I found The Fitness Outlet after some careful research on treadmills online and decided that this was where I wanted to purchase. It was already 5 months into the Covid 19 pandemic lifestyle with no gym access. I meet Chris and ask him about his inventory and you can see that he has been busy due to the pandemic with many other like minded customers because it was limited with equipment. I decide to order the Spirit XT385 treadmill and although we hit a bit of a delay with its delivery, I couldnt be more satisfied with my purchase. Chris struck me as a man of character when I met him and he handled the mishap with grace and who couldnt appreciate a salesman following up with you the customer. Chris was honorable in his decision to cover delivery and installation to provide me with a great customer experience with my purchase. I would and I have recommended other friends and acquaintances to check in with Chris if they are interested in purchasing fitness equipment.***Added Note***We are coming up on almost a year with my Spirit XT385 and I thought I should consider having it serviced or inspected due to a unfamiliar noise. I contacted Chris after talking to an equipment specialist. My tread is under warranty presently. Chris sent a request to the manufacturer. Then Chris did something again that represents a man of good character. He offered to come by and take a look at the treadmill to mitigate and possibly resolve the issue. Chris scheduled me immediately. He shows up with his bag of tools and his knowledge and basically resolves the unfamiliar noise. He also took the time to familiarize me with my treadmill and show me how to adjust the belt which was likely the culprit. I can appreciate knowledge and Chris taking time to familiarize the mechanics and offer tips for adjustment.Service is so important and he nailed it!The treadmill is a fabulous choice for me to continue to maintain my fitness.Chris has been genuinely a man of great character, knowledge and exceptional service.*****

The staff was knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up purchasing a product that was not on display in the store but they were able to inform me of the advantages of the product. While waiting for delivery, my questions were answered courteously and accurately. I would definitely patronize Fitness Outlet in the future if I had fitness equipment needs.

My Wife and I were looking for an ellipitical machine. The staff was very helpful and helped pick out the best machine. They even were able to arrange for a independent delivery person to deliver and set up our machine. I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for exercise equipment

Possibly the best service I’ve ever experienced. I work with Chris from start to finish. I ordered an exercise bike in the process went very smooth and he was extremely helpful. The bike arrived in the time frame that was promised and Chris personally delivered the bike from Sacramento to San Francisco the very next day. Unfortunately, when I was assembling the bike I realized that there was something defective and I could not complete the assembly. I called Chris and he got back in his car and drove two hours back to San Francisco and fixed the problem. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and the Fitness Outlet.

Great place to buy fitness equipment! We were pleased to find it online! They have a nice selection of workout bikes etc. Just down the street from Rudys Hideaway off of Hwy 50.

Loved working with this business! We came in, chose an indoor bike, the next week they got it in stock and called me and delivered. I worked with Cody from start to delivery and it was easy and efficient. We love our bike and were super impressed with the whole experience.

Awesome experience - on time, courteous and overcame a steep, long driveway and a bunch of stairs. Not easy considering the gear is heavy duty Life Fitness E5 elliptical and T5 treadmill!

After ordering a treadmill from Proform on August 16, 2020, and never getting it, I canceled my order and placed one through Nordictrack on October 31, 2020. After delays and excuses I gave up, canceled my order and went to The Fitness Outlet. I must say I wish I knew about this place back in August. Chris was a tremendous help to me. I purchased a Bowlfex treadmill on January 9, 2021. It was delivered to my home and assembled on January 13, 2021. Thank you Chris!!!

My husband appreciates the the brand new Keiser M5 strider elliptical bought from this store. It is a solid machine that provides a good low impact workout. The equipment arrived in great condition in a box which my neighbour installed. Rich at the store was very helpful with the purchase. Would strongly recommend.

I am vey impressed with the customer service this company provided. I ordered a Keiser spin bike from Rich. He was very knowledgeable and helpful (and funny!) and was able to schedule delivery the very next day.The bike was delivered right on time by Dave. He assembled it and was very patient with my indecisiveness on where to put it! He even helped me move some furniture around(thats over-and-above service!) . Top-notched service from these guys. I would highly recommend them for all your fitness needs.

The store is small with a limited selection but the customer service is great. If there are more diverse selection I would’ve given it five stars

My wife and I were impressed with the selection of equipment, did not know that there were that many brands of treadmills. If you get a chance go see Chris, he is very knowledgeable and straight forward - he guided us to the treadmill that met our needs and not the most expensive one.

I purchased a cable machine at The Fitness Outlet on Folsom blvd, and found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. They also delivered and set it up on a weekend that I very much appreciated. I also received a very good price.

This company is terrible. I bought a $3,500 fitness machine from them and it still is not working 2 months later. They have sent me the wrong parts from the factory and the Fitness Outlet were i purchased it from has done nothing whatsoever to help. They did require i pay for it 100% up front before i got it so my suggestion is do not buy from this company.
