This store is actually Bath and Body Works. This was my first time in, and they have great covid precaution protections. Lots of yummy smelling stuff! I came in specifically for hand sanitizer and found many great options. I will definitely be coming back!

Lovely staff and amazing fragrances!

I had the day off and just wanted to look around, but I was welcomed with the best customer service I have received in a long time. I ended up spending $120 and will only shop at that location or online just because of how welcomed I felt. Dominique shared with me her favorite promotional scent and I fell in love with it. Dominique made me feel so good to be there, she was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products. That girl definitely deserves a fat bonus/raise because she is owning her part and bringing customers back. I wish I could have a sales associate like her help me everywhere I shop.

Went to pick up candles, ppl rave about their products do I had to buy and try. It smells nice as you enter and employees immediately greet you. They offer their assistance and shopping bags as well if you need. Try to go when they have seasonal sales, best prices on items occur then.

This is a very good Bath and Body Works. Not that I have ever been in a bad one, but this is my neighborhood store and the employees in this store always seem to be very friendly and helpful. They always do there best to help you find the soap, lotion, body spray, etc. And the store in general always has great deals going on and really good coupons if you sign up for their promotional emails.

Im not sure why but the employees behaved as if they didnt know how to use a gift card, which was only for $50. The manager didnt even know and they made me call the card number to verify the amount on the gift card and the employee still argued with the person from gift card headquarters I suffer from social anxiety so all of this was very uncomfortable..I just wanted to make my purchase and get out of there..but wait the manager on night duty had me wait an additional 20 minutes while she discussed this incident on the phone at least thats what Im assuming was going on in her office..about 45 minutes later I was given an apology for the wait and I was finally on my way home. The entire experience was traumatic and terrifying and thats all they had to offer me. But I love the Bath and Body products so I suggest you be a normie and not appear of color nor be nervous looking as you might run in to a few issues making a purchase at this bath and body works. Unless a little Im sorry makes it better when youre spending at least $50.

We loved the products at this store, but after taking them home and using them in our house, one of our cats started to get sick. If you have pets, you might not want to use some of their products. Now we only use the car air fresheners and at least our cars smell great!

Tabitha was awesome!! She greeted me as soon as she got on the floor and started working. She also explained all the sales and how they work which was very helpful with trying to get the best deals :) I have been to this location plenty of times but this visit was the best by far! Thanks to Tabitha!!!

I always have a fun experience at Bath and Body. Today I was in there looking for a specific gift for a little girl. Although they have some fun and great hand sanitizers fragrances they didnt have much for body sprays. Most of the sents were too strong for a little girl. It would be great if they had a whole little section just for little girls. Thanks for the great customer service.

This is the first Bath & Body Works Ive been into for a very long time because the last time I was in one someone was very rude actually multiple employees this place is awesome the girls are so helpful and so sweet and I would definitely recommend going in there its quick and easy youre not trying to fight mall traffic awesome

I love this store. Great smelling perfumes and hand sanitizers. Some a little overpriced, but they have sales regularly so it makes up for it.

Smells awesome! Great semi annual sale goes on in june and employee notices a long line and rung me up with a device they carry around( only if youre paying card) pretty cool i didnt have to wait.

I love this store. Dont shop here without coupons though. Sign up on bbw to get emails sent to you. Lots of 1 day sales. First saturday in Dec. Is the huge candle day sale. Mark your calendars now.
