They rescheduled my appointment, no big deal but then when the guy showed up he took pictures and measurements. I asked him the price of repairs and replacement sliding glass doors he said he had to send the information to his boss and they would get back to me with the cost. That was three days ago and still no phone call. Went with another company and they were efficient,, fast and friendly. Two brothers just lost a few thousand dollars in business.. I do not recommend this business.

Had a patio slider that needed to be fixed as it was stuck and not opening. They were able to come out the same day and fix it. They also took care of the screen doors, new glass for some windows and balancers. Competitively priced, quick service and professional. Highly recommended!

I had made an appointment with them to come look at a sliding glass window that was not sliding well at all. They wanted to look at the door to make sure they would order the correct parts. In addition, they had given me an $ estimate for the work at the time I made the appointment...all good.Day came for the appointment and they did not show. I called to see if someone was on their way, they said they would have to call me back. I waited 2 hours for call, they never called back, so I called and left a message...no call back...I called again after another 2 hours, could only leave a message again...they never called me back. I think they would not answer my calls because they saw my callerID and wanted to ignore me.Very discourteous and unreliable. All I wanted to know was whether they were interested in my business as they had promised or not, so I could move on. Would never use these people.

Called to get an estimate to replace my patio door. Compared to four other companies I called - their estimate was the cheapest. A worker came out to make a measurement, confirmed the exact price which was very close to the estimate over the phone. Replaced my patio door the next day!! I will definitely call these guys again in the future! Very pleased with their service!

I had a broken window after a great party. My friend said he would pay for it but later he flinged. I called this company and they were able to come and fix it same day. He was very professional and his rate was reasonable. I recommend this company to all my friends if you need a fast service and reasonable prices.

I purchased a glass shower door 5 months ago. The installation went very well and the technician was very friendly. He came back to fix a leak with no questions asked and things seemed fine. However, I had purchased a 3 year warranty, which I understood to be a way to make cleaning the glass easier. I have yet to receive any written warranty information even though I have asked for it multiple times. Apparently the warranty is just a coating that really doesnt work very well. They say not to use any chemicals in cleaning the glass and if I rinse it off daily and once a month scrub with water and a light brush it will stay clean. I have tried this and the water spots do not come off. I have tried contacting two brothers multiple times and after 3 months of waiting for the warranty guy to contact me I was finally given his phone number and was able to contact him. He came and looked at the glass, didnt have a reason why it hasnt worked, couldnt scrub the water spots off either. He said he would contact two brothers and work out a solution, which probably would just be a refund of what I paid for the warranty. I was told they would contact me, and if I didnt hear back in a week to call them. Of course I never heard back from two brothers so after a week and a half I called them. I was told that a glass refurbishing kit was in the mail and on its way to me. Now, Im back to waiting for the sales rep to call and explain this to me - because supposedly he already did when he came out to look at the water spots.Dont waste your money on a warranty, just use glass cleaner or CLR and clean your glass regularly. Purchasing a warranty to make the glass easier to clean does not work and is not worth your money.

My expectations are very high and of course I do prefer a reasonable price. Two Brothers Glass company met my expectations and the price for the service was very reasonable.I purchased a new house with single pane windows. The quality of the window installation was very poor and I could hear the street noise in every single room, so basically, I felt as I was living on the street. I called few glass companies in the area for the estimates. The prices were too high and the service was not very personal. I chose one company; however, they were so irresponsible and unfriendly, that I had to cancel their services.I called Two Brothers glass as my last resort. The service was AMAZING! Let me just start with the receptionist, Olga. She was very pleasant and personal on the phone, very friendly and polite. Then I met the estimator and the installer. Dmitriy, was vey punctual and friendly. He explained the process, the pricing and the estimated completion time. The material was delivered on time and installed as promised. The job was completed within a few days. The quality of work was outstanding!I can’t thank the company enough for providing such a GREAT service.
