Jenny at NPT was excellent! Just left the showroom feeling so educated and informed. Building a pool and having endless options for which waterline tile can be extremely overwhelming. Jenny was not only patient, but extremely sweet in making it a fun process for my husband and I. She is a true gem. NPT is lucky to have such a passionate and caring representative to help all of us who are going through all the emotions of this nerve-racking, but incredibly exciting time of picking out materials for our pool. Keep up the great work, Jenny! You are a superstar!

Waited like 40 minutes for a box of tile to come out. Turns out the stock guy had brought it out and set it on the floor without telling anyone. Took another 10 mins to find after I complained.

We placed an order for Travertine stones (total 58 pieces) for the amount of $2043.42 on 5/21/20 from this location. The order was placed through our contractor Michael Nava, but paid by us directly through our credit card (by my wife). At the time of placing an order, the receptionist Amy Goodman didnt inform us that the stones were special order and nonrefundable. In fact when we wanted to order different size of the same stones, she told my wife that it was a special order and would take several weeks to deliver and suggested to go with different size which were in stock that my wife agreed to order and paid for. Later our contractors guy picked up 40 pieces of those stones (due to weight limitation) with 18 still at the store to be picked up later on. However, our project didnt need any more stones after we used 40, and we called Amy to refund the amount for rest of the stones which were still at the store. She first said all 58 sones were picked up by us which was not true. When we insisted that there must be 18 stones still left at the store for pick up, she kept denying that. Finally, I was able to convince her to investigate and she realized that we didnt pick up 18 pieces yet. When I and my wife called Amy, she was extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone, refused to talk to us stating that she would only speak with contractors, and refused to give any refund stating that it was a special order. My wife and I both reminded her that we have purchased worth thousands of dollars of materials from them and this is not how she should be treating us as customers. we requested her to issue us a refund for those remaining 18 stones, but she continued to be very rude, and mean, started screaming on the phone saying You will not get any refund, and I will only talk to your contractor, dont call me again and hung up. She also did the same when my wife called her earlier. We have had quite similar experience dealing with her (Amy Goodman) when we purchased materials from her.
