I LOVE Sally Beauty! They have great products and all the best brand names. Great prices and I love their app. also! Im a member so I know Im always getting the best price on everything they sell!

Came in for an online pick-up order and the retail associate said Took you long enough. Sorry I have a life and couldnt be there immediately. Only Sallys Beauty close by that had some of the items but never coming back there again even if they were the only store that had the items I need

Staff were super helpful and friendly.

My wife experienced horrible customer service and this is not the first time. She drove to WalMart and got better service! Oh well, I dont recommend this store to anyone.

Very poor customer service. The two girls that work there were helpless and were sitting there all the time while I was there. We ask for a couple of products and they just move their heads trying to say they dont have what I was looking for. Their trash can next to them had so much inside and outside like they dont take their trash daily. Very little selection on the mega browns colors. Store is small. Would come back of they change their cashiers or their cashiers change their attitude.

Friendly and unpretentious. Great place to get almost every thing you want to make your self pretty.
