Best customer service I’ve had! The cashier came outside in the heat to make sure my car’s AC really needed to be recharged or if it was something else. He was great! (I feel bad I don’t remember the employee’s name.)

Extremely bad customer service. Went to location locking for oil and windshield wipers. They lady at the front counter told what I needed and were to go. She didnt offer to help me find what I needed. I obviously did not know, since I asked for help.

Horrible service! Came in to exchange a battery and they didn’t exchange it when it still has warranty. I told him in the beginning without bringing my battery in if they would except it if I bought it from another store and he said yes then when I brought the battery in this rude blonde guy tells me that he can’t find it and it shows negative some BS ! That’s why I stopped going to Autozone because they just are horrible in every way! They have the worst parts in America! I will never come to an Autozone again! Stay away from this company everyone they don’t even cover for the warranty!

As a sales rep in a car parts retail store chain, you have one job...to know about cars and car parts. The general public is not educated enough, or simply does not have the available free time to know as much as a trained sales rep. That being said, when a customer gives you the specifics of their vehicle, you, being the knowledgeable sales rep should know whether or not you can perform the service they are asking for BEFORE you sale them a $175.00 car part. Im noticing more and more in daily life that I have to depend solely on myself to do things that we so graciously pay people to be semi experts in. Unacceptable all around. Please do better. For example. How about creating a list of cars that you cannot perform certain services on and keep that list updated so that you are not wasting the consumers time.

What can you say? Auto parts stores are always hit or miss. This is the store that is closest to me, so I always try it first. I am no expert mechanic, but neither am I a novice. We have 5 cars and I maintain all of them for my family. Seems like I am completing one auto repair a month. Every time I go online and get all the part numbers, and availability. Everytime I am given the wrong part, the inventory is incorrect, or they are out of the item. But what can you say, all auto part stores are this way. This location at least is a little better than most.

I was not happy was sold a bad alternator mechanic put it in got on the freeway to go my car died had to be towed back to the shop at the tune of $150.00. I then had to return the alternator and pick up another fir mechanuc to put in at the cost of another 150.00 so niwni am out an additional 300.00 dollars because you sold me a had part.

Great location, great employees, and great customer service. Came in to replace my car battery (completely dead) and they swapped it out for me on the spot. I went in expecting that I would have to use the loaner tools and do it myself but the store manager went above and beyond and replaced it for me. Thats what I call customer service. Keep it up, we appreciate it.

I am leaving a one star review not because of the customer service I received, but how I witnessed one employee treat another. I was in the store around 4-5 days ago and I witnessed an older brunnette lady who I believe had the name “Donna” on her name badge be very rude and condescending towards another one of the employees who’s name I did not catch. He was an older white gentleman who was trying to ring out a customer and while he was attempting to do so, he needed to use the computer she was standing in front of while she was on the phone and instead of allowing him to use the computer she remained in front of it and then when he attempted to use the computer she turned around and said something very snappy towards him. He then got visually frustrated and flustered which did not make the checkout process go as smooth as it would of. As someone who used to work in retail, I understand that it can be stressful but to publicly scowl another employee is not only disrespectful but it is un-professional as well. If this is how “Donna” treats employees in front of customers, I can’t imagine how she treats them when there aren’t customers around.

Excellent service...The low rate is because is located in an inconvenient place and police harass good citizens over criminals at that area.Not stopping by any more.I get on the left turn line and after I know I had 3 cruisers stalking my car even they saw me walking into VatoZone they still coming back to see my car....Wasnt speeding or doing anything wrong.Maybe the police cameras cant difference of a cat to a dog..

Staff were looking at womans behind when I walked in. Didnt even say hello or ask if I needed assistance. I came in for finish solution for exterior plastic. The kind I wanted they only had one can on the shelf and I asked them if they could see if there was another one, they refused. Rude, disrespectful and arrogant.
