Came thru the drive through said hello for 15min no one answered finally went to the window and they said the speaker was broken this is something u guys need to fix especially if you have a drive thru

We went thru the drive thru. Big mistake. You cant watch them make your order. I got home and didnt get what i ordered. This isnt the first time. I knew when she stared at us while we were giving the order, with no pad in hand, we werent getting what we ordered.

Very rude people. Couldn’t finish ordering as the person in turn cut me off and came back after helping another client. Didn’t see them using gloves either.

Had a cake customer made for my sons birthday I went in with a suggestion of a little altering on one of their cakes and they were able to pull it off. They did a AWESOME JOB!!!!

A bit expensive especially with the amount they give you. I got a sundae you couldnt even see the ice cream I had to look into the cup to see the small scoop that they gave me. I took 3 bites and it was gone

Worst service ever. Stood in drive through for 20 mins. No greeting, no answer. Nothing. After what seemed like forever, a man peeked out the window for the car ahead of me. Handed them what I can only assume was ice cream. An argument occured. The man in the window was waving his hands every which way. Car drove away. Still was not even acknowledged. At which point I drove away. I will never come here again.

Baskin-Robbins is got every kind of flavor you could think of always a very tasty treat a little bit on the expensive side but well worth it. Id have to say that theyve probably got the best milkshake in town.

Terrible customer service. Filthy surroundings. You have to step over and around filth to get in the dirty gas station. I asked for a couple extra cherries and was told I would be charged extra. They definitely do not go anywhere near above and beyond. Ice Cream was good, not old tasting like I thought it would be. Will not be back.

I liked coming here for ice cream as a kid. And an adult its an okay place to get gas and. For a cop its a good place to catch a dealer.

For the price you pay you should get a full scoop. My 2 scoop sundae has very little ice cream in it. Ill go to another branch next time. Terrible

The customer service is terrible, Im a server at Retirement home so I know how to listen and make sure some one is heard when they order and I definitely did not feel any of that from the lady who took my order and messed up the entire order.

Terrible customer service and product. Got a small chocolate shake, not a small cost, and tasted like cold water and chocolate syrup. As went through the drive-thru did not realize how bad it was until I tasted it down the street. Did not have time to turn around and called the manager when arriving at my destination. That was a wasted call as all he did was tell me how it was made correctly, even though he did not make it. This Baskin Robbins lost a loyal, local customer due to poor quality in product and Management.

The people that work here walk around like the walking dead. They never smile back at me, they look so miserable and give off such a negative vibe. Terrible customer service.

My husband and I got there at 9:40 to order a milkshake. They it was too late to order a milkshake because they turn off their blenders at a cetain time. They also said they couldn’t turn it back on because it take 15-20 for the “circuits to power back on.”
