Found this place on TikTok and loved it from the beginning. Super nice people helped so much for my quince. Offered many dresses and had a wonderful time choosing a crown and picking the dress. The guy was very nice and was fun to talk to. Very welcoming 10/10 recommended for quinceañeras(go check their TikTok (it’s the store name) )
Do not be fooled by the location and condition of place, extremely welcoming & helpful owners!! You pay for the items, unlike some other places where you pay for the luxury of the location! They work with your budget and can order from any vendor like the “fancy” boutiques. I called 14 stores for price comparison and this was the most reasonable one for pricing.
Very friendly but falsely advertised that it’s a bridal store as well. Only Quincenera dresses or social events.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone with a BIG event. My sister was so stressed for her wedding and felt the need to be constantly calling to check on her order. Good thing she did because every time she called or would go in they would have to remeasure her husband. They were even trying to cancel her order the last week of her wedding. My sister would want to order something and the guy would want to change her mind and steer her into looking at another style. Very rude and unprofessional. And I wouldn’t even give it a 1 star if I had the option to.
As a customer I did not feel welcomed. Was told a few times the dress was not for me and my opinion did not matter only the quinceñeras opinion mattered. So ok I understand not my birthday not my celebration but yet it is easier to push a young girl into feeling obligated to buy a dress that even herself did not feel fully satisfied with. Also I had my two younger boys with me who were looking into the charro suites. My boys were trying them on to see what size they needed. We were told not to be trying things on. The owner of the store advised he could tell us what size each boy was by just looking at them. I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to as a potential buyer. I’d rather go buy elsewhere and pay a higher price tag. Customer appreciation goes long ways for a small business.
Extremely nice and easy visit. Planning my sisters sweet sixteen and ordered the dress from this boutique today! Will definitely be coming back.
I was able to rent the petticoat to go under my daughters dress for her sweet sixteen party. The tiaras are beautiful.

This is my honest opinion the good and the bad.6 months before my wedding:My husband who is a big vastant man, not fat or thin but rather tall. So I needed to make sure there was enough time to make a suit to suit you. The first time we met with the gentleman was kind, he helped us and I assure that we had time to ask for the suit, I just needed to measure it so that they would do it to your size.4 months before the wedding:We went in person again to choose the shirts for the groomsmen and while we were there I asked if they had already given a date for when the suit was ready. The man tells me that he has to measure it a second time to make sure everything is fine. I say its okay, go ahead, as long as the suit is ready before the wedding, in case you have to make adjustments since its a very big guy.2 months before the wedding:We go with the wedding groomsmen for those who measure them (by the way, their shirts are smaller and there are no refunds). While there ask again about the suit since it was less than 2 months. AGAIN, he tells me that he has not placed an order and that he must measure again. THEY DID NOT SPEAK NOR MY NAME OR MY HUSBAND TO NOTIFY US OF THIS, we decided to go see something more of the groomsmen and that is where they tell us. I asked him if we come next month 1 MONTH before the wedding, will they measure it again and they are not going to start the suit yet?Having to go through that, I had to call to make sure that the suit was ordered and constantly ask if it was ready since nothing had been done in the first 4 months and they do not communicate with anyone to warn. When the senors wife answered, she was always rude and seemed never to know anything about the suit or the order of the groomsmen. She seemed annoyed that I was calling, but I would not have called her if I had not gone through everything that happened with them at the beginning.1 week before the wedding:My husband was finally going to make all the adjustments. That same day my mom called them to ask about last minute deposits that they asked me, not to claim just asking and she was going to give the deposit. The man returned the call to cancel the order LESS THAN A WEEK BEFORE THE WEDDING. My mom had to talk to him and explain that he was calling to ask why they never told us this until a few days before going to try on the suit and now we had to get another $ 500 apart from the deposit we left. He managed to convince him to comply with the order and finally the suit could be altered and picked up.My husband, while with the other gentleman who was adjusting his suit, sent me pictures of the suit and was very disappointed because we did not receive what we ordered or paid for. The charro suit in the store had embroidery and chains. I asked the Lord the first day we were there (6 months before the wedding) that if the suit came with all that? He said that the suit I was looking at was what my husband would have but in his size. Well, the color was right, the embroidery was there but I HAD NO CHAINS OR BUTTONS. Embroidery, buttons and chains are what makes the charro suit.Luckily, the guy who made the modifications (a different type) said he could put the chains and buttons to look good on the wedding day.We received the suit the day before the wedding, as we asked, thanks to the man who modified it. As for the boutique, it was a nightmare. I would tell those who plan to go there to talk about their order because they do not communicate at all if there is a problem and they make sure they have a plan B or go somewhere else.
