Reasonable prices and better quality than Walmart by far. Friendly and helpful staff. Just pick up the phones located around the store and they come running.

This Target was clean and organized. They have great little girl clothes. The outfits are so cute. The cashier was so very nice. She was super sweet to my 7 year old son. I spend way to much money at Target.

So I ordered an item from the Target app, and it said it was in stock on the website. But then my dedicated shopper tells me it’s not in stock? And I can’t even get a refund? Get it together Target, and make sure you can do inventory right next time.

Friendly. This store has improved so much over the last 6 to 7 months it used to not be a nice sort of shopping but the staff is improved. Cleanliness of the stores great selection is improved rarely out of things and its just a pleasant story to go in theres regular staff that work there that recognize me when I go in they wave say hello good shopping experience.

Nice Target with some really nasty customers. The store is relatively clean and well organized. They had what I wanted, and the price was right. But the store is frequent it by some serious anti-maskers. Despite the stores effort to get customers to wear masks, many wear them improperly.I enjoyed watching the checker douse the entire check stand in alcohol after a filthy anti-masker family came through with their masks on their chin and up on their forehead.

Store was clean and fully stocked, talk to several, friendly employees while shopping. Our cashier Angelina F. was outstanding and very helpful. She is a great asset to your store, even laughed at my little jokes while checking out. She was surprised when I asked for her name to complete the survey. Great to shop here, even through these difficult times, thank you.

Should be shut down by the health department; not enforcing reinstated mask mandate (7/30/2021, ALL must wear a mask regardless of vaccination status). Fully half of the store are mouth-breathing their COVID all over

I often use curbside pickup at this location. Todays experience was unacceptable. The clerk loading our items into our car smashed our eggs and bananas. When I called the store, customer service was a mess. I told them that I needed the eggs delivered to me that same day as I needed them at night. I told them I was chronically ill and could not make another trip to the store that day, as this one was very hard. They said my only option to get help from them was to come in. The manager presented himself like he did not care about me or my situation. So, customer service is very ineffective here. I dont think I will ever do curbside pickup here again. I feel I need to find another store to shop at. I feel very unheard here. Beware of curbside pickup!!

Just your average Target store... good selection and decent prizes. From my experience, the employes have been nice. I guess the only thing to note that if you DO go there, it can be pretty ghetto and some people just throw a blanket on them and call it a day. Nobody wants to see that much skin, please!

Excellent customer service by employee Rachelle in the Rancho Cordova, Ca. Guest Services desk. We had a return and numerous price adjustments that took a bit of time to organize and enter in the register. Rachelle was patient, friendly, and represented Target proudly. During these stressful times, it’s refreshing to engage with a person who is conscientious, and reflects a positive personality.

Cashier LeAnna needs training. Tried using my Target Circle rewards and she doesnt even know how to apply the rewards or how the reward system work. Gave me a lot of attitude in the process.

The drive up service is very Easy peacy. Fast service and peace of mind since i have the kids with me in my van.

Love to go this place for Starbuck, baby cloth and electric equipment but not great for grocery shopping. staff are ok for me. they are doing compulsory mask inside the store but dont see any hand sanitizer. other than its cool place.

It was quick and easy. I used the app to alert the store I was on my way and when I arrived. Didnt take more than 5 minutes when I arrived, the employee walked out and confirmed a code and put the items in my vehicle.

I love target. Their food is amazing and so are the slushies. I recommend going here instead of Walmart and Raleys unless you really need to go to Walmart, Raleys, etc.

I love target because the shopping experience is very nice. Most of the stuff I need is in the shop, Also the shop interior is very pleasant.

It was quick and easy to make the purchase, and we appreciated being able to pick everything up at the customer service desk instead of having to wander around the store.

This place was very confusing theyd have t-shirts in one place and way on the other side of the building they had pants. They dont put anything in the same place nothing is organized and the people that work there have no idea where anythings at. If I wanted to go walking I would do it in a park not inside of a store. Very unorganized will not come back

Edited post: Shoe department was a total and complete wreck beyond me being able to shop at all. Disappointed target let every shoe aisle go unchecked with shoes on the floor and out of boxes.

Amazingly high prices. Much lower prices right across the tacks at Walmart at Vinfandel and Folsom Blvd. They want $30 for a San Disc Thumb drive. I got the same Thumb drive at Best Buys for $7, and it has always performed flawlessly.

I wld recommend them shopping at Target always... Love the circle, love the Price match- which I usually only price match to target.com. And if you know where to look; you will usually save money every trip.

Your own website States that you accept internet print at home manufacturer coupons, but when I tried to purchase at store and use the coupon, the manager denied me at two different stores until I specifically pointed out your policy on your website. If you will no longer accept them, then update your policy to reflect that so you arent wasting your customers time and gas.

Ease of purchase. I have an infant at home and the BOPIS program makes my day so much easier. They always have my baby needs at a great price. The Up and Up brand is terrific! Everything I need from home care, to groceries and pet products are in one location.

They are doing pretty well despite the mayhem right now. It took them three trips to bring out my correct Drive Up order (they kept forgetting things), but it is chaos in the stores right now and they are just trying to keep up.

This three dollar product exploded upon purchase destroying my child’s clothing and car seat. Clerk was quite rude and offered no apology and stated the store is not liable for selling the product. Car seat is destroyed and we have places to go, but instead have to go home and throw away clothing and go to Costco for a new car seat. Manager’s behavior was reprehensible. I have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars in your store. Check my Target card history. You will not receive another dime of my money.

20/2 1st review, but regular, cardholding customer for many years (even before the big grocery store remodel/addition):-- Consistently clean, safe store, good help from shelf stockers, and nice/helpful cashiers.-- Grocery store and fresh meat, dairy, frozen get the job done for basic household restock.-- Decent selection of all types/gender/age clothing/accessories, household goods, electronics, toiletries...plus seasonal.-- NO nursery (plants) dept.-- Generous return policy by capable Returns Dept workers.-- Clean, multi-stall, single-sex bathrooms located conveniently as walk into store (versus at VERY back like most stores)--making it easy to make it the first stop with toddlers/elders BEFORE getting cart to start shopping.-- Yes, theres a pharmacy, a generic hot foods counter (think pizza & soda), and a full Starbucks with seating.-- Yes, handicap parking/access, but be prepared to walk a decent distance from up front parking to inside cart pickup area before actually start shopping.

I entered target with my family and got on a little scooter because I recently had a small surgery and am still sick. I was filling really ill and wanted to use the restroom so I drove back to the restroom and the scooter died on me before I got there so I got up and walked the rest of the way and an employee came up to me and said “that’s why we don’t play with those” and I responded that I wasn’t and he said “well it looked like you were” I didn’t give him an explanation because he didn’t deserve it. I could’ve gladly just vomited on the floor of your store but decided to go to the bathroom instead. Made me feel little and I felt embarrassed for using a scooter even though I’m sick. Thank you for that...

I came into the store for some essentials. Ive always liked Target and have had Target Redcard for years. But when I came in, no one was social distancing, and half the people werent wearing masks. Several team members were wearing masks below their noses, including the cashier supervisor. When I attempted to bring this to someones attention, he looked at me blankly and apparently couldnt care less. I will be paying off my Redcard and shopping elsewhere -- maybe Costco -- where they care about their members and customers

Always great customer service. Lots of parking. Great store nice clean and tidy with lots of checkers willing to help you get out when youre ready to go. They might be a bit more expensive than Walmart on some stuff, but they save MY TIME which is extremely valuable. I love Target they do a great job

The store was really clean, but two of my items were a dollar less expensive at Wal-Mart, the coffeemate and freshetta were less than five dollars at Wal-Mart.

I was looking for an item and a sales associate spent over 5 minutes helping me locate what I was looking for. She really went the extra mile by allowing me to open two different products to determine which one would be the best for my needs.

Thought I would make a order online and pick up. All was well until the pick up line was 10 people deep and only one person was working customer service. After waiting a while to see if management would call for more help I left. You would think this is a overpriced Walmart!

Trying to return something in good faith is the process in hell at Target, every time I’m trying to return something which is not very often you get treated like a criminal or a second class citizen, extremely dissatisfied and quite upset over it. It will definitely deter me from buying items that are potentially a return due to not fit etc.

Be careful of gay men that seek out your strong looking boyfriend. Had a gay married man chase my boyfriend and I around asking for his number and followed us to a corner.. Other than that I go here for basic household supplies, toilet paper and occasional clothing.

Good thing you guys are stocked with bathing suits and sandals, and not things like JACKETS AND COATS!! Its the middle of winter, no one needs a bathing suit right now! Start selling clothing thats appropriate for the current season! Guess Ill take my business to Amazon.

A wide variety of products band a variety of brands but the store itself is a bit messy. Also the carts could use some love. We got more than one that had a bad wheel.

I love my Target in Rancho Cordova, love their prices. The only improvement needed would be in the cx service/pick up dept. Doesnt matter what time of day i walk in their for pick up. These ladies refuse to smile and they look so unhappy. All the greeting i get is next, no hello how are you doing, hows your day been. I cant believe their so auto tone. Next, next. I really hope that whole dept gets better at customer service. I really do. Front end cashier they are all amazing they greet you, just a simple hello, goes along way.

Id give 5 star if it was a Super Target and they got rid of the self checkout. Quiet, clean store that is generally always fully stocked with lots of choices. Has a food section but not quiet a much as Super Target. They installed the self checkout several months ago and I swear the wait time has at least doubled. I actually prefer a face-to-face experience than deal with a machine; those things ALWAYS give have an issue that requires a person anyway. Overall, its a good Target.

I got a notebook out of a box clearly marked 2.49. The cashier explained it was 6.99 so I ran back to the end cap to get a different one less likeable design. I got back to the reg. and he said this is also 6.99. I asked if i could have it for the advertised price he said noooooo absolutely not I can only ring it for what it is. I found that extremely rude on his part.

Only went to get 1 thing. I walked out with 10 times more than I wanted to. Oh well it is always a pleasure to go there because everyone is so nice to you. if I need some help you can always find someone to help you out there.

The offers online are not honored in store. I had an issue where there was a buy 4 for $12 on Diet Pepsi. I ordered 4 and the store refused to check the back for more. To add insult to injury when asked if they would honor the sale price, given that they did not want to look for more Diet Pepsi in the storage, the person at the sales desk stated, she did not know then proceeded to end the transaction saying nothing more. When I went to checkout they had one register open and I counted 12 people in line. I decided to do a bit more shopping and wait for them to call on the P/A for another checkout person, but after 10 minutes I hadnt heard anything, so I finally went back and found there was still just one register open with a long line. I walked out without buying anything.

DONT RETURN ITEMS TO THEM.. if you bought online.If you return items that you had bought online, you dont get a receipt for that. And they use the fact that you dont have the receipt, and they NEVER RETURN THE MONEY that they are supposed to return. I spent so much time to resolve this issue, but they just kept saying that already had refunded the money, but when I called my card, they never did. Horrible customer service not to mention. Such a disgusting company,

Always a great place to pop in for a quick trip or the monthly shopping list. Has a grocery component as well, with limited fresh produce, dairy and meat selections. Plenty of selection for frozen foods and shelf items.

I normally shop at this Target, this was my firs time placing an order online with Target. I did this as a test to see if Target could come through under pressure. I decided to order during the Holiday Season as a test to see if my grocery order would be filled in the allotted 2 hour time period, and it wasnt. You would think that Target didnt know Christmas was coming this year and didnt hire Holiday help as there was only 1 person working the Customer Service counter and the place was a complete disaster. I placed my order early enough that I could pick it up after work if needed. My order wasnt ready until the next day. Had to make a special trip to Target just for my order as I dont live in the Rancho area and planned to pick up my order after work.

The target team members are really helpful. They took the time to help me look for what I needed. The store is really nice and clean which is a plus.

The cashier, Rogelio, was rude and his attitude left us feeling, we were an imposition to him!! We paid for a bag and he left items on counter that could have easily fit in the bag. We stood at bagging area and had to rebag it completely!! He did not even acknowledge us standing there and could have easily asked if we needed any help...instead he began ringing up the next customer!! There was no one behind her he had to ring up, so he cannot say he was too busy to help us!!! Does Target train employees in customer service courtesy? If so, Rogelio needs MORE training!!! Clean and well organized. Grocery store items are limited. Went here yesterday for heavy cream and they do not stock it. They do have three full coolers of almond milk and two full coolers with coffee creamers. No heavy cream. And the frozen pizza selection is limited.

Went into this target to return something, which I have NEVER EVER had a problem with before. I love target because they have such an amazing and easy return policy. This time was the worst experiece I have ever had anywhere. I did not have my receipt so I just asked for store credit. The person kept saying they couldnt do it. I ask why and she couldnt tell me. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager came over and told me I could only exchange it for similar products. I asked her what the difference was between me going to get other items and them giving me a gift card? Well we just dont know what target you got it at and that is all we can do.I left and went to another target and within 20 seconds they returned my item and I was holding a gift card.
