websites, and the Honda dealer wanted to charge me $100 for a new one and then more to install! I called Honda and got the part number for my Honda Pilot and thats when I found Review AH Parts Dismantlers.They were a third of the price so I was a little worried about what I was getting. But I placed my order anyway as I was willing to gamble. The part arrived in a couple days, very well packaged and even though it was not a new part, it was in excellent condition. I ordered and paid for a part over the internet and had the incorrect address listed but I didn’t notice it until after the purchase that evening. I sent a message listing the correct address to them that evening. The following day I verified they had made the change in address delivery and it had been sent out. Should speak with your technicians before making someone pay. Waste of time. I need a gas door for my car and they had the color and everything I needed. After talking back and forth numerous times i got and invoice and paid. To only find out they couldn’t get the door off and he never spoke to the technicians, just knew he had the part.

AH Youtube video saved me over $100.00. My Drivers side mirror was torn off by a hit and run driver. I was able to purchase a new replacement from the dealer (2007 Honda Civic EX, 1.9L Sedan) but they wanted over $100.00 to install it. I found an AH instructional video that showed (step by step) how to remove the inside door panel and the old mirror. What a life-saver! Thanks AH.

I bought Keyless control unit (module) Paid $113.68 - which dealer told me CANT PROGRAMMING - damaged.I send back to AH Auto parts, told them all story.... to get back full amount i paid, ..... They paid back some money, but not full amount. I spoke with salesman many times...... DIDNT GET FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR DAMAGED PART. I dont want to get parts from them anymore.

Im not the one to write reviews but little upset with how they handle things. I purchased a toyota tacoma shifter bezel and wasnt told of any gouges or scratches. I figued i was getting a good deal. Came in the mail dirty scratched up and gouges on several parts of the bezel. I asked to return for a refund. Ship it back on my dime. No reinbursement for shipping. Took forever to get a refund after i return the item and only get a partial refund? Scam! This will be the last time i take a chance on a random junkyard.

Passenger window motor in my Integra door failed in the down position on a Saturday with no rain forecast for a week. I ordered the part on Sunday night and it was delivered at 10 am on Friday morning, and installed an hour later. It was the correct part, it performs fine and it was a fraction of the cost.
