I was so pleasantly surprised at the cooperation I received at the store. The ladies that helped me were above and beyond what I was expecting! I quickly transferred from being with sprint for over 13 years to AT&T in one visit!
Tried to upgrade to iPhone13 at this place. The staff do not want to help at all, stop by Monday and a customer representative told me to download all my iCloud at home then come back. Came back on Friday and then they told me it would take to long to transfer all my data because their wifi is slow, (with attitude) lady that helped me was Chantel. Never experienced south a bad service at ATT before. Do not come to this place.
These guys take care of business and get me out fast...unless you like to chill for a minute.
I am so impressed with Eric and the Rancho Cordova AT&T store! Not only did he transfer all my data, made the transition so easy for me to my new phone, he reviewed ALL my AT&T accounts and saved me over $100.00 PER MONTH! Yes, $1200 per YEAR!!! I basically made money getting my new phone. I would highly recommend Eric and his Rancho Cordova Store- outstanding customer service. When someone goes that far out of the way for you, it’s pretty special! Thank you ERIC!!!

Service is very slow here. They spend like 30-40 minutes on one customer and I only went in to change my sim card which takes 3 minutes. They took so long that one of the workers was very illiterate on her knowledge of at&t. Finally when we got helped, I needed an account and they tried to let me go after waiting for several minutes. Terrible customer service . If youre local, I suggest go to a different store or plan your time In your schedule to be helped. They let you hang here ! And it shows !
My bill was far from what they said it would be. My plan wasnt correct, several features were added that I didnt request or authorize. I had AT&T for 16 years, prior to switching to Verizon. I switched back to AT&T for the promotional but the extra drama doesnt make it worth it.Above are the facts. Now my opinionThis location doesnt seem to be above board. I wouldnt recommend this location.They are knowledgeable but I think they look to pad the performance numbers, by signing people up for the max and having them to change it later.
DJ provided me with exceptional customer service . He was knowledgeable about various products and offer in the store. He made honest, practical recommendations and was very professional as well as helpful. Thanks a lot.
This place is a joke ! I recently went there to upgrade one of my device but apparently the person who was helping me DIDNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT AT&T. The person who was helping me was Jessica. I am pretty sure the store manager of that location has some connection to this person because thats the only way she got her job at at&t.

My hubby wanted a new phone service. He decided to switch us to AT&T. He spoke with an AT&T employee by the name of Jesse at the Zinfandel and Sunrise store. This employee was awesome. It was 7:30 and they close at 8 pm. Jesse was super patient, didnt rush us, super knowledgeable and if he wasnt sure he called and found the answer. He went above and beyond to help us with what we needed. Jesse is an asset to the AT&T company and I will bring my return business to him. Thanks Jesse!

I worked with Jeff, Brandon and Jesse at the Rancho location yesterday. They were each very helpful in providing me with my options for upgrading my current iPhone to the newest version. They showed me the details of what my payments would be, and went out of their way to understand what MY needs were in a phone. They were extremely helpful, polite, friendly and informative. They provided excellent customer services and truly seemed to care about the customer and services they provide. If I could give them more than 5 stars I certainly would!

Worst service I have ever received to be honest. I don’t usually review places but this was just horrendous. Two African American guys were trying to figure out a small issue and they both barely knew what they were doing. Both were very rude and disrespectful, you just lost a customer. Train these guys AT&T! Also, enforce a decent dress code.
DJ and Eric are cool dudes!! Took care of my old grandfathered tablet plan that I didnt need and replaced it with a better plan! All on the spot! Amazing!!

I went in a couple of days ago fed up. I kept getting different answers when I was calling in to customer service and was ready to cancel my account. I’m glad I met Jesse. He was able to straighten out my bill and got me a good promo on a new phone. I’m paying less than I was for the last three years!!!!

Had app crashing issue. Fixed in about half an hour.
Didnt accept cash and only had one person working with 3 people, including myself, waiting. After waiting 30 minutes I was asked, for a 2nd time, if I was paying by cash or card that he then referred me to another store 3 miles north, which ironically I passed by to get to this location because it was closer to home and paying this bill was last on my list for the day. He couldnt have said that the first time he asked me, which was when I first walked in?! That was so unprofessional. Ill never go back there again. Thank God I now have a debit card and can pay my bill online.

Wish I could give 6 stars for my experience. Jeff, the manager, did such an excellent and professional job assisting me when my iPhone malfunctioned. I regret needing to go back. None of the employees were wearing masks and, in fact, clustered together around a table. Employee walked right up to me and i backed up, requesting she wear a mask. She said she would go in the back and get a mask, if it was important to me and, thankfully, she did. I felt very awkward. Yikes!!

We went in angry and frustrated but left happy. We were having a billing problem that we could not get resolved on line or over the phone to their help desk but the representative at this store gave us great customer service and was able to get our issue resolved quickly. We are happy customers because of the way we were treated and served.
I will never go to a different store. I have never had a bad experience with the employees. This last visit one of the systems were down so Ysabella very patiently helped us and waited with us. She was very helpful in picking a phone, accessories, and even found cartoons so my girls were comfortable while we waited. This is by far the best store we have ever been to and this last experience has been one of the best we have had so far!
I was impressed by the excellent customer service by the employee Eric...I was being stuck with a $160.00 bill that I didnt agree to from a former AT&T employee that set me up with a bogus wireless plan....after a year and a half Eric patiently walked me through to getting it wiped off of my account plus Eric informed me of a better internet service to serve our ministry needs...forever grateful😁😁😁
The customer service I received from Eric and the Manager was fantastic, they took as much time as needed to provide the programs that were right for my needs. It was an interesting experience. I have not bought a phone since 2011, so there was a lot to learn. Jeff was very patient and explained things without talking down to me. He also made sure I understood things before going to the next step. I dont want to buy another phone soon, but if I do I hope that Jeff is there to make it go smoothly.

I recently purchased a S9+ at another AT&T location and the staff at that location rushed me to get my phone and didnt give us a run down on my Bill or payments. I stopped by this location the next day since it was closer to me. ERIC, one of the staff there was very helpful and friendly. He gave us the run down and was very helpful. This location is very bad with customer service, the employees are lazy and not trained to perform their jobs adequately. Management is worse they show no leadership skills and hide in the back of the store. they dont care or want to make their loyal customers feel appreciated. i returned my phone in this store with a NEXT Up and one of the employees NEVER sent the phone in on my behalf. and i was Charged for this phone not being returned. Instead of assisting me with this matter they basically covered the other and avoiding my need for your prompt response to this matter. I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS STORE AGAIN. HORRIBLE STORE!!!!!!!!! THIS STORE IS NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR.

I went to AT&T to get signed up for FirstNet, a program established to show appreciation to First Responders. I met with Eric, he was very pleasant and had a wonderful personality. He was very knowledgeable about the program and he explained the entire process as he moved along. Eric signed me up within a matter of minutes. For all First Responders fighting the fight, go see Eric to get signed up. He will take care of you. Eric at AT&T, Rancho Cordova, CA gets 2 thumbs up.
Horribly slow its 105 degrees outside and they have a one person at a time inside the store waited 45 minutes and had to leave before dieing of heat stroke definitely going to the Folsom store next time

He spent so much time coming up with the best plans for my families individual needs and ended up all together saving me $146.55 per month!!!! He went above and beyond and I’ll bring all my business to this store because of it. I didn’t want to get him in trouble for how much time he spent helping me, but Eric’s managers-just know that he took a customer that was very upset and about to end my VERY long time account with At&t/direct tv, and renewed my love and commitment to them. :) thank you Eric, now momma has to go buy a new pair of shoes with my savings!!!!
